A new approach for selecting best development face ventilation mode based on g1-coefficient of variation method

The current popular methods for decision making and project optimisation in mine ventilation contain a number of deficiencies as they are solely based on either subjective knowledge or objective *** paper presents a new approach to rank the alternatives by g1-coefficient of variation *** focus of this approach is the use of the combination weighing,which is able to compensate for the deficiencies in the method of evaluation index single *** the case study,an appropriate evaluation index system was established to determine the evaluation value of each ventilation *** the proposed approach was used to select the best development face ventilation *** result shows that the proposed approach is able to rank the alternative development face ventilation mode reasonably,the combination weighing method had the advantages of both subjective and objective weighing methods in that it took into consideration of both the experience and wisdom of experts,and the new changes in objective *** approach provides a more reasonable and reliable procedure to analyse and evaluate different ventilation modes.

Dust explosion is an important type of accidents in the production of industrial *** conditions for production safety of dust explosion enterprises are generally weak,with the potential of dust explosions,posing a great threat to safety production in the *** on the main contents of potential safety hazard checking and controlling of dust explosion in the industrial enterprise,using security checklist analysis,10 check indexes were selected from the three aspects of planning design,basic management and on-site safety,thus the index hierarchical structure of dust explosion of industrial enterprises was set *** addition,the comprehensive evaluation model is established by the fuzzy mathematics theory and g1 ***,take a wooden furniture manufacturer in Beijing suburbs as an example to verify the model application,and results show that the model can reflect the risk situation of the safe production of the *** is helpful to regulate the safe behavior of dust explosion enterprises,meanwhile provide a new idea for the risk management of the industrial enterprises involving the dust explosion and the safety supervision of the government departments.

Fatal traffic accidents in urban areas can adversely affect the urban road traffic system and pose many challenges for urban traffic ***,it is necessary to first classify emergency responses to such accidents and then handle them quickly and *** aim of this paper is to develop an evaluation index system and to use appropriate methods to investigate emergency-response classifications to fatal traffic accidents in Chinese urban *** study used a multilevel hierarchical structural model to determine emergency-response *** the model,accident attributes,urban road network vulnerability,and institutional resilience were used as classification *** evaluation indicator was selected according to importance ranking and independence screening and was given an interpretation and a quantitative *** Fuzzy Delphi method was used to rank the importance of the evaluation indices and the combined weight of each index was calculated using the g1 ***,the case of a fatal traffic accident was used to validate the *** results showed that the multilevel hierarchical structural model,Fuzzy Delphi method,and g1 method can effectively address the problem of emergency-response *** of its simplicity and adaptability,the approach presented here could be useful for decisionmakers and practitioners for determining emergency-response classifications.

With integration of renewable energy and use of non-linear loads in power systems,the power quality problem is increasingly attracting attention of *** China,standards for individual power quality indexes are ***,when evaluating power quality in practice,individual indexes cannot directly reflect a comprehensive level of power *** this paper,a comprehensive analysis of various indexes is conducted to obtain a unified parameter for describing the characteristics of power quality from an overall ***,weight values of power quality indexes are calculated by combining the subjective and objective ***,based on the principal components of the projection method,projection values of boundary data and data to be evaluated are ***,using these projection values,a grade range for power quality data is located.A practical case study is presented to show the validity of the proposed method for evaluating power quality.

In order to improve the operations and management capacity of gas leak accident emergency plans, reduce accident losses, it is necessary to do an evaluation of emergency response capability to provide decision-making basis for emergency command. Based on the characteristics of dialectical and logic process, Expanding the emergency response ability evaluation study with systematic and integrated, having selected 7 head indicators, 31 secondary indicators, construct the level of gas leakage accident emergency structure;to base on g1 and Tianjin area gas pipeline emergency response capacity with the object, calculate the weights determination at all levels, proposed and set up an emergency response capability evaluation index system. This approach don’t need consistency test and may be feasible, has been very good authentication at emergency capacity assessment. Through the indicators and the g1 on the evaluation of indicators that can clearly reflect a business or government department to deal with unexpected incidents ability.

本文从用户角度出发，集成层次分析法和g1算法，构建网络环境下数字图书馆知识服务满意度评价指标体系。首先，综述数字图书馆知识服务满意度评价的研究现状与成果，并分析知识服务的内涵与特点；然后，利用主成分分析思想确定影响知识服务满意度的主要因素，建立知识服务满意度评价模型，通过问卷调查、层次分析法(AHP)和g1算法确定各评价指标的层次、排序和权重；最后，以实例说明确立各个指标权重的过程。
