Objective To analyze and evaluate the impact of adolescents’ sexual and reproductive health education on students’ sexual knowledge,attitude and *** A short term intervention was conducted among high school students in two schools in Xixiang county,Shaanxi *** intervention was carried out in the forms of manual,video,discussion,consultation,and so on .The contents of intervention consisted of the knowledge about adolescent physiology,care,conception,STD/HIV, and so on. Results The results showed that students’ knowledge increased significantly(11.92±4.61 before intervention vs 19.81±4.8 after intervention, P =0.000).The sexual attitude and behavior changed insignificantly,especially the change of *** The intervention is significantly effective in increasing knowledge,but less effective in the change of attitude and almost ineffective in the behavior change.

Objective： Low rate of medication usage and blood pressure （BP） control, bad lifestyle, poor cognition to hypertension, have been obstacles in prevention from hypertensive disease and complication in Chinese cohort. health education appears to be an impendent measure to improve this situation. To study the effect of health education on the rate of medication usage and BP control, the lifestyle, and the incidence of complication among patients with hypertension. Methods ： 284 hypertensive inpatients were divided randomly into two groups： the control group was intervened with routine medication; the education group was intervened with routine medication in combination with intensive health education according to the investigation on the risk factors of cardiocerebrovascular diseases and cognitive levels of hypertensive .disease. During 12.16 ± 1.95 months of following up, the status of lifestyle, the rate of medication usage and BP control, and incidence of complications between two groups were analyzed. Results： In education group, the rate of smoking, alcohol intake, lower-salt ingesting, exercise, medication usage and BP control were improved after intervention and significantly different from those before intervention （P 〈 0.01）. After intervention, the incidence of complications in education group and control group was 10.9% and 30.5% respectively （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Intensive health education is an important measure in preventing from hypertension.

Objective:To compare outcomes associated with patient education about glycemic control via group chat versus patient education as usual among individuals with diabetes in ***:We searched the following databases both in English and in Chinese languages:PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,and CBM for articles published up to Jan 1,*** studies were screened by two independent *** criteria from the risk of bias assessment tool developed by Cochrane Collaboration to assess the risk of bias of eligible studies.A meta-analysis of studies was performed using comprehensive meta-analysis version ***:Twenty-five unique randomized clinical trials,including 2,838 patients,were *** education delivered via group chat had large overall pooled effect sizes in improving glucose control measured by hemoglobin A1c[Hedges'g=-0.81,95%CI:(-0.98,-0.64)],fasting blood glucose[Hedges'g=-1.11,95%CI:(-1.37,-0.85)],and 2 h postprandial blood glucose[Hedges'g=-0.98,95%CI:(-1.20,-0.76)].Additionally,patient education delivered via group chat has shown consistently superior outcomes in glucose control in short-term(0-3 months),mid-term(3-6 months)and longer-term(6-12 months).Conclusions:educational interventions via group chat had a superior outcome in blood glucose control compared to education as usual in *** interventions via group chat had superior shortterm,mid-term,and longer-term outcomes in blood glucose control compared to education as usual in China.

The migrants are the important participant and contributor in China’s economic and social construction,but they still have many restrictions on their access to health *** paper analyzes the differences between the migrants and the regis-tered local residents in looking for medical treatment and explores the relationship between health education and medical treatment seeking behavior,so as to find an appropriate way to improve the health level of the *** using the compara-tive survey data of the floating population and registered population in 2017 and establishing the binary Logit model,this paper finds that the health education has a promoting effect on medical treatment seeking *** terms of the influence mechanism of health education on medical treatment seeking behavior,the mediat-ing effect of social participation factors is stronger in the migrants’group because making new friends and learning about local public health resources through health education is of great significance to the *** is proposed to expand the cov-erage of health education among migrant groups and improve the accessibility of health *** the same time,public medical and health services should be used as a window to guide the migrants to seek medical treatment in an orderly manner while assisting their social integration.

Background Coronary heart disease （CHD） has become the third leading cause of death among Chinese adults. It is acknowledged that cholesterol has a strong relation with CHD. However, at present it is not clear which nurse-based health education strategies are effective in helping reduce serum cholesterol levels for patients with CHD. Methods A recta-analysis study was used to locate evidence supporting the effective health educa- tion methods for lowering cholesterol level in patients with CHD. Results In total, eight studies met the inclusion criteria. Telehealth education method reduced total cholesterol by 0.33 mmol/L, while consulting health education strategy helped to reduce total cholesterol by 0.41 mmol/L. Conclusions Nurse-based health education strategies using counselling sessions and telephone help to lower serum cholesterol level for patients with CHD. Future studies need to be conducted on the cost-effectiveness of this approach.

The relational strategies in group are to improve patient’s BP （blood pressure） control and QoL （quality of life）. Methods： Twenty-one hypertensive patients were randomized into two groups： group A （10 patients, age 67 ± 6 years, BMI （body mass index） 28.3 ± 6 kg/m2） was applied relational strategies, with meetings every 15 days 8 meetings; group B （11 patients, age 58 ± 13 years, BMI 28.2 ± 3 kg/m2） with meetings for group orientation every 40 days 3 meetings. The patients were monitored： at baseline （day 15） and at the end of the study （day 120）, the BP was measured by auscultatory method and the QoL questionnaire （WHOQOL-BREF） was applied, and was submitted to the examination with ABPM （ambulatory blood pressure monitoring）. Results： after 120 days there was a greater （p 〈 0.05） reduction in SBP （systolic blood pressure） in group A （37.8 ± 25 mmHg） than in group B （18 ± 9 mmHg）, but DBP （diastolic blood pressure） decreased similarly in both groups （A, 15 ± 21 vs B, 13 ± 14 mmHg）; the HR （heart rate） reduction was larger （p 〈 0.05） in group A （60.6 ± 8.9 bpm） than in group B （69.7 ± 10.7 bpm）. There was a more significant BMI decrease （p 〈 0.01） in group A （27.8 ± 5 kg/m2） than in group B （28.9 ± 4 kg/m2）. The observed correlations between physical domain and nightime DBP （at day 120） in ABPM were r = -0.712 （negative correlation, p = 0.003）; between psychological domain and SBP sleep time （at day 120） in ABPM were r = -0.527 （negative correlation, p = 0.044）; between environmental domain and daytime Δ HR in ABPM were r = -0.573 （negative correlation, p = 0.007）. Conclusion： the health education program conducted through interpersonal relationships within groups provided better control of SBP and greater reduction in BMI.

The term Ecology is derived from οἶκος (Greek “house” or environment), but our habitations usually overlooked in ecology or environmental studies. The expression “at home” usually means safety and comfort, but at home we are under risk of innumerous parasitic/microbial infections and contaminations/ envenomation. During the COVID-19 pandemic we were forced to stay at home, but the virus and other pathogens were also home-delivered. Education for health is highly effective in health promotion, particularly in poor areas. Thus, prophylactic interventions approaching household environment are required. The present activity aims community empowerment and engagement in controlling parasitic diseases and other infections such as Chagas disease, leishmaniasis, malaria, arboviruses etc. Inspired on the use of a house maket by Dr. Virgínia Schall to demonstrate Aedes mosquitoes breeding sites. We also employ house makets displaying pathogen vectors breeding/hiding sites. Although some makets can be opened, revealing intradomiciliary milieu, we intended to offer the public a literally “insider” view of this largely overlooked scenery. The “Interactive House”, also known as “House with no viruses and other bugs” is an educative, interactive, ludic device elaborated on an inflatable igloo, with furniture and utensils crafted using reused/recycled or low-cost materials.
