According to Freud, Happiness is defined as the discharge of sexual drive (Orgasm); obtaining happiness usually costs a lot of energy for women and even more for men, but what happens when that happiness is obtained without energy expenditure, when happiness is obtained with gain of energy or money. Exchange sex is defined as the exchange of sex for energy (in this case money), nevertheless, the classic normal relationships between men and women in society function in general as an exchange of sex for energy (money). So it could be argued that relationships between men and women in our society function on the basis of exchange sex. However, the intrapsychic conflict of individuals complicates and makes it difficult to achieve that happiness. We will also analyze the way to obtain Partial Happiness (get orgasms with people you are not in love with), Total Happiness (get orgasms from the people you are in love with), and a new concept The Supra-Happiness (get orgasms from many attractive people simultaneously; even if you are fall in love with these people or not). That happiness is only temporary, the original dissatisfaction and lack of the human psyche has to be filled and constantly satisfied with that temporary happiness.

Highly happy nurses are more productive, engaged and loyal. If nurses are satisfied, then their intention to leave is low. Aim: to investigate the impact of Saudi nurses’ happiness on their intention to turnover in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Research Hypothesis: H0. There is no relationship between the nurses’ happiness on their intention to turnover among Saudi nurses. H1. The happy Saudi nurses will have a lower turnover intention among Saudi nurses in the Medina region. Design: Quantitative, cross-sectional, and correlational study designs have been used. Setting: Big public hospital in Medina from June to October 2022. Sample: A quota, convenience sample of 281 Saudi nurses. Tools: A. Oxford happiness inventory to measure the nurses’ happiness. B. Turnover Intention Scale to evaluate the Saudi nurses’ intention to leave their current job. Results: More than half of the nurses had moderate happiness, but more than 75% of the Saudi nurses had a desire to leave. The relationship between happiness and turnover intentions is negative. Conclusion: Magnet-like work environments in Saudi Arabia are critical to recruit and retain nurses with critical nursing shortages. Recommendations: Encourage governmental policy-makers to formulate national policies and KPIs in order to make them happy and retain them. .

Analyzing the Relationships Between Factors Affecting Adolescents＇ happiness in OECD Countries

The aim of this study is to investigate the causal relationships between key factors relating to education that affect the happiness of adolescents, and to put forward policy suggestions wherewith 20 OECD countries may raise their levels of adolescent happiness. The HBSC score of adolescents from 20 OECD countries was selected as an indicator for happiness, and a number of independent variables such as per capita GDP and per capita educational expenditure were included in the analysis. A structural equation model was employed for the analysis. The research results show that the variables that directly affected happiness were per capita educational expenditure, educational decentralization level, number of students per teacher, and others. Of these, per capita educational expenditure had the greatest influence. Of the paths to adolescent happiness, those that contained a significant indirect effect were ＂per capita GDP → per capita educational expenditure → happiness＂ and ＂educational decentralization → number of students per teacher → happiness＂, which were significant at the level ofp 〈 0.05. Compiling the paths toward adolescent happiness focusing on the significance of these direct and indirect effects shows that the ＂per capita GDP →per capita educational expenditure → happiness＂ path has the greatest effect.

We propose to determine the underlying causal structure of the elements of happiness from a set of empirically obtained data based on Bayesian. We consider the proposal to study happiness as a multidimensional construct which converges four dimensions with two different Bayesian techniques, in the first we use the Bonferroni correction to estimate the mean multiple comparisons, on this basis it is that we use the function t and a z-test, in both cases the results do not vary, so it is decided to present only those shown by the t test. In the Bayesian Multiple Linear Regression, we prove that happiness can be explained through three dimensions. The technical numerical used is MCMC, of four samples. The results show that the sample has not atypical behavior too and that suitable modifications can be described through a test. Another interesting result obtained is that the predictive probability for the case of sense positive of life and personal fulfillment dimensions exhibit a non-uniform variation.

The Almighty created man for contentment, and not for suffering. Creation of the universe was a leap from absolute entropy to substance and the vital world. According to our hypothesis, the goal of creating the universe and humans was to create enjoyment and pleasure by depressing the level of entropy. Current definitions do not adequately express the nature and origin of happiness or suffering, nor do they suggest how to treat, relieve, and prevent the torment of a healthy or sick individual. Our team developed and proposed the entropy theory as a new definition for human happiness and suffering. Entropy is a lack of order or a state of chaos. Human happiness may be defined as the complex of positive sensations, perceptions, emotions, or thoughts. These arise due to the depressed level of entropy of the individual＇s organism, empathy for others, or germane surroundings in the past, present, or in the future. Human suffering is the complex of negative sensations, perceptions, emotions, or thoughts that arise due to an increased level of entropy of a person＇s organism, empathy for others, or germane surroundings in the past, present, or future. A source of happiness and pleasure denotes depression of entropy in humans. Therefore, in order to treat suffering, one should ensure that the entropy level is reduced by complementing it with that which is missing.

This paper investigates residents living experience in the common courtyards of cooperative housing and cohousing in Canada,and their sense of happiness associated with *** housing as a form of social housing established in Toronto,Ontario,Canada as early as the *** as its subsequent name has evolved into a global movement since the 1960s,to promote residents sharing and caring for one another through active participation in community lives and cooperative management.A key feature of this housing is the inclusion of shared spaces,such as common *** research explored what make residents happy and/or unhappy in the common courtyards,and how to improve their living experience in the common *** interviews were conducted with 20 residents in three cooperative housing in Toronto and three cohousing across *** findings suggest that the Courtyard is a central component to promote social happiness of *** paper contributes to the topic of Housing and happiness that is rarely *** finally proposes a courtyard garden housing scheme that can be a template for universal *** main conclusion is that there is a need for more courtyard configuration in contemporary Canadian urban planning and architectural design to promote community development.

This study examines the correlation ~mong a number of personal and environmental resources that can recluce u^pz-~on, These are： religiosity, happiness, social support, and self-controL The participants in the study consisted of 219 Arab students from teacher training colleges in the Triangle region in central Israel. The findings indicate that all the resources that were examined contribute to reducing the level of depression; in other words, significant negative correlations were found between the level of religiosity, happiness, social support and self-control on the one hand, and the level of depression on the other hand. These findings are consistent with those of other studies conducted elsewhere in the world on different populations CChristian and lewish, as well as Muslim）. The present study and its findings are, however, the first to address the understanding of depression among the populace in question. The findings were discussed in accordance with a number of different theories.
