Singlet oxygen （1 O 2） is widely considered to be the predominant cytotoxic agent for photodynamic therapy （PDT）,and the 1 O 2 quantum yield is a key characteristic for the newly developed *** this study,1 O 2 generation from the hiporfin is monitored indirectly by using the fluorescence probe Singlet Oxygen Sensor Green （SOSG）.The good linear relationship between the concentration of hiporfin and the initial reaction rate of SOSG is observed,and the 1 O 2 quantum yield of hiporfin is determined to be 0.124 ± 0.001,as compared to the standard reference of Rose *** results suggest that SOSG can be useful for 1 O 2 quantum yield determination for the potential photosensitizers in PDT.

Photodynamic Therapy for Low-grade Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia(CIN1):A Case Report

As a drug-mechanical combination technology,photodynamic(PDT)can achieve accurate and taurgeted therapy for maligmant tumors and benign diseases through the production of reactive oxygen species,oxygen free radicals or singlet oxygen by photosensitizers at specific *** with traditional surgery,it has the advantages of selective *** teatment,preserving target organ fiunction and so *** purpose of this study was to explore the clinical value of photodynamic therapy in cervical precancerous lesions by taking the patients with low-grade cervical intaepithelial neoplasia(CIN1)with high-risk human papillomavinus(HR HPV)persistent infection diagnosed by"three-step diagnosis and teatment procedure"as an *** HiPorfn as a photosensitizer,photodynamic therapy was performed 48 hours after intavenous *** laser wavelength 630nm,light dose density 137.58J/cm^2,ansmission efficiency 1.42,output power 2w.3cm columnar optical fber was placed around the 2cm in the cervical canal to cover all the lesions,and the inadiation time was 900s(600s in the cervical canal and 300s outside the cervical canal).The patients were given oxygen inhalation for 6 hours after operation,and the patients were observed for itching and other discomfort,and paid attention to avoid *** therapy was performed again in the same way on the second *** two months of treatment,pathological biopsy showed chronic cervicitis,indicating that the disease had been effectively ***,although the patient is not the absolhute indication of photodynamic therapy(hat is,meeting CIN Ⅱ or CIN Ⅲ,having fertility requirements and not undergoing surgery),this therapy can remove not only the superficial lesions inside and outside the cervix,but also the potential lesions not found under *** can also block the persistent infection of HPV *** the expression of HPV18,E6 and E7mRNA in Hela *** combination with Baofukang suppos

Bladder tumor is characterized by recurrent recurrence and distant metastasis,which determines the difficulty of completely curing bladder *** recent years,the number of patients with bladder cancer is increasing,and the treatment of bladder cancer has become an important direction of clinical *** is difficult to control bladder tumor by traditional *** therapy(PDT),as a new optical therapy,has gradually become the main method in clinical treatment of bladder tumor combined with transurethral resection of bladder *** this paper,a patient with superficial recurrent bladder tumor was treated by photodynamic therapy combined with transurethral resection of bladder *** advantages of photodynamic therapy in the treatment of bladder tumor and the selection of photosensitizer in the process of photodynamic therapy were *** two recurrences,the patients chose photodynamic *** tumors were resected one by one,and the wound was coagulated by roller *** the drug was retained for 20 minutes,the bladder was *** spherical optical fiber was implanted into the *** photodynamic energy was adjusted(light power 1.8 W,light time 1302 s).There was no recurrence after *** bladder tumors are superficial tumors,and bladder is a cavity organ,which determines that bladder is an ideal organ for photodynamic *** a targeted drug,photosensitizer is only absorbed by bladder tumor after being perfused into *** photosensitizer forms reactive oxygen species through oxygen and kills tumor *** practice has proved that PDT has its unique advantages for superficial and recurrent bladder *** the first generation photosensitizer,xipofen also has selectivity in the treatment of bladder cancer.
