Human resources are a key source of sustainable competitive advantage and are considered as one of the substantial factors for an organization's success.No organization can survive without its human resources.Understanding employees'needs,desires,and satisfaction is essential.Organizational managers consider financial and non-financial compensation for employees'service.There is a need for a practical look at the field of nursing service compensation,especially in the healthcare system.In this study,the factors affecting nursing service compensation in the selected private hospitals in Iran were initially identified and confirmed using the exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses.The three major factors are empowerment components,organizational components,and financial components.Then,the driver factors(causes)and dependent factors(effects)in the nursing service compensation system were investigated and their relationships were determined using the fuzzy dematel technique.Finally,these factors were ranked using the best-worst(BWM)method.The results of BWM indicate that financial components gained the top-ranked,followed by organizational components,and empowerment components.

This paper aims to identify the antecedents of buying behavior for secondhand clothing among millennials,as well as to determine their underlying causal relationships.Upon a comprehensive literature search,a total of 18 antecedents were found,and these are categorized into three motives,namely,economic,hedonic and recreational,and critical.As a case study in the Philippines,a focus group discussion among experts who are active millennial secondhand clothing users and buyers were tasked to identify the antecedents they have experienced and further confirm those extracted from the literature.To establish the causal relationships of these antecedents,categorize them into net causes or net effects,and address the vagueness associated with the decision-making process,a fuzzy dematel method is used.Results reveal that avoidance of conventional channels proves to be the antecedent providing the highest impact among all other antecedents.Uniqueness,high quality,and fashion trend found to be the antecedents with the highest impacts received,making them the major net effects.Findings from this work hope to provide a framework among practitioners that would lead to a better understanding of millennials’buying behavior for secondhand clothing.

The constant growth of air travel in the Philippines has brought about significant consequences to air traffic congestion. Given limited resources, major airports seek to address this issue while considering various attributes generally affecting air transportation. This paper adopts fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory-analytic network process （dematel-ANP） to identify the most critical attributes in the commercial aviation industry. A case study participated by key experts of Ninoy Aquino International Airport was conducted to illustrate the proposed approach. The fuzzy dematelANP model performed satisfactorily as it was able to extract the global priority vectors of attributes under a fuzzy environment. The results showed that aviation safety is most prioritized, as can also be seen from the significant influence it brings on other attributes. Following next to safety in terms of priority axe attributes that address the general air transportation system such as economic value, environmental value, social value, equitable treatment of competing airline, customer goodwill, and utilization of runway and terminal. Then, attributes relating to passenger cost, fuel cost, extra crew cost, landing/take-off fee, and cost of using flight routes axe of last priority. Given the order of priorities and criticality of each attribute, shortterm and long-term policies can be framed accordingly to propose air traffic flow management actions that can best address the issue on congestion.

Hazards and disasters have always negative impacts on the way of life.Landslide is an overwhelming natural as well as man-made disaster that causes loss of natural resources and human properties throughout theworld.The present study aimed to assess and compare the prediction efficiency of different models in landslide susceptibility in the Kysuca river basin,Slovakia.In this regard,the fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory combining with the analytic network process(Fdematel-ANP),Naïve Bayes(NB)classifier,and random forest(RF)classifier were considered.Initially,a landslide inventory map was produced with 2000 landslide and nonlandslide points by randomly dividedwith a ratio of 70%:30%for training and testing,respectively.The geospatial database for assessing the landslide susceptibility was generated with the help of 16 landslide conditioning factors by allowing for topographical,hydrological,lithological,and land cover factors.The ReliefF methodwas considered for determining the significance of selected conditioning factors and inclusion in the model building.Consequently,the landslide susceptibility maps(LSMs)were generated using the Fdematel-ANP,Naïve Bayes(NB)classifier,and random forest(RF)classifier models.Finally,the area under curve(AUC)and different arithmetic evaluation were used for validating and comparing the results and models.The results revealed that random forest(RF)classifier is a promising and optimum model for landslide susceptibility in the study area with a very high value of area under curve(AUC=0.954),lower value of mean absolute error(MAE=0.1238)and root mean square error(RMSE=0.2555),and higher value of Kappa index(K=0.8435)and overall accuracy(OAC=92.2%).

