本文报道采用胎肝组织块腹腔内注射治疗9例重症型肝炎, 除1例死亡外, 其余8例均康复出院。胎肝细胞于注射后3~7天开始发挥作用, 治疗后37 ~103天临宋症状及黄疸消退, 肝功能恢复。认为腹腔是一较理想的移植部位。
