可视化滩涂资源遥感监测系统有利于科学监测和保护滩涂资源.针对目前的滩涂资源遥感监测系统存在空间和属性信息关联不足、系统复用性和可扩展性不高等问题,本文结合滩涂资源的可视化展示需求,对系统进行优化:在GIS实体管理方面,提出了基于gml的映射设计思想和面向对象的设计原则,实现了GIS对象及属性的动态管理;在图层管理方面,提出了基于MapObject组件的GIS实体展现,实现了多种矢量数据和栅格数据的转换;在系统设计方面,采用插件技术,实现了系统功能的封装和复用.系统较好地实现了对江苏沿海滩涂资源的动态监测和可视化展示,对于海洋滩涂资源的保护和服务海洋高质量发展都具有重要的意义.

gml is becoming the de facto standard for electronic data exchange among the applications of Web and distributed geographic information systems. However, the conventional query languages (e.g. SQL and its extended versions) are not suitable for direct querying and updating of gml documents. Even the effective approaches working well with XML could not guarantee good results when applied to gml documents. Although XQuery is a powerful standard query language for XML, it is not proposed for querying spatial features, which constitute the most important components in gml documents. We propose GQL, a query language specification to support spatial queries over gml documents by extending XQuery. The data model, algebra, and formal semantics as well as various spatial functions and operations of GQL are presented in detail.

In large spatial,temporal,and spatio-temporal databases,the concept of dimensions–time and space–is central and their efficient processing has always been a great concern.A Geographic Information System(GIS)is widely known for its efficient and sophisticated handling of the spatial databases;however,integration of the time domain introduces additional complexities.Considerable research is ongoing in this area.Though numerous approaches have already been proposed in the literature to address the time-related challenges in GIS community,such as the development of temporal GIS data models,this study contributes to these ongoing efforts through extensions to the Parametric Data Model.Parametric database approaches(Parametric Data Model)have been developed to handle dimensional data such as space,time,belief,etc.In this study,the time dimension is of specific interest and we propose the integration of parametric approaches to GIS to absorb the temporal burden.The temporal processing of the data is done using parametric approaches that address the limitation of GIS to support temporal queries and temporal analysis of phenomena.Using the AutoConViz tool,developed for spatio-temporal data modeling and visualization,results can be directly integrated into standard GIS software programs such as ArcGIS and further processed seamlessly along with and in a similar manner to other attributes.

The ultimate goal of much current research in earth science informatics is to enable more efficient discovery and use of environmental data.Large-scale efforts are underway at regional and global levels.For instance the European INSPIRE Directive(2007/2/EC)and international GEOSS initiative will both provide unprecedented catalogues of earth observation and environmental data,with links to online services providing direct access to digital data repositories.While the motivation for these emerging infrastructures is clear(e.***.understanding global change),it is less obvious how they might be implemented.Standards will play a major role and considerable effort is currently being devoted to their development by bodies like the International Organisation for Standardisation and the Open Geospatial *** search engines are amongst the most popular websites visited today.Using the metaphor of a web search portal,we review the potential of new geospatial standards to provide an advanced,userfriendly approach to discovery and use of climate-science data.

当前， OGC gml (地理标注语言) 说明是为分享并且交换的 GIS 数据和空间互操作的事实上的标准。XML 数据的采用的嵌套的协会表达式途径， gml 数据文件能存储空间信息和语义关系地理元素的信息。为了在 gml 上改进路径质问的效率，二打信息，论文为 gml 数据描述一个整体的索引方法，我们它把 EKR 称为 +( 优化 R +-tree 底在上扩大 gml 特征元素的区域代码和 K 工具程度分区) 。实验结果证明语义空间的质问的效率能被利用 EKR + 极大地改进。

In recent years,large multifaceted spatial,temporal,and spatio-temporal databases have attained significant popularity and importance in the database community.In order to perform preliminary investigation,exploratory visual analysis of such data-sets is highly desirable.To facilitate the convenient and efficient visualization,scientists and practitioners often need to convert the spatial component of the data-set into a more usable format.Though among the various formats available today in spatial data science community,Geographical Markup Language(gml)adheres to its central position and is of our interest in this work.The development of a tool to satisfy the spatial format conversion needs tailored to every user’s needs from scratch is difficult,time-consuming,and requires skills not easy to possess.We developed Auto-ConViz,to solve the issue stated above.It accepts the spatial component in gml format,converts that into shapefile format,and facilitates informative and automated interaction with the data-sets.It supports basic query and geospatial analysis and visualization tasks and offers functionalities such as zooming,panning,and feature selection.Furthermore,our software leverages navigation to classical ArcGIS software interface for users interested in more intensive analysis.AutoConViz serves both the database and geographical information system communities to explore insights of spatiotemporal databases and will help to further geospatial research and development.