如何促进农业机械化可持续发展是一项重要的研究课题,其首要任务是科学评价农业机械化可持续发展(The Evaluation of the Sustainable Development of Agricultural Mechanization,ESDAM)质量。农业机械化可持续发展受诸多因素影响和制约,该研究通过文献分析、调查和数据解析,利用模糊决策试验与评价实验室(DecisionMakingTrialand Evaluation Laboratory,dematel)和解释结构模型(Interpretive Structure Modeling,ISM)组合方法,分析了影响农业机械化可持续发展各因素之间的关联关系,构建了农业机械化可持续发展评价指标体系。模糊dematel-ISM法能较好地综合主观和客观评价意见,有助于厘清农业机械化可持续发展的主要影响因素。运用ESDAM-PSIR(压力-状态-影响-响应,Pressure-State-Impact-Response,PSIR)模型,对湖北省农业机械化可持续发展进行评价,并对2004—2020年湖北省的13项指标具体数据进行纵向比较,量化结果与湖北省农业机械化发展现状基本一致,所提方法具有可行性。分析结果表明,经济因素是目前农业机械化可持续发展最重要的影响因素,环境因素日益成为值得着重关注的因素,农机工业和科技的发展是将来需要重点考虑的问题。最后根据评价结果提出相应政策建议,为湖北省农业机械化可持续发展提供指导。

随着国家投融资机制的改革,地方铁路的发展势头良好,全过程工程咨询模式能够较好地满足地方铁路建设业主对“综合性、跨阶段、一体化”的咨询服务需求。然而,这种全新的咨询模式打破了铁路建设项目参与方传统的关系格局,对项目核心参与方协同提出更高要求。研究铁路建设项目核心参与方协同行为影响因素及揭示关键影响因素参数取值变动对核心参与方行为策略选择的影响作用,对于提升全过程工程咨询项目整体绩效具有重要的理论和现实意义。论文结合地方铁路建设特点,利用社会网络分析法确定铁路全过程工程咨询项目的核心参与方,分析了各核心参与方的利益诉求和协同行为;运用文献研究和专家访谈法,识别出影响核心参与方协同行为的14个因素,并利用fuzzy dematel方法,分析各影响因素的中心度、原因度等指标,最终确定7个关键影响因素;通过将关键影响因素进行参数化处理,建立全咨方-代建方、全咨方-业主方和全咨方-施工方3个演化博弈模型,分析演化博弈系统均衡点的稳定性,得到不同情形下博弈双方的演化路径,并利用MATLAB软件进行数值仿真,更加直观地显示各参数变化对双方演化博弈方向的影响,刻画了博弈主体行为策略选择的动态演化规律,阐释了影响因素对核心参与方协同行为策略选择的作用过程;最后以QL铁路全过程工程咨询项目为案例,对核心参与方协同行为进行分析,得到了促进核心参与方协同行为的启示与建议。研究成果为铁路全过程工程咨询项目业主规避项目风险,驱动核心参与方积极协同行为,高质量实现建设项目目标提供参考。图38幅,表34个,参考文献176篇

工程财务审计质量是有效控制工程造价、确保建设资金合规使用,并提高投资绩效的重要因素。高质量的工程财务审计能及时发现工程建设过程中的舞弊、违法、违规及违纪问题,促进各个参建单位严格贯彻执行工程建设管理相关法律法规,增加重大决策透明度,有效防止滋生腐败行为。随着我国城市化进程的加快,工程建设项目的数量增多、规模增大,工程财务审计质量也面临多方面的影响,如:审计过程的公开透明、审计制度的完善、建设单位财务状况、审计相关的法律法规等。因此,为了优化工程财务审计的质量,有必要从工程财务审计质量影响因素的角度出发探讨合理有效的方案。本文首先通过文献分析和专家访谈从审计主体、审计客体、审计环境三个维度对工程财务审计质量影响因素进行识别和归纳总结,识别出影响工程财务审计质量的因素有哪些;然后,采用fuzzy dematel方法分析因素间的相互影响关系,根据因素的影响度、中心度、原因度找出关键的影响因素,再进行专家访谈剖析关键影响因素深层次的原因,分析关键因素是如何影响其它因素和工程财务审计质量的;最后根据区块链技术在数据分布式存储和追溯方面的优势,设计了基于区块链技术的工程财务审计系统框架,并指出了该系统相比传统审计系统框架在应对这些关键影响因素上的优势。研究结果不仅多维度的展现工程财务审计质量的影响因素以及各因素之间的相互关系;还针对影响工程财务审计质量的关键因素提出基于区块链技术的工程财务审计系统框架,为优化工程财务审计质量提供了新的解决思路。

