Marine meteorology information is important for weather-sensitive marine activities while it is difficult to collect meteorological data in harsh environments. The objective of this paper is to design an unmanned surface vessel（USV） system,which consists of several subsystems, for marine meteorological data acquisition. Taking into consideration the reliability of the self-driving subsystem, a redundant autonomous driving module is designed to remove the broken controller. The stability and reliability of data transmissions are guaranteed by a multi-mode communication subsystem composed of radio and Beidou satellite communication modules. For the sake of the vessel safety, a navigation obstacle avoidance subsystem is employed in combination with vision sensors. The power subsystem including diesel generators and batteries is designed to extend the working time of meteorological monitoring. Moreover, an adaptive circular LOS guidance law is proposed to reduce the overshoot caused by the disturbance due to wind and wave. Finally, several experiments are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the system. The results show that the USV with designed system is able to sail across the tough marine area while showing important advantages for the acquisition and transmission of marine meteorological data in real time.

＜正＞The design problem of guidance system of a longitudinal automatic carrier landing system is considered.The mathematic model of the landing guidance problem is created based on the analysis of the main architecture of a longitudinal automatic carrier landing system.The landing guidance system is designed via adaptive variable structure sliding mode control theory and the stability of guidance system is analyzed.The chattering problem is solved via using hyperbolic tangent.Simulation results indicate that the guidance system has the merits of response fast and tracking precisely and validate the feasibility and reasonability of this method.

In this paper,a guidance law considering impact angle constraint for missiles with time-varying velocity is proposed via geometric methods.The guidance concept is based on the geometric property of the circle involute.A simple path planning approach is proposed to find the desired involute trajectory that connects the missile and target while satisfying the impact angle constraint.Once the desired involute trajectory is determined,the reference line-of-sight（LOS） profiles with respect to the downrange are obtained consequently.Then,a robust guidance law is constructed to achieve the precise tracking of the reference LOS profiles that finally guides missiles with time-varying velocity to meet the impact angle constraint.Nonlinear simulations under various scenarios are conducted to validate the proposed guidance law.

Time-varying formation pursuit based cooperative（TFPBC） guidance for multiple missiles to intercept a maneuvering target is investigated. In TFPBC guidance, multiple missiles are not only expected to intercept the target simultaneously but also need to form a desired time-varying formation configuration during the engagement. The motivation for TFPBC guidance is to create a favorable relative geometry for multiple missiles, which may enclose a maneuvering target and then improve the hit performance. Multiple missiles are classified into leader missile and follower missiles. TFPBC guidance law for the leader missile and follower missiles is constructed, respectively. An approach with four steps to determine the parameters in the TFPBC guidance law is given. The convergence of the designed TFPBC guidance law is proved. A numerical example for multiple missiles to intercept a maneuvering target is provided.

In this paper, an extended state observer（ESO） based guidance method only using the bearing measurements is presented to intercept a maneuvering target in the three-dimensional space. Firstly, the line-of-sight（LOS） rates and total disturbances are estimated by ESO when designing the guidance law. The LOS rates can converge to zero by the effect of the designed guidance law. On this basis, another guidance law is presented further considering the measurement noise existing in the real environment. A novel filter model is established by ESO, which could improve the estimation accuracy of target states. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness and robustness of the guidance method.

An internal model based guidance law is investigated,which is applied to a short-range homing missile against a sinusoidally weaving target.In practice,it’s difficult to measure the target maneuver directly,which is the key to improve the guidance performance.The main idea of this paper is to use an adaptive internal model to generate the estimate of the target maneuver.It’s different from the traditional disturbance observer based methods that it won’t introduce an unavoidable time delay.We proved that the sinusoidal target maneuver can be asymptotically rejected using the proposed guidance law,as is demonstrated by numerical simulations.
