The formation of the global Production Network (GPN) and the development of the fragmentation make the traditional industry cluster have to embed the global Value chain (GVC) when it comes to build up the regional economic system and international competitiveness. This thesis mainly builds up the "Double Diamond Model" based on the "Diamond Model", in addition, the author proposes four types of enhancing industry cluster, analyzes the trend of China’s industry cluster competitiveness and the integration of the industry cluster with the global Value chain. Finally, the thesis puts out the route to enhance industry cluster competitiveness based on the four factors of the Double Diamond Model and also gives some suggestions on how to enhance the industry cluster competitiveness based on China’s condition.
