Cyber Security Awareness among Students and faculty members in a Sudanese College

In the last few years,cyber security has been an essential prerequisite for almost every organization to handle the massive number of emerging cyber attacks worldwide.A critical factor in reducing the possibility of being exploited is cyber security *** only having the adequate knowledge but how to utilize this knowledge to prevent cyber *** this paper we conducted a survey that focuses on three vital security parameters,which are trust,passwords and defensive attitude *** survey mainly aimed at assessing cyber security knowledge of 200 students and 100 faculty members in a Sudanese college and how secure these participants think they are according to their current cyber behaviour.56%of the participants are males and 44%are *** results revealed that all participants were having fairly-low level of security awareness and their defensive attitude is considerably weak and doesn’t protect them either individually or at ***,faculty member showed better cyber security knowledge and skills by 8%higher than *** study can be used to develop training approaches that bridge the security gaps depicted by the respondents of the survey questions manipulated in this study.

大学教师流失意向指大学教师想要离开学术职业系统的倾向程度。利用“2014中国大学教师调查”的数据，实证分析了我国大学教师流失意向的影响因素。研究发现，大学教师流失意向的形成主要受当前工作环境的影响。其中职称、期望收入差距、工作压力和高校集权程度影响最为显著；职业满意度低和自我认可度高也是影响大学教师流失意向的因素之一；非学术劳动力市场的诱惑和外部的信息隔阂也在不同程度上影响着大学教师流失意向。建议通过改善大学教师工作条件、建立大学教师个人档案和鼓励大学教师适度兼职，抑制大学教师流失意向的形成，规避教师流失。
