Semen stain is one of the most important biological evidence at sexual crime *** estimation of human semen stains plays an important role in forensic work,and it is rarely studied due to lack of well-established *** this study,the technique called attenuated total reflection fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR)coupled with advanced chemometric methods was employed to determine the age of semen stains on three different substrates:glass slides,tissues and fabric made of regenerated cellulose fibres up to 6 *** least squares regression(PLSR)was used in conjunction with spectral analysis for age estimation,and the results generated high R2 values(cross-validation:0.81,external validation:0.74)but a narrow margin of error for root mean square error(RMSE)(RMSE of cross-validation:0.77 d,RMSE of prediction:1.02 d).Additionally,our results indicated the robustness of PLSR model was not weaken by the influence of different substrates in this *** results indicate that ATR-FTIR,combined with chemometric methods,shows great potential as a convenient and efficient tool for age estimation of semen ***,the method could be applied to routine forensic investigations in the future.

通过测定在200-600℃炭化竹材得到的固体产物的碳、氢、氧元素的含量及它们的红外光谱,研究了在炭化过程中竹材中半纤维素、纤维素及木素的变化规律。结果表明,结合元素分析,红外光谱分析方法是研究竹材炭化机理的有效手段。在200℃以前,竹材中的半纤维素和纤维素的大量羟基断裂,并结合成水而失去。在200-250℃之间,竹材中的纤维素被降解,其中的吡喃型环也遭到破坏。并且木素中的甲氧基也被脱去。竹材中的木素网状结构在250-400℃之间遭到完全的破坏。竹炭中的碳原子在600℃已基本上完成了芳环化。图3表2参15。

This paper reports that OH^- absorption bands of lithium niobate crystal have been measured at room temperature, and the band shape depending on the crystal composition has been observed. The OH^- absorption bands are fitted with three Lorentzian peaks by varying position, halfwidth, and height. Nearly constant peak positions （3468, 3481 and 3490 cm^-1） are obtained for all samples. It shows that the height and area of the decomposed peaks vary with the Li composition in a complex way. However, the combinations of these fitting parameters show a linear dependence on the composition up to nearly 50 mol%, which is very useful for the composition determination in a wide range. The linear relationships between the parameter combinations and Li composition are also presented quantitatively. In addition, the explanations were given for the excellent composition linearity of parameter combinations.

This study aimed to systematically find an alternative solvent to replace hexane for the extraction of bio-oil with high𝛾-oryzanol content from rice bran(RB).The selection involved predicting solubility through Hansen solubility theory,experimental validation,determination of suitable extraction conditions,and comparison of oil quality with that of conventional hexane.A wide variety of solvents:subcritical water(SCW),supercritical carbon dioxide(SCCO_(2)),bio-based sol-vents(alcohols and terpenes),and liquefied dimethyl ether(LDME),were initially assessed for rice bran oil(RBO)and𝛾-oryzanol solubility using Hansen solubility *** demon-strating high solubility for both RBO and𝛾-oryzanol,including LDME,ethyl acetate,acetone,and others(alcohols and SCCO_(2))known for effective vegetable oil extraction,were selected/identified for experimental extraction *** these,LDME performed better overall,affording greater solubility and requiring less solvent,shorter duration,lower pressure,and no additional co-solvents for equivalent *** conditions for LDME extraction were identified as 30℃ with a solvent-to-sample ratio of 10 mL/g and an extraction time of 10 *** extracted with LDME and hexane displayed similar fatty acid compositions and no adverse effects on RB protein and carbohydrate structures after LDME extraction were *** study demon-strates LDME as a promising alternative to replace hexane for RBO extraction to further valorize this abundant low-cost RB residue into bio-oil and its𝛾γ-oryzanol and de-oil RB co-products.

Lignocellulosic biomass, being treated only with ammonia, treated with ammonia and then autoclaved, and treated with white-rot fungi after being mechanically chipped, were carried out to access the effects of lignocellulose degradation by white-rot fimgi cultured on rapeseed straw. fourier transform infrared spectroscopic analysis was used to show that the white-rot fungus Bjerkandera sp. strain increase the susceptibility of straw to enzymatic saccharification by modifying the lignin component, revealing the effect of these pretreatments on enzymatic saccharification. Reducing sugar production from straws pretreated by ammonia/mechanical chipping/fungi degradation was 29.80% higher than the samples treated with ammonia/autoclaving, indicating an effective degradation of phenolic compounds. After ammonia pretreatment 41% of the straw was converted to RS （reducing sugars）（glucose 50%）. After 5 weeks pretreatment with the white-rot fungus, 54.8% of rapeseed straw was further converted to RS, 74% of which was glucose; while only 12% of the control straw was converted （glucose 42%）. The white-rot fungus Bjerkandera sp. strain degraded rapeseed straw preferentially at the early stage （before 20 d）, and the degradation selectivity was 0.181 1 （cellulose）, 0.364 1 （hemicellulose）, and 0.454 8 （lignin）, suggesting that removal of the phenolic barriers enhanced reducing sugar yield, and the efficiency of fungal pretreatment was comparable with that after alkali treatment, resulting a higher proportion of glucose in the hydrolysates.
