As one of the most concerned digital technologies in recent years,blockchain and distributed ledger technology are an important driving force for a new round of technological development.It is currently in the process of accelerating its evolution and maturity,and has gradually integrated with other digital technologies.It has been applied in many industries,providing decentralized solutions for various industries,realizing innovative storage models,and building a new trust system.As blockchain technology is officially incorporated into China’s new information infrastructure category,the application fields of blockchain have expanded rapidly,gradually extending from the financial field and government affairs to other fields in the real economy.At the same time,with the continuous development of the globalized economy,blockchain technology will also have a profound impact on international technological and economic development.Therefore,for the healthy and orderly development and real implementation of the blockchain industry,standardize the application of blockchain,effectively break through the cognitive and technical barriers between different countries,industries and systems on a global scale,prevent application risks,the development of the global blockchain industry needs standardization basis,which is particularly important and urgent.A sound standard system is an important key to the successful development of technology,and formulating the right standard at the right time for technology development helps ensure the ease of use and interoperability of the technology.From the perspective of international standardization,this article first introduces the general situation of ISO,ITU-T,IEEE,W3C and other international standardization organizations,and sorts out the status quo of the blockchain standardization working groups of mainstream international standardization organizations.All blockchain-related standards under development have been analyzed for the characteristics of international blockchain technology

Secondary forests and human-made forest Gaps are conspicuous features of tropical landscapes.Yet,behavioral responses to these aspects of anthropogenically modified forests remain poorly investigated.Here,we analyze the effects of small human-made clearings and secondary forests on tropical bats by examining the guild-and species-level activity patterns of phyllostomids sampled in the Central Amazon,Brazil.Specifically,we contrast the temporal activity patterns and degree of temporal overlap of 6 frugivorous and 4 gleaning animalivorous species in old-growth forest and second-growth forest and of 4 frugivores in old-growth forest and forest clearings.The activity patterns of frugivores and gleaning animalivores did not change between old-growth forest and second-growth,nor did the activity patterns of frugivores between old-growth forest and clearings.However,at the species level,we detected significant differences for Artibeus obscurus(old-growth forest vs.second-growth)and A.concolor(old-growth forest vs.clearings).The degree of temporal overlap was greater than random in all sampled habitats.However,for frugivorous species,the degree of temporal overlap was similar between old-growth forest and second-growth;whereas for gleaning animalivores,it was lower in second-growth than in old-growth forest.On the contrary,forest clearings were characterized by increased temporal overlap between frugivores.Changes in activity patterns and temporal overlap may result from differential foraging opportunities and dissimilar predation risks.Yet,our analyses suggest that activity patterns of bats in second-growth and small forest clearings,2 of the most prominent habitats in humanized tropical landscapes,varies little from the activity patterns in old-growth forest.

The piston pump is the key power component in the civil aircraft hydraulic system,and the most common pump used in the aviation field is the pressure compensated variable displacement type.In this review paper,a basic introduction to the civil aircraft piston pump is presented,including the classification,structure,working principle,design features,and achievements by some research groups.Then,the future directions of the aircraft pump are reported from various perspectives.Further,the critical technologies are analyzed and summarized in detail from six thrust areas:friction couples,noise reduction,inlet boost,thermal management,fault diagnosis and health management,and mechanical seal.Finally,the challenges and limitations of the research on the aircraft pump are discussed to provide valuable insight for future scholars.

Sorghum germplasm from West and Gentral Africa maintained in the ICRISAT genebank: Status,Gaps,and diversity

The genebank at ICRISAT maintains 8020 accessions of sorghum from 16 West and Central African countries. Geographical Gaps and diversity were assessed in the collection. Using the passport data of 3991 accessions for which georeferenced data were available, a total of386 districts(Gaps) located in 11 West and Central African countries were identified as geographical Gaps. Burkina Faso with 140 and Nigeria with 118 districts were identified as countries with major geographical Gaps. The collection of 43 accessions of wild species represented only three species belonging to Sorghum bicolor ssp. drummondii and ssp.verticilliflorum, S. hevisonii, and S. macrochaeta, highlighting the need for collection missions aimed exclusively at enriching the collection of wild relatives. Accessions having characterization data(7630) were used to assess diversity. The first three principal components contributed to >60% of variation. Maximum diversity was observed in the collection from Nigeria for both qualitative and quantitative traits. Mean values indicated significant differences between basic and intermediate races for the traits studied. Among the races, accessions of guinea-caudatum for qualitative traits and those of caudatum for quantitative traits were highly diverse. The low intensity of the sorghum collection and the many geographical Gaps in the collection underline the importance of launching collection missions to fill the Gaps, particularly in regions of predominantly guinea sorghums.Genotyping of possible duplicate accessions is needed to identify duplicates in the collection. It is suggested that all passport information including georeferenced data of collection sites should be collected when samples are collected in Gaps.

