Objective:To study the intervention effect of Peiyuan huayu Decoction on the neuron damage in model rats with acute subdural hematoma (ASDH).Methods: 160 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, and the ASDH model rats were made by stereotactic autoblood injection, and sham operation group received craniotomy without blood injection. Sham operation group and model group were normally bred after model establishment, and 6 h after model establishment, the treatment group received intragastric administration of Peiyuan huayu Decoction, and control group received intragastric administration of Piracetam Tablets, 1 time a day. On the 1d, 3d, 5d and 7d after model establishment, the general conditions of rats (activity, food intake and mental state) were observed, blood was collected via auricula dextra, ELISA method was used to determine peripheral plasma NSE and S100β protein contents, routine HE staining was conducted after perfusion fixation, the neurons in blood injection side of brain tissue were counted, and the neuron damage was ***: 26 rats were dead in the experiment. The general conditions of sham operation group were significantly better than those of other groups, treatment group was significantly better than model group and control group on the 5d group (P0.05);neuron count of sham operation group was basically stable, treatment group was not different from model group and control group on the 1d (P>0.05), treatment group was better than model group (P0.05) on the 3d, and treatment group was better than model group and control group on the 5d and 7d (P0.05), S100β protein and NSE contents decreased significantly on the 3d, and

Objective:A meta-analysis was performed to evaluate the difference of curative effect of Huoxue huayu Chinese medicine compound combined with intervertebral pore lens in the treatment of lumbar disc ***:CNKI,VIP,CBM,PubMed and Web of Science were searched by computer and included in the clinical trial data about the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by the Huoxue huayu Chinese medicine compound and intervertebral pore *** were extracted and Cochrane system was used to evaluate the quality of the *** system in ReMan 5.1 was used to evaluate the publication bias and Stata 12.0 was used for meta ***:A total of 1039 patients were included in 16 articles,including 519 patients in the treatment group and 520 patients in the control *** results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(RR=1.20,95%CI(1.11,1.30),Phuayu Chinese medicine compound and intervertebral pore lens can improve the clinical effect and is worth ***,due to the poor quality of the literature,more high-quality double-blind randomized controlled trials with large samples are needed.

Study on Physiological Characteristics and Supporting Techniques of huayu 22 Peanut

huayu 22 Peanut( Arachis hypogaea L.) belongs to ordinary large variety of peanut with high quality,high yield potential and high stress resistance. Study on nutrition characteristics,stress physiology and supporting techniques of huayu 22 Peanut is conducive to further developing its application value in breeding and exploiting its high yield potential. Compared with Baisha 1016 Peanut,huayu 22 Peanut has greater shade tolerance. In weak light,both the leaf area and rate of photosynthesis of huayu 22 Peanut decline slightly,and damage of chloroplast ultramicrostructure is less,light compensation point and chloroplast a / b are lower,and capturing and utilization efficiency of weak light are higher; after removal of shade,huayu 22 Peanut plant gets recovered quickly with higher growth compensation effect but slight dropping of yield. Characteristics of N supply for huayu 22 Peanut at different growth stages are as follows: N supply intensity of root nodule takes on unimodal curve with peak at pod bearing stage. The N supply intensity of soil takes on N shape with higher value at pegging stage and pod filling stage; N supply intensity takes on unimodal curve with peak at pegging stage. At seedling stage and pod filling stage,N is mainly supplied by soil; at pegging stage and pod bearing stage,N is supplied by root nodule. At whole growth stage,root nodule has the largest contribution to N supply,accounting for 50. 0%,followed by soil and fertilizer,and the proportion is about 5: 3: 2. The study established standardized supporting technique for simple cultivation of huayu 22 Peanut with " single-seed planting,high effective fertilizer application,and three sprays and multi-prevention".

Platelets aggregation and thrombosis formation are major reasons of cardiovascular and cerebral vascular *** develop new generative,potent and safe agents for inhibiting platelet aggregation and preventing above diseases are urgently *** traditional Chinese medicines of″Houxue huayu″have been shown to inhibit platelet aggregation *** the present study the mechanisms and the molecular targets of puerarin,salvianolic acid B and the analogue of 3-n-butylphthalide,dl-PHPB were investigated and compared with *** platelet aggregation inducers,ADP,arachidonic acid,collagen and thrombin were used in the *** was found that puerarin and dl-PHPB specifically inhibited ADP induced platelet aggregation like ticlopidine ***,salvianolic acid B inhibited both ADP and collagen induced platelet aggregations with similar *** to existing two ADP receptor subtypes on platelets,P2Y1 and P2Y12,we studied the action of above compounds on the receptors and the signaling *** was found that dl-PHPB decreased IP1 accumulation produced by ADP,but had no effect on IP1 level induced by m-3M3 FBS,an activator of PLC.M-3M3 FBS might attenuate the inhibitory effect of dl-PHPB on ADP-induced platelet *** addition,dl-PHPB did not affect cyclic AMP formation in platelets by ADP,which is different from P2Y12 antagonist *** showed the similar effects of ***,the actions of dl-PHPB and puerarin might be through P2Y1receptor-PLC-β*** acid B did not reduce the IP1 accumulation stimulated by *** might act on the receptor subtype *** results suggest that components of Chinese herb medicine might be a resource for development of novel anti-platelet drugs.
