The global exponential stability of the zero solution to a class of differential system with delay is considered. By constructing a suitable type of Lyapunov functional and using some analytical techniques, we derive some criteria to check exponential stability of this system. The results establish a relation between the delay time and the parameters of the system. Two examples are also given to illustrate the validity of the results.

In this paper, global exponential stability of almost periodic solution of cellular neural networks with time-varing delays （CNNVDs） is considered. By using the methods of the topological degree theory and generalized Halanay inequality, a few new applicable criteria are established for the existence and global exponential stability of almost periodic solution. Some previous results are improved and extended in this letter and one example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the new results.

＜正＞This letter deals with the exponential stability problem for static recurrent neural networks（RNNs） with time-varying *** Lyapunov functional method and linear matrix inequality technique,some novel delay-dependent criteria are established to ensure the exponential stability of the considered neural *** proposed exponential stability criteria are expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities,and can be checked using the recently developed algorithms.A numerical example is given to show that the obtained criteria can provide less conservative results than some existing ones.

＜正＞In this paper,the global exponential stability was discussed for the uncertain dynamic neural networks with discrete and distributed time-varying *** parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm bounded. Then based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional stability analysis and linear matrix inequality（LMI） approach, a new sufficient condition is derived to assure the global exponential stability of the equilibrium,which generalizes the previous results in literature less conservatively.

On account of the finite propagation speed of signals, time-delay phenomena are abundant. Compared with timedelay systems, nonlinear systems with generalized piecewise constant arguments can be both of advance and retard, which are an extension to time-delay systems. In this paper, we address the robustness of global exponential stability for a general class of nonlinear systems with generalized piecewise constant arguments, that is, given globally exponentially stable nonlinear systems,the problem that how much intensity of generalized piecewise constant arguments the nonlinear systems can be sustained to maintain globally exponentially stable is investigated. First, conditions guaranteeing the existence and uniqueness of solution for a general class of nonlinear systems with generalized piecewise constant arguments are formulated. Furthermore, the upper bound of the intensity of generalized piecewise constant arguments can be obtained to keep the nonlinear systems to be globally exponentially stable by solving the transcendental equation. Finally, one numerical example is presented to show the effectiveness of theoretical result.

In this paper,the global exponential stability is discussed for Cohen-Grossgerg neural network with time varying *** the basis of the linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) technique,and Lyapunov functional method combined with the Bellman inequality and Jensen inequality technique,we have obtained two main conditions to ensure the global exponential stability of the equilibrium point for this system,one of which is dependent on the change rate of time varying delays,and the other is dependent on the upper bound of time varying *** proposed results are less restrictive than those given in the earlier literatures,easier to check in practice,and suitable of the cases of slow or fast time varying *** are made with other previous works to show the superiority of the obtained results,and the simulation examples are used to demonstrate the effectiveness of our results.

In real-time applications of bi-directional associative memory (BAM) networks, a global exponentially stable equilibrium is highly desired. The existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability for a class of BAM networks are studied in this paper, the signal function of neurons is assumed to be piece-wise linear from the engineering point of view. A very concise condition for the equilibrium of such a network being globally exponentially stable is derived,which makes the practical design of this kind of networks an easy job.