Identifying the limiting factors driving the winter wheat yield gap on smallholder farms by agronomic diagnosis in North China Plain

North China Plain(NCP) is the primary winter wheat production region in China, characterized by smallholder farming systems. Whereas the winter wheat average yield of smallholder farmers is currently low, the yield potential and limiting factors driving the current yield gap remain unclear. Therefore, increasing the wheat yield in NCP is essential for the national food security. This study monitored wheat yield, management practices and soil nutrient data in 132 farmers’ fields of Xushui County, Baoding City, Hebei Province during 2014–2016. These data were analyzed using variance and path analysis to determine the yield gap and the contribution of yield components(i.e., spikes per hectare, grain number per spike and 1 000-grain weight) to wheat yield. Then, the limiting factors of yield components and the optimizing strategies were identified by a boundary line approach. The results showed that the attainable potential yield for winter wheat was 10 514 kg ha^–1. The yield Gaps varied strongly between three yield groups(i.e., high, middle and low), which were divided by yield level and contained 44 farmers in each group, and amounted to 2 493, 1 636 and 814 kg ha^–1, respectively. Income Growth,Income Gaps,and Rural Poverty Reduction in China

This paper analyzes the evolving trends in China’s rural poverty from 1988 to 2018 and how income growth and income Gaps contributed to poverty reduction using rural household data from the China Household Income Project(CHIP).We find that after China’s reform and opening up policy introduced in 1978,China’s rural poverty has been reduced substantially due primarily to income growth,although this poverty-reducing effect was partially offset by widening income Gaps.During the progress of this poverty reduction,however,income distribution replaced income growth as the key driver.For the extremely poor in particular,their poverty status hinged upon income distribution.As revealed by our empirical analysis of income sources,wage income became the chief source of income for rural households,contributing a rising share to poverty reduction in the countryside.The contribution of net income from government transfer to poverty reduction has increased in recent years,and this contribution has been increased with the deepening level of poverty.Calculation of the pro-poor growth index suggests that the poor population primarily benefited from the trickle-down effect of economic growth,and the economic growth pattern has yet to lean towards pro-poor growth.

What Determines China's Grain Imports and Self-sufficiency? The Role of Rising Domestic Costs and Varying World Market Prices

China s grain sectors have faced unprecedented challenges in recent years as the ever-increasing and historically high level of grain output has failed to reduce grain imports. On the contrary, high grain imports and high domestic stock have accompanied historically high domestic output, a situation dubbed the "triple high" phenomenon in current policy discussion. This paper explores the role of widening domestic-world market price Gaps in determining the triple high phenomenon.Unlike earlier studies that relied on production capacities, this paper argues that domestic production and demand (hence imports) are functions of domestic and world market prices and proposes an analytical framework to explicitly capture such price Gaps under restricted trade linkages in general equilibrium. Following this approach, a set of price scenarios for the 2011-2020 period are constructed and simulated in a computable general equilibrium model. Results from the core scenarios, in which recent domestic and world market price trends are assumed to continue, suggest that further widening price Gaps would substantially increase grain imports and reduce domestic output (by 60 million tons) and self-sufficiency ratios from base levels. In the alternative scenarios with larger (smaller) price Gaps, we find higher (lower) imports and larger (smaller) decreases in domestic output and self-sufficiency ratios. Such results provide important policy implications as China's agricultural policy undergoes significant adjustment.

对比分析了CSRS-PPP、APPS、Gaps、magicGNSS 4款在线PPP服务系统对钟跳数据的处理能力。结果表明,CSRS-PPP的稳健性最好,能够有效处理三类ms级钟跳的数据;APPS能够有效解决第一类ms级钟跳对定位的不利影响,但其对第二类ms级钟跳缺乏必要的控制;Gaps则完全没有顾及钟跳的影响,当发生第一、二类钟跳时,定位结果反复重新初始化,严重影响了PPP的定位精度;magicGNSS的稳健性最差,即便是对于许多不存在钟跳的数据,其定位结果也相对较差,甚至经常出现解算失败的现象。此外,还对计划升级为在线PPP服务系统的TriP 3.0的钟跳处理能力进行了简要分析,结果表明,该软件能够有效处理各类钟跳数据,定位精度较高。

Strong coupling between height of Gaps and thickness of thermal boundary layer in partitioned convection system

A direct numerical simulation(DNS) method is used to calculate the partitioned convection system with Ra number ranging from 10^7 to 2×10^9.Using the boundary layer thickness to normalize the height of Gaps d, we find a strong consistency between the variation of the TD number(the average value of the temperature in each heat transfer channel is averaged after taking the absolute values) with the change of the height of Gaps and the variation of the TD number with the change of Ra number in partitioned convection.For a given thickness of partition, heights of Gaps are approximately equal to 0.5 or 1 time of the thermal boundary layer thickness λθ at different Ra numbers.TD number representing temperature characteristics is almost the constant value, which means that TD number is a function of d/λθ only.Analysis of local temperature field of area in Gaps shows that the temperature distribution in the Gaps are basically the same when d/λθ is certain.The heat transfer Nu number of the system at d/λθ≈ 0.5 is larger than that of d/λθ≈ 1, both of them have the same scaling law with Ra number and Nu^Ra^0.25.
