Objective:To explore the application of health education in the nursing care of patients with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis after hysteroscopic electrotomy and the effect on the occurrence of disease ***:Totally 70 patients admitted from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two *** control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive health education combined with routine *** unhealthy emotions(anxiety and depression)of patients were assessed using Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA).The incidence of complications,and surgical related matters were recorded and compared between two groups after nursing ***:A lower HAMD score,A lower HAMA score,a shorter hospitalization time,a shorter operation time and a less intraoperative bleeding volume,a lower incidence rate of complications(massive bleeding and uterine perforation),and a higher degree of patients’cooperation in surgery were shown in observation group compared with control group after nursing intervention(P allhealth education in the nursing of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis patients can relieve the patients’anxiety and depression,improve their understanding and mastery of relevant disease knowledge and their ability to cope with bleeding and their self-health care,as well as reduce the incidence of complications and the length of hospital stay and promote the rehabilitation of ***,it is worthy of clinical application.

Objective:To analyze the preventive effect of specialized nurse health education on diabetic foot ***:From January 2022 to December 2022,90 diabetic high-risk foot patients that were admitted to the Endocrinology Department of a general hospital in Macao that met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research *** research subjects were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group by mechanical sampling *** foot care knowledge of the patients one month and three months after the intervention were evaluated and ***:The scores of foot care knowledge in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group at one month and three months after the intervention,and the dift'ercncc was statistically significant(Phealth education by specialized nurses are essential in preventing and treating diabetic foot *** prevention and management of diabetic foot ulcers can be achieved through guidance on diet control,exercise,foot care,blood sugar monitoring,infection prevention,stress reduction,appropriate medication,and regular follow-up.

BACKGROUND Enhancing awareness and use of pre-exposure prophylaxis(PrEP)and postexposure prophylaxis(PEP)is vital to curb human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)***-risk behaviors prevalent among sexually transmitted infection clinic outpatients underscore the need for increased PrEP/PEP education in this *** To investigate the effects of both onsite and online health education on the knowledge of,and willingness to use,PrEP and PEP among individuals receiving PEP *** Participants were drawn from a cohort study on PEP service intervention at an STD/AIDS outpatient clinic in designated HIV/AIDS hospitals in Beijing,conducted from January 1 to June 30,*** education was provided both onsite and online during *** assessing knowledge of,and willingness to use,PrEP/PEP were administered at baseline and again at 24 wk *** A total of 112 participants were enrolled in the study;105 completed the follow-up at week *** percentage of participants with adequate knowledge of,and willingness to use,PrEP significantly increased from 65.2%and 69.6%at baseline to 83.8%and 82.9%at the end of the intervention(both Phealth education significantly improved the knowledge of,and increased willingness to use,PrEP and PEP in individuals utilizing PEP services.

Objective: This study aims to improve the health level of patients with diabetes in the community through health management measures under the concept of health management. Methods: Community residents were selected to detect, collate and analyze the social demographic information, body mass index, fasting blood glucose and blood lipid level of diabetic patients before and after health management. Results: The study showed that after the implementation of health management education in the community, the detection rate of diabetes patients increased, but the population was no longer mainly elderly patients, but mainly people under 60 years old. The levels of body mass index, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) were significantly decreased (all P Conclusion: Through the investigation of patients before and after health management in residential communities, this study shows that the correct implementation of health management can effectively improve the physiological indicators of diabetes patients, improve the level of health quality, and provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of diabetes patients in communities.

Impact Evaluation of HIV/AIDS education in Rural Henan Province of China

Nowadays, there is a trend of HIV prevalence transmitting from high-risk group to average-risk group in China. Rural China is the weak link of HIV prevention, and rural areas of Henan province which is one of the most high-risk regions in China have more than 60% of the AIDS patients in the province. Thus, improving the HIV awareness and implementing health education become the top-priority of HIV/AIDS control and prevention. A multistage sampling was designed to draw 1129 people living with HIV/AIDS （PLWHAs） and 1168 non-PLWHAs in 4 prevalence counties of Henan province. A health promoting and social-psychological support model was constructed to improve the health knowledge of participants. Chi-square tests and unconditional logistic regression were performed to determine the intervention effect and influencing factors. All groups had misunderstandings towards the basic medical knowledge and the AIDS transmission mode. Before the intervention, 59.3% of the HIV/AIDS patients and 74.6% of the healthy people had negative attitudes towards the disease. There was statistically significant difference in the improvement of knowledge, attitude and action with regards to HIV prevention before and after intervention （P〈0.05）. PLWHAs who were males （OR=l.731） and had higher education level （OR=1.910） were found to have better HIV/AIDS health knowledge, whereas older PLWHAs （OR=0.961） were less likely to have better HIV/AIDS health knowledge. However, the intervention effect was associated with the expertise of doctors and supervisors, the content and methods of education, and participants＇ education level. It was concluded that health education of HIV/AIDS which positively influences the awareness and attitude of HIV prevention is popular in rural areas, therefore, a systematic and long-term program of HIV control and prevention is urgently needed in rural areas.

Background:Compliance behaviors of patients are critical in the control of Type 2 ***,improving the compliance behaviors of diabetics in the western Sichuan district of China is still ***:This study was conducted to explore the role of picture description education about their knowledge of diabetes,insulin treatment adherence,and glycogenic control level of insulin-dependent diabetic ***:A total of 182 diabetic patients who received insulin injection therapy were enrolled and randomly assigned to two *** in the control group(n=90)received routine health education,whereas patients in the treatment group(n=92)received picture description education based on the routine introduction about *** collected data indicating the knowledge of patients with diabetes and tested their glycogenic level one day before and three months after being ***,we recorded and evaluated the changes of adherence to insulin treatment between the two groups 3 months after being ***:Knowledge of patients with diabetes,their glycogenic level,and insulin treatment adherence were significantly different in the two groups,and the data of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(peducation can improve the knowledge of patients with diabetes,enhance treatment compliance,and maintain blood glucose at a desirable level.

Objective: The objective of this randomized controlled trial study was to evaluate the education training in relation to lifestyle improvement in patients with type 2 diabetes through its influence in the levels of glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c), blood pressure, triglyceride, cholesterol levels, and body mass index(BMI).Methods: The study included patients with type 2 diabetes randomly selected from 20 residential areas in Tirana, Albania where family physicians provide services. The sample size in total was 200 patients in both groups(control and intervention). The education training(four sessions) was conducted by trained nursing staff for 6 months. Patients were screened for the biochemical profile before and after the intervention. To compare the groups with respect to the interest outcomes, the t-test was used. The value of P education sessions. After the intervention, in the intervention group, the mean level of HbA1 c was significantly lower than the value in the control group(6.2% vs 6.8%, P = 0.001) as well as for the mean values of BMI. The mean reduction(more than 15%) in HbA1 c after the intervention was 43% in the intervention group and 2% in the control group(OR = 36.9, P 0.05).Conclusions: The results of this study further support that the approach for education of patients with type 2 diabetes on changing lifestyle benefit the patient in controlling diabetes.