Dynamic analysis of spatial convergence of green total factor productivity in China's primary provinces along its Belt and Road Initiative

This paper focuses on China's primary provinces along its Belt and Road Initiative,measures and analyses the provincial green total factor productivity (GTFP) development by gml index based on SBM directional distance function,discusses the temporal evolution characteristics of spatial convergence of the provincial GTFP under multiple spatial weight matrices,and estimates the net effect of China's Belt and Road Initiative on the development gap of provincial GTFP by regression discontinuity.The research shows that the provincial GTFP is generally good while the internal gap is relatively large.There is spatial absolute βconvergence and condition βconvergence in provincial GTFP,and the convergence speed has been signifcantly accelerated since the construction of China's Belt and Road Initiative.The current low economy level and infrastructure allocation efficiency of primary provinces restrict the GTFP development,while government expenditure has promoted the GTFP development,trade between provinces and countries along China's Belt and Road Initiative is negative to GTFP.China's Belt and Road Initiative has significantly narrowed the gap of provincial GTFP development with the net effect of-0.016.

陆海新通道沿线地区公路物流效率时空演化及影响因素分析

在疫情基本结束后,我国经济发展开启新纪元,“一带一路”建设对构建我国经济发展新格局至关重要。目前,西部陆海新通道已成为深化陆海双向开放、推动区域经济发展的重要窗口,在区域协调发展和双循环发展格局中具有战略意义。本文以陆海新通道沿线地区的15个省市为研究对象。第一步,对所有评价和影响公路物流效率的变量筛选,通过EM插补法和回归插补法与选取的GAIN插补法进行对比分析,用结果最优的GAIN插补法填补所有变量的缺失值;第二步,运用EBM模型评价陆海新通道的静态公路物流效率,gml指数评价陆海新通道的动态公路物流效率;第三步,基于模型评价得到的公路物流效率值对陆海新通道进行空间聚集效应分析,运用全局Moran指数、局部Moran散点图以及LISA集聚图,从时间和空间维度探索陆海新通道沿线地区的公路物流效率;第四步,先通过因子分析对影响公路物流效率的指标体系进行降维,再运用融合了因子分析与空间回归模型构建出因子空间回归模型,来揭示降维后的指标对公路物流效率的影响机制。研究结果表明:1)GAIN插补法与回归插补法和EM插补法对比,三种插补方法的效果按整体趋势从优到差依次的排序为:GAIN插补法>EM插补法>回归插补法,结果表明GAIN插补法最优,并用其填补所有数据的缺失值。2)陆海新通道沿线地区的公路物流效率从总体情况来看,2012—2021年间呈现波动式上升趋势,受疫情冲击2018年呈现下降趋势,但随着各地保畅通、保生产、保民生各项政策加快落实,物流需求有望改善,行业景气趋于回升反弹。3)从效率分解结果来看,陆海新通道15个省市2013年至2021年间的公路物流效率的发展和提升在路径方面存在一定差异,以效率改进和技术效率提升这两种方式通过螺旋式增长来推动陆海新通道公路物流效率的发展。4)陆海新通道沿线地区之间的公路物流效率有显著空间正相关性。“高-高”和“低-低”聚集型的陆海新通道的省市越来越多,进一步表明了公路物流效率高(低)的省份在空间上更易聚集,具有空间聚集性。5)通过空间面板计量模型和空间溢出效应分解对陆海新通道公路物流效率进行的研究分析,得出陆海新通道公路物流效率与复合而成的公路物流业发展、公路物流业资源利用和公路物流业保障这三个因子具有相关性。根据上述研究结果提出以下建议:1)充分发挥市场在公路物流资源配置中的决定性作用,提高物流市场化水平,打造专业物流市场。2)支持各个地区之间地区信息化平台发展,提高公路物流信息化、大数据智能化水平。3)加强公路物流资源利用的规范化、科学化和合理化,提高公路物流资源利用率和物流效率。
