The purpose of this study was to investigate the demand of application of e-wallet in domestic retail industry by examining the needs of adoption of small amount paying method and the reasons for customers’ using of IC stored value card in this industry and aimed at providing suggestions on the e-development of small amount paying methods for domestic retail and banking industries. This study was developed in a way that the model constructs in TAM were adapted to the context of using e-wallets for clinic fees. Scale items on the survey include those measuring perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, a user's attitude toward using and intention. The questionnaire contains no identifying information about the individual participants. A total of 320 Taipei City Hospital patients’ feedbacks were collected. Results indicate most of the relationships in the proposed model are statistically significant and in the predicted directions. Each observed variables influence with two ways: direct effect and indirect effect, and the total effect is the sum of direct effect and indirect effect. The Main effect of most of these observed variables is direct effect, but the information technology experience with the perceived usefulness. In this study, it could be finding that the perceived usefulness, the perceiver ease of use is positively associated with users’ attitude toward using, and the perceiver ease of use is positively associated with the perceived usefulness. It means the useful and easily operation of payment clinic fees with e-wallet products (such as Taipei Easy Card) is very important for the users. Besides, the easier for e-wallet using, the more people think it is usefulness. This suggestion is the same as the point at issue of Davis [1]. The users’ attitude toward using is positively associated with the intention using.

环境与发展是当今社会的主题，可持续发展作为一种全新的发展观和发展模式，是21世纪全球追求的目标，已成为全球各界人士的共识，引起了国际社会的广泛关注，由于森林资源是全球生态环境的基础，在陆地生态环境中起着至关重要的作用，因此，人们愈来愈认识到森林资源可持续经营在社会经济可持续发展中的基础地位和保障作用，本文将森林资源、环境和经济复合成一个大系统进行研究，对于实现区域可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。研究的主要成果如下：首先，在综合研究分析国内外关于可持续发展理论、森林资源可持续经营理论、森林资源—环境—经济复合系统(fees)可持续发展理论研究成果的基础上，具体阐述了可持续发展的内涵和原则。其次，系统地分析了森林资源子系统、环境子系统、经济子系统的特点，研究了fees的基本结构、总体结构、运动机理、特点以及子系统之间的关联关系。同时，界定了fees可持续发展的内涵，并提出了复合系统可持续发展目标体系。再次，在fees可持续发展评价原则、指标体系设计原则的指导下，制定了定量化、可操作的综合评价指标体系，然后，将这套评价方法运用于江苏省fees可持续发展现状评价。本文应用基于模糊一致矩阵的层次分析法得出了如下结论：江苏省fees处于弱可持续发展状态，除了经济子系统处于中等偏弱的持续发展状态外，森林资源子系统、环境子系统也处于弱持续发展水平，三个子系统之间的协调发展度也明显不足。最后，在上述研究的基础上，进一步分析了fees复合系统的关联关系，在大系统理论的指导下设计了fees多目标集成模型框架，构建了江苏省fees可持续发展的大系统优化模型，并应用分解—协调方法求解模型，得到了2010年江苏省fees可持续发展的指标优化值。然后，根据综合评价结果和系统优化结果，提出了实现江苏省fees可持续发展的对策建议。

The theory of audit pricing suggests that audit fees are positively associated with areas of higher inherent risk. Inventory is commonly cited as one such area, and many Western studies have reported a positive association between inventory and audit fees. However, most Chinese studies have reported a significant negative association. This study finds that this puzzling association is attributable to Chinese auditors charging a significant discount on the opening balance of inventory, whereas their U.S. counterparts charge a significant premium. Meanwhile, we show that opening-balance inventory is associated with higher inherent risk both in China and the U.S. On the other hand, both Chinese and U.S. auditors charge a significant discount on the net increase in inventory as of the current year end, and we show that this is associated with lower inherent risk. Therefore, Chinese auditors appear to underreact to the inherent risk associated with opening-balance inventory, which helps explain the puzzling negative association between inventory and audit fees in China.

