The aim of this exploratory study is to analyze the effectiveness of website communications regarding thermal tourism and to evaluate the website attributes of thermal tourism facilities in Turkey. In order to achieve this aim, seven main categories （contact information, general information, facility information, thermal/medical and wellness services information, surrounding area information, booking and external contracts information, and technical items） and 55 sub-items are identified. Then websites are analyzed with a content analysis method. One hundred and sixty four thermal facilities in Turkey could be listed and accepted as the population. Systematic sampling method was used with a sample size of 33 thermal facilities. After the frequency analysis, results showed that most of the thermal facilities do not have an efficient website management in Turkey. Although official websites are very critical tools for effective marketing communication, thermal facilities are utilizing only a small potential of their websites.

The province of West Nusa Tenggara, which consists of Lombok Island and Sumbawa Island, has a stunning natural panoramic beauty, making it one of the main tourist destinations in Indonesia. The COVID-19 outbreak has had an impact on the sluggishness of the tourism sector. This problem requires a solution. One alternative is to use the medicinal plant Sasambo (Sasak, Samawa, Mbojo) as an alternative to traditional health tourism. Data from community records, results of questionnaire responses, and scientific articles related to Sasambo traditional medicine show that there are various types of Sasambo medicinal plants that have the potential as an alternative to traditional health tourism with details, Lombok (Sasak) 43 species, Sumbawa (Samawa) 25 species, and Bima (Mbojo) 35 species. Some of these plant species are used for the treatment of diseases caused by viruses. The islands of Lombok and Sumbawa have abundant medicinal plants, making the two islands a potential destination for traditional health tourism.

In the context of rural revitalization era,more and more villages choose tourism as the direction of development,and the primary link of rural tourism development is to combine the characteristics of different villages,mining tourism resources suitable for their own characteristics and development *** villages with tea culture,how to develop rural health tourism from the perspective of tea travel experience has become a new *** Huanghuaxi in Anhua County as an example,the paper evaluates and analyzes the planning methods and key points of rural health tourism based on tea tourism experience from the perspective of development potential,and makes clear the foothold and feasibility of health tourism ***,from the perspective of tea culture activation and inheritance and health tourism design,this paper discusses how to effectively integrate the functions of tea culture and health *** the spatial layout,road traffic,landscape and construction and operation of Huanghuaxi Village in Anhua County,a series of construction strategies are proposed to make tea culture and health industry promote each *** the same time,there are two kinds of theme tour lines for people with different needs,namely,the leisure vacation theme tour line and the tea travel health theme tour line,which provide new ideas for the planning and design research of rural recreation projects related to the tea travel experience.

The Potential of Hot Springs in the Westem Thailand for health tourism and Sustainability

This research aims to examine the potential of hot spring sites in the Western Thailand for the purpose of f sustainable tourism. The research applied qualitative methods and the participation of communities was included in the study＇s approach. The fieldwork consisted of the development of in-depth interviews, focus groups, field survey, and participation observation. Participants were stakeholders in tourism development. The data collected from interviews were analysed, interpreted, and reported with content and descriptive analysis. It was found that the hot spring destinations had their outstanding resources, based on their natural surrounded. The resources were used for tourism purpose in terms of health tourism. The potential of the various hot spring areas was divided into four groups. The first group included hot spring location where tourism data had not been gathered. The second group encompassed hot spring where tourism data had been gathered. The third group was hot springs where some tourism details had been gathered, but the hot spring sites were faced with some problems. The last group included well-developed hot spring locations where tourism data had been gathered before. All locations could be promoted for health tourism, and educational tourism could be added for tourist and the local community. Such development would need to be controlled by the community committees formed by representatives of all stakeholders directly and indirectly related to tourism development. tourism development generated by community committees can result in sustainable development of hot spring destinations.

Background:It is imperative that researchers studying medical tourism connect their work with policy,so that its real-world challenges can be better understood,and more effectively *** article gauges the scope and evolution of policy thinking in medical tourism research through a bibliometric review of published academic literature,to establish the extent to which researchers apply public policy theories and frameworks in their investigation of medical tourism,or consider the policy imperatives of their ***:A Boolean search of the Web of Science(WoS)Core Collection was performed to identify policy-related publications on medical *** analyzed the results using bibliometrics and a data visualization software called VOSviewer to identify patterns in knowledge production and underlying network linkages in policy research on the ***:Our findings suggest that only a small proportion of medical tourism research explicitly addresses policy issues or applies policy paradigms in their study ***-specialized journals serving practitioners publish less research as compared to interdisciplinary social and health policy ***,there are significant geographical and disciplinary disparities in the policy-orientation of research,and a predilection towards select policy areas such as reproductive and transplant tourism to the neglect of more holistic governance and health system ***:This article is a call to action for greater engagement by policy scholars on medical tourism,and for health researchers to more explicitly consider how their research might contribute to the understanding and resolution of contemporary policy challenges of medical *** to clearly and consistently make the policy connection is a lost opportunity for researchers to frame the public debate,and influence policy thinking on medical tourism.

This article deals with how developed economies, such as those of Japan, South Korea, United States of America （USA）, Russian Federation, China, and the European Union （EU） can threaten world peace. Focusing on economic and social security issues, countries of the world having conflicts will, as a result, invest in military arms, such as nuclear or chemical weapons. How would today＇s economic circumstances, social security systems difficulties, health expenditure levels, and individual pension system realities affect the world in soon time？ Globally, problems were tried to describe with Gestalt understanding from micro level to macro level and attempted to prescribe a solution. How can world economic powers use this challenge as an advantage to create sustainable peace？ May hospital rooms allow people to interact with other world societies, civilization values, cultures through elder people？ As a result beyond of being European centric, Asianism centric, American centric understanding for world peace in the middle of developed economies, Turkic world has rich resources and dynamic population. With Turkey＇s secular understanding, Turkic healthcare Union （THU） can be a great model for peace. Turkic world, which is located between China and EU, would be a unique and also a sample model in creating sustainable peace. This economic model depends on manufacturing of services and creating prosperity for the whole world, creating funds for ambiguous events in the world, having limited merchants, and making heavier states a bit triggering. By triggering the quality of medical tourism in the world and making dynamic big developed economies, harmless healthcare technologies could be created.
