This paper proposes a modified Couzin and velocity-adaptive Couzin flocking model based on fuzzy rules. In the models, agents update their positions through a fuzzy-rule-based decision-making scheme in three perception zones. Stability of the systems are guaranteed. Simulations demonstrate that the convergence probability and relative converging size are both improved.

This paper presents a fuzzy sliding mode controller for the Buck converter by a novel method,the novel method considers system and designs the controller on the three-dimensional space,and thinks over the dynamic information of all elements in the buck circuit *** the same time,the method adopts the exponent tendency arithmetic to descend chatter,and employs fuzzy theory to improve performance of the controller,the system can arrive the stability state further more *** this controller is applied on the Buck converter by the simulation experiments,and the result is excellent.

A fast generation method of fuzzy rules for flux optimization decision-making was proposed in order to extract the linguistic knowledge from numerical data in the process of matter converting. The fuzzy if-then rules with consequent real number were extracted from numerical data, and a linguistic representation method for deriving linguistic rules from fuzzy if-then rules with consequent real numbers was developed. The linguistic representation consisted of The simulat two linguistic variables with the degree of certainty and the storage structure of rule base was described. on results show that the method involves neither the time-consuming iterative learning procedure nor the complicated rule generation mechanisms, and can approximate complex system. The method was applied to determine the flux amount of copper converting furnace in the process of matter converting. The real result shows that the mass fraction of Cu in slag is reduced by 0.5 %.

Knowledge discovery from data directly can hardly avoid the fact that it is biased towards the collected experimental data, whereas, expert systems are always baffled with the manual knowledge acquisition bottleneck. So it is believable that integrating the knowledge embedded in data and those possessed by experts can lead to a superior modeling approach. Aiming at the classification problems, a novel integrated knowledge-based modeling methodology, oriented by experts and driven by data, is proposed. It starts from experts identifying modeling parameters, and then the input space is partitioned followed by fuzzification. Afterwards, single rules are generated and then aggregated to form a rule base, on which a fuzzy inference mechanism is proposed. The experts are allowed to make necessary changes on the rule base to improve the model accuracy. A real-world application, welding fault diagnosis, is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the methodology.

With the proliferation of the internet,big data continues to grow exponentially,and video has become the largest *** big data intro-duces many technological challenges,including compression,storage,trans-mission,analysis,and *** increase in the number of multimedia resources has brought an urgent need to develop intelligent methods to organize and process *** integration between Semantic link Networks and multimedia resources provides a new prospect for organizing them with their *** tags and surrounding texts of multimedia resources are used to measure their semantic *** evaluation methods including clustering and retrieval are performed to measure the semantic relatedness between images accurately and robustly.A fuzzy rule-Based Model for Semantic Content Extraction is designed which performs classification with fuzzy *** features extracted are trained with the neural network where each network contains several layers among them each layer of neurons is dedicated to measuring the weight towards different semantic *** neuron measures its weight according to different features like shape,size,direction,speed,and other *** object is identified by subtracting the background features and trained to detect based on the features like size,shape,and *** weight measurement is performed according to the fuzzy rules and based on the weight *** frameworks enhance the video analytics feature and help in video surveillance systems with better accuracy and precision.

Linguistic dynamic systems （LDS） are the systems based on computing with words （CW） instead of computing with numbers or symbols. In this paper, LDS are divided into two types： type-I LDS being converted from conventional dynamical systems （CDS） by using extension principle and type-II LDS by using fuzzy logic rules. For type-I LDS, the method of endograph is provided to discuss the stabilities of type-I LDS and two cases of stabilities of logistic mappings： one is the states being abstracted and the other is parameters also being abstracted. For type-Ⅱ LDS, the method of degree of match is used to discuss the dynamical behavior of arbitrary initial words under fuzzy rule.

This paper presents a two-agent framework to build a natural langua g e query interface for IC information system, focusing more on scope queries in a single English sentence. The first agent, parsing agent, syntactically p rocesses and semantically interprets natural language sentence to construct a fu zzy structured query language (SQL) statement. The second agent, defuzzif ying agent, defuzzifies the imprecise part of the fuzzy SQL statement into its e quivalent executable precise SQL statement based on fuzzy rules. The first agent can also actively ask the user some necessary questions when it manages to disa mbiguate the vague retrieval requirements. The adaptive defuzzification approach employed in the defuzzifying agent is discussed in detail. A prototype interface has been implemented to demonstrate the effectiveness.

By the analysis of CORBA technology, distributed technology, multi agent, fuzzy cluster, OA system, expert system and decision support technology, a distributed OA expert system model based on fuzzy rules (DOAES) is proposed. In DOAES, the knowledge and experience of decision makers are processed and transferred into the knowledge base. So the system has the adaptive ability and re study function and the decision results are more scientific and more objective. The DOAES is successfully applied in the management system of invest promotion. 
