This paper aims at introducing global method,a new way of teaching reading comprehension in English.After analyzing advantages and disadvantages of sentence method and text method carefully,the author puts forward global method.In this paper,the concept of global method is reviewed;the similarities and differences between traditional method and global method are briefly examined;theoretical basis as well as guiding ideology of global method are then discussed;finally,examples are given to show how this method can be applied in teaching practice.

Least square method for polynomial extrapolation is one of data rationality inspection methods that are often used to identify outliers. However, the method is local and only inspects the rationality of current data points. If the outliers are accepted before, the method can cause the following normal points to be abandoned and the abnormal points to be received, which will lead to the accumulation of errors. Moreover, because of the method needs to accumulate points before inspection, the initial data points cannot be inspected. To this end, this paper presents a global data nationality inspection algorithm. The method is fast and accurate, and can effectively eliminate the accumulated error in global.

Analytical solutions of limit support pressure and vertical earth pressure on cutting face for tunnels

This paper focuses on theoretical analytical models to calculate the limit support pressure and vertical earth pressure on the cutting face for tunnels.The failure zone is divided into two parts:a sliding failure zone and an upper loosen zone,and the limit support pressure calculation equation is derived.To verify the rationality of the theoretical model,it was compared with the existing theory,numerical simulation,and centrifugal test,and then the parameter analysis was carried out.The results show that the results of this paper agree well with the existing theory,numerical simulation,and centrifugal test.The inclination angle of the proposed mechanism is determined based on the results of the existing centrifuge test,and the recommended inclination angle is between 52°+φ/2 and 54°+φ/2.The method is proven to be safe and accurate.It can provide a theoretical basis for similar projects.
