This paper used the Hyper Mesh and LS-DYNA software to establish a dummy-seat finite element simulation model. The head, chest and neck injury of the dummy were analyzed respectively in the frontal impact and rear impact. It was indicated that modification of seat was needed to meet the requirements. The simulation results showed that the original model cannot provide effective protection for the occupants and need for structural improvements. According to the simulation results of deformation and stress conditions of the seat parts, the original seat structure was improved and optimized for four improvement schemes, including the structure optimization of the seat side panel, the center hinge, framework under the cushion and the backrest lock. The results indicated that the optimized seat improved the occupant protection performance by reducing occupant damage parameters compared with original seat, which illustrated that the optimization basically met the target.

Texture ZnO Thin-Films and their Application as front Electrode in Solar Cells

In this paper, three kinds of textured ZnO thin-films (the first kind has the textured structure with both columnar and polygon, the second posses pyramid-like textured structure only, and the third has the textured structure with both crater-like and pyramid-like), were prepared by three kinds of methods, and the application of these ZnO thin-films as a front electrode in solar cell was studied, respectively. In the first method with negative bias voltage and appropriate sputtering parameters, the textured structure with columnar and polygon on the surface of ZnO thin-film are both existence for the sample prepared by direct magnetron sputtering. Using as a front electrode in solar cell, the photoelectric conversion efficiency Eff of 7.00% was obtained. The second method is that by sputtering on the ZnO:Al self-supporting substrate, and the distribution of pyramid-like was gained. Moreover, the higher (8.25%) photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cell was got. The last method is that by acid-etching the as-deposited ZnO thin-film which possesses mainly both columnar and polygon structure, and the textured ZnO thin-film with both crater-like and pyramid-like structure was obtained, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cell is 7.10% when using it as front electrode. These results show that the textured ZnO thin-film prepared on self-supporting substrate is more suitable for using as a front electrode in amorphous silicon cells.

Recently the explored reserves submitted in the oil field mainly situate at the end of deposit in delta front area. 针对front相对Elegant属性语法规则在语义表达方面的不足,采用嵌入文本、增加可选结构等方式,对front的语法和语义进行了有效扩展。用其开发了Modelica仿真建模语言编译器前端、编译了ScanGen、Diagrams及front自身的编译前端,结果表明,所采用的扩展思路简便易行,扩展后的front基本具备与Elegant属性语法相当的语义表达能力,能够满足复杂语言编译器前端的需要,且保持与扩展前版本的后向兼容性。

Through introducing concepts of great relics and its protective planning theories, construction of relics park is a characteristic protection mode for cultural heritage in China, and also a useful exploration in the combination of theories and practices of great relics protection. Moreover, it is also the best means of protecting great relics ever found. Taking landscape planning of the front hall relics of the Weiyang Palace, relics of the front hall was believed to have great scientific value, so its environmental renovation and improvement should be based on scientific landscape planning, the whole relics should be protected and displayed scientifically and completely, landscape elements introduced as the effective texture by applying ecological patterns according to actual conditions, new techniques favorable for the protection and scientific research of relics adopted to provide a new strategy for the construction of great ruins park in China.

A rectangular microstrip patch antenna using conventional Poly Tetra Fluride Ethelene (PTFE) substrate with air cavity is proposed and theoretically investigated. Considerably high gain along with improved front to back radiation isolation is demonstrated using such proposed antenna. The radiation performance of this new antenna has been compared to a conventional microstrip patch for some commonly used aspect ratios (width to length ratio). Compared to conventional microstrip antenna the proposed configuration shows more than 12% increment in peak gain and more than 10% increment in front to back radiation performance in each set of aspect ratio. The elucidation of such improvement in the radiation characteristics of the proposed antenna is also presented.

Although previous studies on Korean manufacturing firms have empirically analyzed the causal relationship between activities during the FFE(Fuzzy front End)and success of NPD(New Product Development)of Korean manufacturing firms,no study has concretely focused on Korean ICT(Information and Communications Technology)firms and their FFE *** main aim of this study is to identify the activities of these firms during their FFE and provide managerial insights into the other ICT *** authors conducted a survey(106 valid responses)that their FFE activities on new product development project managers in Korean ICT *** results showed that even though new product development managers of Korean ICT firms did not search for ideas systemically,they communicated with those departments/divisions that had frequent interaction with customers for idea assessment,with the active involvement of middle-or higher-level *** thoroughly established initial plans in the pre-development stages and seriously analyzed competitors’products and direct and indirect customer interactions in their market survey activities.
