Effects of serum inflammatory factors,health index and disease activity scores on ankylosing spondylitis patients with sleep disorder

Periodic Preventive Maintenance Policy with Infinite Time and Limit of Reliability Based on health index

The aging of machine can be slowed and the life of machine can be increased by implementing periodic predictive maintenance. In this article,an improvement factor considering maintenance cost,age of machine and learning effect in the process of maintaining is constructed to describe the effect of periodic preventive maintenance. The model of improvement factor can be fitted through health index. Based on improvement factor with infinite time,cost function including preventive maintenance cost,minimal repair cost and replacement cost is explored. The unit cost and the optimized maintenance time interval based on limit of reliability are deduced. The process of optimization and an example are given.

Aircraft air conditioning system health state estimation and prediction for predictive maintenance

The vast potential of system health monitoring and condition based maintenance on modern commercial aircraft is being realized through the innovative use of Airplane Condition Monitoring System(ACMS) *** there are few methods addressing the issues of failure prognostics and predictive maintenance for commercial aircraft Air Conditioning System(ACS).This study developed a Bayesian failure prognostics approach using ACMS data for predictive maintenance of ***, a health index characterizing the ACS health state is inferred from a multiple sensor signals using a data driven *** a dynamic linear model is proposed to describe the degradation process for failure *** inference formulas are carried out for degradation estimation and *** developed approach is applied on a passenger aircraft fleet with ACMS data recorded for one *** analysis of the case study shows that the developed method can produce satisfactory prognostics results, where all the ACS failure precursors are identified in advance, and the relative errors for the failure time prediction made when just entering the degradation warning stage are less than 8%.This would allow operators to proactively plan future maintenance.

In this paper, combined with class interval estimation, a health assessment method for complex product components based on health index is proposed. Multiple monitoring parameters are transformed into single ones by establishing Mahalanobis distance（MD） time series. Furthermore, histograms are used to make distribution statistics on MD time series, and the results can be converted into health index to quantitatively evaluate the health status of complex product *** for the selection of class interval, we use the closeness between the upper contour of histogram and the probability density function as the decision criterion. Finally, the method is validated by PHM08 data provided by NASA. The result shows that this method can effectively use the operational status data to assess the current health status of product components in time.

In view of the large quantity and wide area of steel bar processing equipment but lack of scientific evaluation and management, a method of health evaluation of steel bar processing equipment based on time series is proposed. Firstly, the health index is taken as the standard to evaluate the overall health level of the equipment and a comprehensive evaluation model of the equipment health state is constructed. Secondly, the most representative characteristic parameters are determined to reflect the running state of the equipment and a variable health factor is proposed to modify the running state health index of the equipment by referring to the aging formula of the equipment health condition. In order to comprehensively consider the importance of equipment characteristic parameters and construct a more reasonable evaluation system, the method of calculating the weight value of characteristic parameters is improved by combining the ordinal relation method and the entropy weight method. Finally, a non-linear relationship model based on time series is established to fit the trend of the comprehensive health index of the equipment and predict the future health status and maintenance nodes of the equipment. The model is used to analyze the bending hoop machine of a steel bar processing factory and the results show that the model is feasible.

本文使用“中国老年人健康长寿影响因素调查”(CLHLS)数据，测度了中国老人健康不平等程度，重点计算了收入、婚姻状况、居住安排等因素对健康不平等的贡献。回归基础上的集中系数及其分解结果显示：我国存在亲富人的健康不平等，高收入人群的健康状况更好；城镇地区，健康不平等主要的贡献因素为收入、婚姻状况、医疗保险、经常锻炼，居住安排对健康不平等的贡献为负。农村地区，收入因素对于健康不平等的贡献最大，这就意味着消除农村健康不平等的关键是要降低收入不平等。在城镇和农村地区医疗保险的不平等程度更甚，进一步强化了健康不平等，因此如果政策想要降低健康不平等，首先要降低穷人获得医疗保险的经济门槛，增加医疗保健服务的可及性。