进入21世纪,国外商业银行在发展过程中逐渐意识到企业社会责任的重要意义。企业社会责任作为评价商业银行成功与否的标准之一,逐步成为商业银行获得竞争优势的重要源泉。知名商业银行逐步放弃了追求利润最大化的目标,将企业社会责任融入企业发展战略中。然而国内商业银行的企业社会责任实践现状不容乐观,对于企业社会责任的履行还处在初级阶段,与国外商业银行做法有着很大的差距。对于如何更好地推动商业银行履行企业社会责任,哪些因素驱动商业银行履行企业社会责任等问题有待深入研究。本文回顾了企业社会责任研究的相关文献,归纳了企业社会责任的发展过程、概念界定,梳理了利益相关者对企业社会责任产生影响的理论,对国内商业银行履行企业社会责任的现状进行了总结。通过对商业银行特殊属性的分析,界定了商业银行企业社会责任的概念。本文从商业银行的利益相关者入手,从商业银行的企业社会责任报告提取商业银行利益相关者的诉求,并在此基础上提出商业银行履行企业社会责任的驱动因素构成,从而构建了商业银行企业社会责任的驱动模型。通过查阅文献并结合商业银行利益相关者的利益诉求分析,识别出商业银行履行企业社会责任的驱动因素。运用fuzzy dematel方法将驱动因素分为原因因素和结果因素并通过中心度和原因度分析,甄选出商业银行履行企业社会责任的最关键驱动因素、最根本驱动因素和最直接驱动因素,为研究商业银行如何更好履行企业社会责任提供一定的参考。

经济全球化背景下,供应链伙伴间的知识创造越来越得到重视,因为知识是企业乃至整个供应链获得和维持可持续竞争优势的战略资源。但是供应链的复杂性使得知识创造面临诸多内外部因素的交叉影响。如果没有对其进行系统化和有针对性的调整,那么这些因素可能就会阻碍知识创造的发生和效果。然而,目前学术界少有文献在一个系统框架内来研究这些因素,对它们之间复杂的因果关系也亟需深入探讨。因此,识别和分析这些影响因素的问题无论在理论上还是在实践上都显得十分必要。本文根据dematel方法的思想,首先梳理和回顾了相关的理论及文献,更加明确地界定和分析了供应链企业间知识创造的概念及其复杂适应系统特征。接着,基于所提出的影响因素框架,采用文献分析法和访谈分析法结合的方式识别了18个影响因素;结合fuzzy dematel方法,对供应链知识创造影响因素进行了量化分析。最后,根据因素的各项指标得分及因果图,分析讨论了各因素的因果关系类别及重要性,得出9个关键的因素。还通过阂值设定,分析了围绕关键影响因素的重要关系路径。基于此,提出相应的管理启示或建议。研究表明：外部环境因素属于原因组因素,尤其是技术、市场竞争环境对供应链知识创造的驱动性非常强;预期知识的价值起到了关键的媒介作用,是最重要的原因组因素;高层管理者支持,合作意愿和倾向对供应链知识创造起到了最直接的促进作用,同时这两个因素也具有一定的主动性,整体上需要得到企业的优先重视;节点企业内部相关因素多属于结果组因素,表明其可以通过其他因素的调整而得到改善,同时也说明我国企业目前是以适应环境为主导策略的局面;从长期导向来看,供应链企业间还应该认识到知识复杂性的潜在价值,建立或使用伙伴间资源相互依赖的基础,重视合作经历和经验的积累,倡导协作与相容的文化,并积极投入资源建设学习型组织。
