目的通过功能性动作筛查(fms)与功能性体适能(FF)测试,对普通老年人群身体功能性运动能力进行评价分析,探索fms联合FF在普通老年人群运动促健康中的应用。方法对64例60~70岁的老年人(男性28例、女性36例)进行fms和坐站、坐位体前屈、站立-走3项FF测试。结果老年人fms分值普遍偏低,存在肢体两侧功能性运动能力不对称的情况,其中肩关节差异最为明显;女性fms总分略高于男性,肩部灵活性与直腿抬高2个动作的性别差异较为显著;女性FF值低于男性,其坐位体前屈测试显著优于男性,且与肩部灵活性与直腿抬高有着较强的正相关,但fms与FF总体上相关性不强。结论fms联合FF可形成更加完整的人体运动认识,大幅度提高功能性运动能力评估的精准度。建议老年人运动前使用fms与FF的联合评估,更好地提高运动锻炼的科学性,充分发挥运动抗衰老的作用。

This study explored the concurrent scheduling of machines, tools, and tool transporter(TT) with alternative machines in a multi-machine flexible manufacturing system(fms), taking into mind the tool transfer durations for minimization of the makespan(MSN). When tools are expensive, just a single copy of every tool kind is made available for use in the fms system. Because the tools are housed in a central tool magazine(CTM), which then distributes and delivers them to many machines, because there is no longer a need to duplicate the tools in each machine, the associated costs are avoided. Choosing alternative machines for job operations(jb-ons), assigning tools to jb-ons, sequencing jb-ons on machines, and arranging allied trip activities, together with the TT’s loaded trip times and deadheading periods, are all challenges that must be overcome to achieve the goal of minimizing MSN. In addition to a mixed nonlinear integer programming(MNLIP) formulation for this simultaneous scheduling problem, this paper suggests a symbiotic organisms search algorithm(SOSA) for the problem’s solution. This algorithm relies on organisms’ symbiotic interaction strategies to keep living in an ecosystem. The findings demonstrate that SOSA is superior to the Jaya algorithm in providing solutions and that using alternative machines for operations helps bring down MSN.

In this paper, we propose astochastic Petri net model P-timed Workflow (WPTSPN) to specify, verify, and analyze a business process (BP) of a Flexible Manufacturing System (fms). After formalizing the semantics of our model, we illustrate how to verifysome of its properties (reachability, safety, boundedness, liveness, correctness, alive tokens, and security) in the P-Timed context. Next, we validate the relevance of the proposed model with MATLAB simulation through a specific fms case study. Finally, we use a generalized truncated density function to predict the duration of a token’s sojourn (residence) in a timed place with respect to the sequence states of the global fms workflow.

背景:前人研究已报道有关健全和残障儿童基础动作技能和体力活动间存在正相关,本研究尝试探讨这种关系的因果机制。我们假设当基础动作技能熟练度改善时,健全和残障儿童对体力活动的领悟力均会提高其:改善基础动作技能熟练度对残障儿童影响更大。方法:受试者包括典型发育的健全和有脑性麻痹的儿童,分别分配在基础动作技能训练组和对照组。训练组练习5组基础动作技能(跑、跳、踢、扔、抓),每周45 min,练习4周。对照组进行常规的物理治疗或体育活动课程。基础动作技能以过程和产品为导向的措施进行评估,用加速器测量训练前后的体力活动。结果:训练组的基础动作技能提高而对照组未提高。工作日体力活动都没有显著改变。常规物理治疗基础动作技能训练在周末增加了中高强度体力活动,然而常规物理治疗基础动作技能训练组和活动基础动作技能组在周末久坐时间都有减少。参加中高强度体力活动及久坐时变化程度大于可测量最小值(MDC_(90))受试者的百分比在脑瘫患儿中高于健全儿童。结论:周末提高基础动作技能熟练度可能会促进儿童增加体力活动、减少久坐时间。通过提高基础动作技能熟练度增强体力活动对残疾儿童的影响大于健全儿童。本研究的发现应在未来研究中得到进一步检测。

In this paper, an approach for resource-constrained fiexible manufacturing system (fms) scheduling was proposed, which is based on the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm and simulated annealing (SA) algorithm.First, the formulation for resource-con-strained fms scheduling problem was introduced and cost function for this problem was obtained.Then, a hybrid algorithm of PSO and SA was employed to obtain optimal solution.The simulated results show that the approach can dislodge a state from a local min-imum and guide it to the global minimum.

A simple and robust technique is reported to offset lock a single semiconductor laser to the atom resonance line with a frequency difference easily adjustable from a few tens of megahertz up to tens of gigahertz. The proposed scheme makes use of the frequency modulation spectroscopy by modulating sidebands of a fiber electro-optic modulator output. The short-term performances of a frequency offset locked semiconductor laser are experimentally demonstrated with the Allan variance of around 3.9 × 10-11 at a 2 s integration time. This method may have many applications, such as in Raman optics for an atom interferometer.

Productivity has often been cited as a key factor in a flexible manufacturing system （fms） perfor- mance, and actions to increase it are said to improve profitability and the wage earning capacity of employees. Improving productivity is seen as a key issue for survival and success in the long term of a manufacturing system. The purpose of this paper is to make a model and analysis of the productivity variables of fms. This study was performed by different approaches viz. interpretive structural modelling （ISM）, structural equation modelling （SEM）, graph theory and matrix approach （GTMA） and a cross-sectional survey within manufacturing firms in India. ISM has been used to develop a model of productivity variables, and then it has been analyzed. Exploratory factor analysis （EFA） and confirmatory factor analysis （CFA） are powerful statistical techniques. CFA is carried by SEM. EFA is applied to extract the factors in fms by the statistical package for social sciences （SPSS 20） software and confirming these factors by CFA through analysis of moment structures （AMOS 20） software. The twenty productivity variables are identified through literature and four factors extracted, which involves the productivity of fms. The four factors are people, quality, machine and flexibility. SEM using AMOS 20 was used to perform the first order four-factor structures. GTMA is a multiple attribute decision making （MADM） methodology used to find intensity/quantification of productivity variables in an organization. The fms productivity index has purposed to intensify the factors which affect fms.

A fuzzy rule based genetic algorithm and its application in fms

Most of the fms (flexible manufacturing systems) problems belong to NP-hard (non-polynomial hard) problems. The facility layout problem and job-shop schedule problem are such examples. GA (genetic algorithm) is applied to get an optimal solution. However, traditional GAs are usually of low efficiency because of their early convergence. In order to overcome the shortcoming of the GA a fuzzy rule based GA is proposed, in which a fuzzy logical controller is introduced to adjust the value of crossover probability, mutation probability and crossover length. The HGA (hybrid genetic algorithm), which is integrated with a fuzzy logic controller, can avoid premature convergence, and improve the efficiency greatly. Finally, simulation results of the facility layout problem and job-shop schedule problem are given. The results show that the new genetic algorithm integrated with fuzzy logic controller is excellent in searching efficiency.

A GA-Based Approach for fms Machine Loading Planing

The machine loading problem in flexible manufacturing system is addressed in this paper. The problem is modelled as a mixed integer program. A Genetic Algorithm (GA) approach is developed to yield an optimal solution. In the genetic algorithm, chromosomes are encoded in term of operation routes. A point to point crossover search operator together with a Cyclic Shifting Mutation (CSM) operator is designed to adapt to the problem. At last computational experience with the model is presented, and the results show that our genetic algorithms are very powerful and suitable to machine loading problems.