Using a sample of A-share listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges,this study examines the impact of voluntary corporate social responsibility(CSR)disclosure on independent audit demand in different institutional *** sample covers the 2008–2016 period and excludes firms that are required to disclose CSR *** findings show that compared with companies that choose to not disclose such information,companies that voluntarily disclose CSR information prefer to employ‘‘small"accounting firms for auditing services,although the auditing fees are much ***,as the institutional environment improves,this preference is *** analyses show that this preference is stronger in enterprises where CSR disclosure is driven by strong political motivations and managerial self-interest *** motivations and economic motivations do not significantly impact the preference for‘‘small"audit ***,this preference is more obvious in enterprises with poor operational performance and low information disclosure quality,and it increases as CSR disclosure level *** study enriches our understanding of the economic consequences of voluntary CSR disclosure and the factors that influence independent audit *** results also have implications for the construction and regulation of China’s system for supervising CSR information disclosure in the transitional phase.

Differences between countries’ internalization degrees and between transport modes both tend to risk distorting competition and creating socioeconomic inefficiency. This review examines regulations and charges for freight transports for different transport modes in Sweden and compares the situation with other key European countries. The aim was to identify best practices and benchmarking for Swedish conditions. The project involved both a literature study and interviews with different stakeholders. It was found that today’s fee structure for goods transports often deviated from the views of different stakeholders and market segments. The problem is that it is difficult to estimate and plan well in advance due to a lack of relevant data. Economic transport data are often extracted from heavily aggregated data where resource consumption and production costs for transport are unclear, preventing reliable estimates and obstructing the calculation of marginal costs and internalization of externalities through charges imposed on the respective transport modes and transport units. Furthermore, there is little research on how railroad and shipping are affected by changes and introduction of truck fees. The latter implies that truck fees must be seen from a European perspective to assess their effect on the overall transport system. Other aspects that are important to highlight are the extent and point in time for railroad deregulation. Further, it became clear from the stakeholder analysis that all fees and policies need to be both comprehensible and transparent through good communication of rules and by explaining the fee structures to all those concerned.

Effects of Lidocaine Infusion on Quality of Recovery and Agitation after Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery: Randomized Controlled Study

Background: After functional endoscopic nasal surgery, emergence agitation is not uncommon. The aim of this trial was to investigate the effect of perioperative lidocaine infusion on postoperative early recovery quality and incidence of emergence agitation in patient undergoing functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Study Design: Prospective, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled trial. Methods: 100 patients of ASA I and II, aged 18 - 50 years, of both sexes scheduled for FEES, were assigned into two groups. In Group L;patients received an intravenous bolus infusion of 1.5 mg/kg lidocaine just before induction of anesthesia followed by a continuous infusion of 2 mg/kg/h during the operation and until the end of the surgery. In Group C;patients received normal saline infusion with the same volume as group L according to the same protocol. The primary endpoints were incidence of emergence agitation and postoperative recovery quality (QoR-40) score on first postoperative day (POD1). Results: Incidence of emergence agitation was significantly lower in group L (P 0.05) compared with group C. Global QoR-40 scores on POD1 were significantly lower in both groups compared with preoperative assessment, it was significantly higher in group L on POD1 (P 0.05) than in group C. Among the five dimensions of QoR-40, the scores for physical comfort and pain were superior in group L compared to group C (P 0.05) at POD1. Conclusion:

Solid waste is inevitable because by nature every human activity generates a certain amount of solid waste. The rate of solid waste generated tends to increase with the increase in population. Despite existence of various efforts on solid waste collection, still the quantity of solid waste collected is small compared to the solid waste generated. The situation is even worse in unplanned settlements of developing countries, where, ineffective solid waste collection is contributed to by haphazard solid waste disposal and hence environmental pollution. Therefore, having an effective and efficient solid waste management system is a major challenge in cities of developing countries, and thus more consulted efforts are needed. This paper presents finding based on the study carried out in Keko Machungwa informal settlement in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The study explored challenges facing solid waste management initiatives in Keko Machungwa and recommended measures for improvement. Data for this study was collected through documentary review, household interviews, focus group discussions, physical observations and official interviews. The analysis reveals that solid waste generated in Keko Machungwa is 16 tones per day, among those, only 4.56 (less than 50%) are collected. About 11.44 tones of uncollected waste are illegally dumped into a seasonal stream and in different vacant lots hence causing blockage of the seasonal stream. Different groups engaged in solid waste collection are deterred by many challenges. The challenges include: lack of cooperation among the existing solid waste collection organs, inaccessibility in some places, low public participation, financial constraints and unwillingness of local community to pay for solid waste collection fees.
