Hypochlorite(ClO^(-))is an important reactive oxygen species produced by the immune system to fight off invading pathogens,but its over-expression can interfere with normal physiological process and induce serious *** a variety of molecular probes have been reported for detecting ClO^(-),the development of advanced fluorescent tools with faster response and higher sensitivity to precisely monitor ClO^(-)remains a *** this work,two hantzsch ester(a derivative of 1,4-dihydropyridine)derived fluorescent probes MeDHP-BCl and MeDHP-PhBCl were constructed based on asymmetric *** probes exhibit significant fluorescence turn-on in the ultra-sensitive(detection limithantzsch ester which cannot be activated by various common bioactive species,including nitric oxide(NO)that could oxidize hantzsch ester under aerobic physiological conditions in most ***-PhBCl possessed a relatively longer fluorescence emission wavelength and higher quantum yield after activation,while more notably,MeDHP-BCl displayed lower cytotoxicity and more remarkable fluorescence increment in the response to ClO^(-),enabling selective and precise visualization of endogenous ClO^(-)over-expression in living RAW264.7 cells.

In the presence of diethyl 1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethylpyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate（DHP） and a catalytic amount of potassium iodide,severalα-halo ketones were easily reduced to the corresponding ketones in acetone *** procedure presented here showed several merits such as short reaction time,practical experimental and isolated procedure,and excellent yields of products.

The hantzsch ester,a unique dihydropyridine derivative known for more than 100 years,demonstrated its unusual reactivity in visible-light-induced photoredox *** found the hantzsch ester could act as photosensitizer,electron donor and hydrogen donor in the debromination reaction of 1,2-dibromo compounds to yield alkenes in the absence of catalyst.A variety of substituted styrenes,α,β-unsaturated alkenes and unfunctionalized alkenes were compatible with this deprotection protocol with good to excellent *** addition to acting as hydrogen donor,hantzsch ester with substitution could generate alkyl radicals in the visible-light-induced photoredox radical-radical coupling reactions to build single all-carbon quaternary *** further synthesized the hantzsch nitrile compounds and successfully joined two contiguous all-carbon quaternary centers.

吲哚是天然产物重要的母体结构,具有很明显的药理活性。吲哚的化学研究仍是杂环化学研究的热点,特别是3-取代吲哚衍生物。目前有许多关于C-3取代吲哚的化学构建方法,但近年来关于由吲哚进一步构建3-取代吲哚的报道日渐增多。氢转移反应是利用氢供体作为氢源对氢受体进行还原的一类反应,与普通的氢气还原相比较,该方法条件温和,不需要高温高压设备。hantzsch ester是常见的氢源,具有与辅酶NADH类似的结构,可有效对双键进行还原。脯氨酸类催化剂是一种有效的手性催化剂,可催化Aldol、 Michael、 Diels-Alder等许多反应,具有很好的选择性。改进脯氨酸催化剂和寻找脯氨酸催化的高选择性反应成为目前的热点。在有机碱条件下,缩合吲哚与醛,合成系列3-吲哚甲基醇底物。在酸性条件下,催化该底物羟基的离去,获得α,β-不饱和亚胺离子中间体,该中间体随后被hantzsch ester还原,进而获得C-3取代吲哚。系统的讨论了酸、溶剂和底物对该反应的影响,发现该反应时间极短,收率很高。本文利用脯氨酸成功合成了脯氨醇硅醚仲胺催化剂。利用该催化探讨了催化丙醛与α,β-不饱和羰基化合物的Michael/Michael反应,但未能得到理想的结果。
