Precipitation is the dominant driver for bird species richness,phylogenetic and functional structure in university campuses in northern China

Background:Although urbanization is threatening biodiversity worldwide,the increasing green urban spaces could harbor relatively high ***,how to maintain the biodiversity in urban ecosystem is crucial for sustainable urban planning and management,especially in arid and semiarid regions with relatively fragile environment and low ***,for the first time we linked species richness,phylogenetic and functional structure of bird assemblages in university campuses in northern China with plant species richness,glacial-interglacial climate change,contemporary climate,and anthropogenic factors to compare their relative roles in shaping urban bird ***:Bird surveys were conducted in 20 university campuses across Inner Mongolia,*** least squares models and simultaneous autoregressive models were used to assess the relationships between bird species richness,phylogenetic and functional structure with environmental *** equation models were used to capture the direct and indirect effects of these factors on the three components of bird ***:Single-variable simultaneous autoregressive models showed that mean annual precipitation was consistently a significant driver for bird species richness,phylogenetic and functional ***,mean annual temperature and plant species richness were also significant predictors for bird species ***:This study suggests that campuses with warmer and wetter climate as well as more woody plant species could harbor more bird *** addition,wetter campuses tended to sustain over-dispersed phylogenetic and functional *** findings emphasize the dominant effect of precipitation on bird diversity distribution in this arid and semiarid region,even in the urban ecosystem.

Phylogenetic and functional structures of succession in plant communities on mounds of Marmota himalayana in alpine regions on the northeast edge of the QinghaieTibet Plateau

Few studies have examined the succession of plant communities in the alpine *** the succession of plant communities is helpful to understand how species diversity is formed and *** this study,we used species inventories,a molecular phylogeny,and trait data to detect patterns of phylogenetic and functional community structure in successional plant communities growing on the mounds of Himalayan marmots(Marmota himalayana)on the southeast edge of the Qinghai-Tibet *** found that phylogenetic and functional diversities of plant communities on marmot mounds tended to cluster during the early to medium stages of succession,then trended toward overdispersion from medium to late *** species in early and late stages of succession were phylogenetically and functionally overdispersed,suggesting that such communities were assembled mainly through species interactions,especially *** the medium and late stages of succession,alpine communities growing on marmot mounds were phylogenetically and functionally clustered,implying that the communities were primarily structured by environmental *** the medium and late stages of succession the phylogenetic and functional structures of plant communities on marmot mounds differed significantly from those on neighboring *** results indicate that environmental filtering and species interactions can change plant community composition at different successional *** of plant communities on marmot mounds was promoted by a combination of traits that may provide advantages for survival and adaptation during periods of environmental change.

Software structure is the most important factor affecting the quality of a *** evaluation of software structure is a foundational technique for software ***,the traditional evaluation criteria,such as "high cohesion and low coupling",are no longer appropriate for the new web applications,which are designed with a hierarchical framework.A novel approach is proposed in this paper to evaluate software quality based on the interaction and encapsulation of *** particular,two criteria for high quality software,the functional and hierarchical structure,are proposed to support widely used web *** cohesion and coupling and layer matching ratios between methods within a software package are calculated to determine whether the package is well implemented in terms of functional or hierarchical *** approach enables us to quantify the quality of a software system according to the structural types of its *** were carried out on 18 versions of Struts and six open-source software *** evaluation concurs with the intuition that minor upgrades,aimed at fixing bugs and adding minor functionality quickly,reduce software quality,whereas major upgrades,which normally clean up messy code and re-construct the software,improve software quality.

Evolutionary model of the central place hierarchical system

Central place theory is one of the two theoretical cornerstones of geography, yet it cannot be connected with other spatial structure models, fails to provide definite time-space parameter conditions, lacks an evolutionary process model, and does not easily enable construction of a complete theoretical system of regional spatial structure. This paper gives an in-depth analysis of the process and mechanism for production and evolution of central places of different grades, and constructs an evolutionary model of the central place hierarchical system. The results of deduction, analysis and simulation show that production and evolution of the central place hierarchical system may be divided into five stages. These stages are the embryonic, formative, improvement, maturation, and advancement stages. Affected by spatial location and centricity, central places have obvious differences in scale and functional structures. There are great differences in the scale of same-grade central places. However, low-grade central places could have larger scales than high-grade central places, and the central places of a central location may form the agglomeration area of central places. Based on the hypothesis condition of an isotropic plain, the research shows that it is possible not only to form proportional functional structures of central places, but also to produce non-proportional scale structures of central places, and thus to complete the transformation from rationalistic deduction of spatial equilibrium mode to an explanation and demonstration of an unbalanced practical model.

Enhancing the Efficiency of the Management of Real Estate Companies through Organizational structures

The article represents research on ways to make the management of real estate companies more efficient, starting from their structural organization. The organizational structure of the enterprise is a basic component of the general structure of the company and reflects the “anatomy of the enterprise” and the way of its conception, detailing, and implementation directly influence the activities required to achieve the objectives of the enterprise. On closer examination of a series of organizational charts of real estate management companies, the author observed a tendency to use organizational structures that are inefficient. The main objectives of this article are to bring into the practice of real estate management a model of beneficial organizational structure, both for the real estate management companies and for the construction companies that, besides the building activity, also deal with the management of their own real estate, and to emphasize the particular importance of the organizational structure of the company. The appreciation of the organizational structure represents the process of knowledge, understanding, and explanation of the existing situation through a detailed analysis of the factors that influence its condition through: the enterprise development strategy;the type and complexity of services;the size of the enterprise;the quality of human resources;the changes that take place in the external environment of the company, and last but not least, the legal framework and the statutes of the enterprise.

Information System for Administrative Services of Educational Process

The goal of this paper is to analyze and propose a reconstruction of functional possibilities and database requirements of a Web based Educational Information system. For the research the Information system of the Technology School ＂electronic Systems＂（TUES） associated with the Technical University of Sofia is on focus. The modules for admission of students, specialty classification, and graduation of students, management of the student＇s work in computer classrooms and lecturers＇ data management have been analyzed, developed and implemented. The additionally developed modules concern mainly the management of educational process and do not affect the e-learning or the official part modules. That led to the idea that the functionality for managing educational process has to be organized in a separate module defined as module for administrative services of educational process. Such restructuring of the system will bring flexibility in further growth of the system--for example students＇ admission or selection for different purposes.

作为乡村教师人才回流的引导性策略，地方公费师范生政策将教师资源配置与补充问题的有效解决向前延伸到招生与培养阶段。从引导性回流的基本功能结构出发，对30个省份地方公费师范生政策文本的分析发现，限定功能在人才结构属性、品质规格和主体责任等方面形成对预约回流的约制力量，激励功能则在充分尊重回流主体的权利与尊重需求方面形成对预约回流的吸引力量。如果说预约回流的拉力机制强调了承诺与协定的契约力量，那么激励回流的引力机制则充分体现了针对农村大学生的行动能力与理性选择上的政策引导。基于政策的功能定位，地方公费师范生政策的限定和激励功能不应仅仅局限于乡村教师“招得来，留得住”上，而应该把“教得好”放在首要的预约目标上。这需要更加灵活而精准地设计预约功能，扩大预约回流的招募范围，更加精细化地创设开放性进入与退出机制，将激励功能与切实尊重并发展师范生的主体可行能力紧密结合起来。随着地方公费师范生政策对高质量优秀师资预约功能的重要性的进一步凸显，限定功能的约制力与激励功能的引力之间的配比也会发生改变，而师范生主体可行能力依然是政策功能优化的关键条件要素。
