Purpose:To explore the feasibility of using graduate students as preceptors in the clinical education of medical nursing ***:Five second-year graduate nursing students were recruited to participate in the clinical teaching of medical nursing for 38 undergraduates in the first semester of the 2010 e2011 academic year,divided into two *** first group first received clinical teaching in caring for respiratory diseases from graduate preceptors for six weeks followed by clinical teaching in caring for circulatory diseases from nurse preceptors for six *** second group received clinical teaching in the reverse order,from the nurse preceptors followed by the graduate student *** training,all students were examined with a written test and scores were *** addition,review meetings were held to evaluate the teaching ***:No significant differences in test scores were observed between the two teaching *** student feedback indicated that the training provided by the graduate students was satisfactory,and the medical nursing course leader was satisfied with the teaching outcome with a few ***:These data indicate that graduate students are capable of training undergraduates in medical nursing,although some areas can be improved.

Computer systems help to improve human life in all sectors. One of the most important sectors that the recent systems support is the recruitment sector. Recruiters used to waste their valuable time, effort and money to reach the best candidates. The traditional recruitment process fulfills neither the recruiter needs nor the job seeker ambitions. Nowadays, companies use their website or social media to announce job vacancy whereas job seekers usually use job portal to market their abilities and skills. All these can be put on one recruitment website to improve the process for both parties. The proposed system will build an online E-recruitment system for recruiters (companies) and job seekers that will help them to interact with each other and to match their expectations. This system will be developed using Hyper Text pre-processor (PHP), Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), JQ, MySQL, and XMMAP. Moreover, the recent human computer interaction (HCI) concepts will apply to provide good user experience through simple, clear, and modern interfaces. Our E-recruitment system is directed to all graduated students from university in all programs. The system allows the recruiters (companies) to post announcement for job vacancy and to search for job seeker or about another company, and to view the applied job. For the job seeker it allows graduate student to search for job, apply for the available opportunities, upload CV, and setup his own profile. Finally, this study will help to improve the experience and break the difficulties that present in the recruitment process as well as support the human resource (HR) department in companies and other sectors. Finally, the results show the average score of 4.72 out of 5, indicating that the users are feeling enjoyable while using the application features and the system is easy to use.

Objective:The objective is to understand the current situation of clinical practice training for nursing master’s degree postgraduates,and discuss the necessity of implementing the“dual specialty”training mode for nursing master’s degree postgraduates in ***:Phenomenological research method was used to conduct semi‑structured in‑depth interviews with 10 nursing master’s degree graduates,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7‑step analysis ***:Four topics were extracted:The objective of clinical practice training for nursing master degree postgraduates was not specific;the cultivation direction is not refined;the ability of clinical practice is weak;the research direction is not consistent with the required ***:Implementing special double training mode can solve nursing professional master degree postgraduate education lacking the ability to service the needs of society,graduate students and the existing problems of specialist nurse training and the cultivation of“heavy science,light clinical practice”status quo and the effective way of guiding graduate students career planning,so the implementation of special“double”training mode is necessary.

All engineering students need to develop their important skills of leadership in project management. Many students have never been leaders in their social and school lives. A leading role is unimaginable to them and hence they cannot imagine how to achieve it. The purpose of this paper is to report a result of a new leadership education program which links a variety of simulated experiences with real actions of students in project based learning （PBL） to develop their leadership ability. The first step is for graduate students to gain knowledge in the leadership arena. Then, they utilize simulation to experience leadership actions many times. Simulation provides a safe environment in which they can try out many different approaches in taking leadership in various situations. In the next step, students as a team utilize PBL, so that the above simulated experiences can help them to actually take leadership. students can apply trained leadership to actual projects. It is highly effective to apply conscious leadership to a project aimed at a specific goal in limited circumstances. This education repeats both of the steps above, raising leadership abilities in an upward spiral. In terms of students＇ evaluation of leadership education in project management, 360-degree assessments were carried out by teachers, senior, and junior students before and after the course, and authors compare their assessments thoroughly. As a result, authors are assured that students not only gained knowledge but also raised leadership abilities in their actions after this education. Six months after the time of leadership education employing simulated experiences and PBL, follow-up interviews were conducted on its effects. Authors recognized the cyclic period that students apply simulated experiences to PBL and that they seek different approaches in simulation for solving problems found in reality. Purpose: This paper aims to explore best practices in academic and research libraries in providing information literacy(IL) instruction to science and engineering graduate ***/methodology/approach: Using the questionnaire survey method, we conducted an IL assessment study on 114 graduate students enrolling in graduate courses offered by College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences(GUCAS).Findings: The current situation of graduate students' IL competencies and the need to develop them are revealed. An IL course was designed by subject librarians of National Science Library(NSL), Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS), with three patterns addressing the development of graduate students' IL *** limitations: It is only about the practice of subject librarians at NSL, CAS, in designing IL courses for graduate students enrolling in graduate courses offered by College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, *** implications: The results can provide a lot of useful information for the improvement of IL competencies of graduate students in science and technology ***/value: It is significant for assisting future subject librarians in incorporating IL skills into their course, especially for academic and research librarians to prepare and develop IL courses for science and engineering graduate students.

The Party branch of Postgraduates in Colleges and universities is an important position for the education, training and management of postgraduates, and an important carrier for the ideological and political education of postgraduates. Under the background of the new era, strengthening the construction of graduate Party branch is not only the objective demand of national and social development, but also the realistic demand of college education management and personal growth. This paper analyzes and discusses the problems in the construction and operation of the Party branch of graduate students in the new era, and makes countermeasures from the aspects of concept innovation, carrier innovation and mechanism innovation, so as to enhance the cohesion, creativity and combat effectiveness of the Party branch of graduate students.
