Composition-dependent micro-structure and photocatalytic performance of g-C_(3)N_(4) quantum dots@SnS2 heterojunction

Semiconductor combination is one of the most common strategies to obtain high-efficiency photocatalysts;however, the effect mechanism of composition ratio on micro-structure and photocatalytic activity is remaining unclear. In this study, a case of g-C_(3)N_(4) quantum dots@SnS_(2) (CNQDn@SnS_(2)) heterojunction with different ratio of CNQD is used to uncover the origin of optimum and excess composition for photocatalysts. Research on the functional mechanism of the optimum composition shows that 0.8 wt.% CNQD are completely attached to the non-(001) facets of SnS_(2), which benefits the formation of type-II heterojunction, resulting in an optimal pollutant degradation and mineralization efficiency. For the excess composition, both experiments and theoretical calculations confirm that excess CNQD (the part exceeding of 0.8 wt.%) located on the (001) facet of SnS_(2), leading to the type-I band alignment of this heterojunction, which severely restricts the separation of photo-induced charge carriers, and thus reduces their lifetime. This work makes the functional mechanism of composition ratio on micro-structure and photocatalytic activity clearer. Related research results provide a new insight into semiconductor combination study and take an important step toward the rational design of highly active photocatalysts.

The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS) is definite,and progress has been made in the studies of its functional *** paper discusses the related studies on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of CP/CPPS from five aspects:regulating immunity,anti-oxidative stress,regulating neural functions,improving urodynamics,and regulating blood *** is found that acupuncture and moxibustion can decrease the level of pro-inflammatory factors,increase the level of anti-inflammatory factors,and regulate the level of inflammatory regulatory factors,thus to regulate *** and moxibustion can improve the body’s ability of anti-oxidative stress,regulate the balance state of oxidation and anti-oxidation,thus to relieve tissue damage,and regulate neural functions by modulating neurotransmitters and autonomic *** and moxibustion can improve urodynamics and relieve abnormal urination symptoms by regulating the contraction of pelvic floor muscles,can also promote blood circulation to treat the pelvic *** is expected that this paper can provide reference for the clinical application and research of acupuncture and moxibustion for CP/CPPS.

The term allelopathy refers to biochemical interaction between all types of plants including microorganisms through production of chemical compounds that escape into the environment and exist widely in Quercus L. The development of investigations into types of allelochemicals, their compounding and spreading pathways, as well as expression of allelopathy in Quercus L. are reviewed in this paper： We have closely and systematically emphasized the functional mechanisms of allelopathy in forest plants for our next research project on allelopathy in Quercus L.

党建引领社区治理是我国基层社会治理的独特优势，需要在克服社区治理问题的过程中转化为治理效能。集体行动与社区治理在实践上的耦合意味着理论上的适用性，尽管相对剥夺感、公共物品的需求以及社会意义的建构都可以成为集体行动的原动力，但它们不能直接导致集体行动的产生，还需要贯穿始终的社会动员。理性选择理论深入分析了集体行动的困境，认为其出路在于有效的激励与强制，制度主义则认为互信互惠的制度规范才是破解之道，但是良好制度的产生和实施又受制于社会资本的运营。只有执政党有资格、有能力、有意愿在整合社会资源的过程中，推进社会资本的积累和增值，进而推动各项制度的建设和执行。当前，基层党组织以组织力为基础的党建引领社区治理，就是要创新社区动员的内容和方式，在运营社会资本的基础上激发集体行动，制定和执行各项有利于社区发展的制度和措施，推进社区治理体系和治理能力的现代化。

Ganoderma lucidum is a rare Chinese traditional medicine which is beneficial to the mind and body,prolonging life used by Chinese *** previous study found that Ganoderma lucidum miR-01 entered mice by oral administration and up-regulated expression in 293 T cells and affected the expression of mTOR *** addition,bioinformatics predicted that Ganoderma lucidum miR-01 could target key genes in the human PI3 K/AKT/mTOR signaling *** the basis of this discovery,we propose the hypothesis that Ganoderma lucidum specific miRNA can regulate PI3 K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway by acting on its target *** project will utilize dual-luciferase reporter gene assay system to determine Ganoderma lucidum specific miRNA miR-01 targeted genes involving PI3 K/AKT/mTOR signaling ***,miRNA overexpression and RNA interference techniques will be used with FACS,LSCM detection and Immunohistochemistry,*** our experiments,to explore the mechanisms of miR-01 regulating PI3 K/AKT/mTOR signaling *** study will provide a new way for deep cognition on the unique efficacy and transformation application of Ganoderma lucidum.

在过去二十多年中，组织行为领域的情绪研究逐渐发展为一个主流研究主题。情绪具有多样的内涵和作用机制，系统梳理组织行为领域情绪研究中情绪的内涵并总结其作用机制有利于研究者对组织行为领域的情绪研究形成整体性的把握。本文首先厘清了组织行为领域情绪的概念内涵；然后在回顾情绪对组织中各类结果作用研究的基础上，较为全面地梳理了组织行为领域情绪的调谐机制、社会信息机制与动力机制，并分别述评了其作用特征；最后对上述三种作用机制进行了总结，并就现有研究的不足以及未来的研究方向展开了进一步的讨论，希望为组织行为领域后续的情绪研究提供启示。

物流标准化提升物流效率的机理分析
