transportation plays an important role in national economic development. And problems from heavy traffic are getting more and more serious and have become a bottleneck related to urban development for a long time. Therefore, Intelligent transportation System (ITS) comes into being. GIS-T, as a typical application of ITS, has been a significant branch of GIS. And highway transportation network analysis is an indispensable module in GIS-T. And Data storage is a basis of Route-planning algorithm. Within Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 development environment, using C++ standard template library, the data organization of road network based on A* algorithm is designed and implemented. Taking 1/5000 Maplnfo MIF format of a city as test data, the authors mainly discuss the topological structure, spatial index, data structure of A* algorithm, testing in hierarchical and meshes storage. Quickly locating start and end point of highway transportation network, regarding road segment length as weight, we compare the improved Dijkstra algorithm with A* algorithm from searched nodes number and time consumption. With the increasing of road network data, A* algorithm is advantageous. Finally, by a case study, we give out test data table of the two algorithms which proves the efficiency and correctness data organization of road network based on A* algorithm.

Carbon monoxide(CO)is harmful to our health,and even causes *** main source of CO is automobile ***,this article determines that CO is the emission factor,and finally the evaluation model is *** model provides an important basis for the highway construction project design,traffic management,environmental pollution control,energy saving,environmental evaluation and so *** with the traditional method that calculates the road traffic volume through the air emissions model,according to the total amount of air pollution control,this paper builds the emission diffusion model,which calculates the road traffic volume by road exhaust *** of all,this paper measures CO emissions by testing 435 multifunction detectors from Shanghai typical roads,and compares the results with the national standard *** to the standard in automobile exhaust emissions,the extreme values of the traffic volume over the road are ***,the model’s reasonableness and accuracy are validated through case *** results from case analysis show that the evaluation model is of great practical significance.
