Quantitative evaluation model of shale oil adsorption:A case study of the first member of Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in northern Songliao Basin,NE China

A quantitative evaluation model that integrates kerogen adsorption and clay pore adsorption of shale oil was proposed,and the evaluation charts of adsorption-swelling capacity of kerogen(Mk)and adsorbed oil capacity of clay minerals(Mc)were established,taking the 1st member of Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in the northern Songliao Basin as an example.The model and charts were derived from swelling oil experiments performed on naturally evolved kerogens and adsorbed oil experiments on clays(separated from shale core samples).They were constructed on the basis of clarifying the control law of kerogen maturity evolution on its adsorption-swelling capacity,and considering the effect of both the clay pore surface area that occupied by adsorbed oil and formation temperature.The results are obtained in four aspects:(1)For the Qing 1 Member shale,with the increase of maturity,Mk decreases.Given Ro of 0.83%–1.65%,Mk is about 50–250 mg/g.(2)The clay in shale adsorbs asphaltene.Mc is 0.63 mg/m^(2),and about 15%of the clay pore surface is occupied by adsorbed oil.(3)In the low to medium maturity stages,the shale oil adsorption is controlled by organic matter.When Ro>1.3%,the shale oil adsorption capacity is contributed by clay pores.(4)The oil adsorption capacity evaluated on the surface at room temperature is 8%–22%(avg.15%)higher than that is held in the formations.The proposed evaluation model reveals the occurrence mechanisms of shale oils with different maturities,and provides a new insight for estimating the reserves of shale oil under formation temperature conditions.

In order to take requirements for commercial operations or military missions into better consideration in new flight vehicle design, a tri-hierarchical task classification model of ＂design for operation＂ is proposed, which takes basic man-object interaction task, complex collaborative operation and large-scale joint operation into account. The corresponding general architecture of evaluation criteria is also depicted. Then a virtual simulation-based approach to implement the evaluations at three hierarchy levels is mainly analyzed with a detailed example, which validates the feasibility and effectiveness of evaluation architecture. Finally, extending the virtual simulation architecture from design to operation training is discussed.

evaluation model of landslide hazards induced by the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake using strong motion data

Landslides induced by the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake in the Longmenshan area were relatively well instrumented, which makes it possible to investigate the landslides using ground motion records. Firstly, this paper analyzes the data from Wenchuan earthquake on both regional and local site scale. The analyses show that the Newmark accumulative displacement calculated from the ground motion recorded in a particular geological hazard zone corresponds to the hazard intensity in that zone; the larger the displacement, the more serious the geologic hazard. The calculated result also shows that the displacement is related to the Arias intensity, which represents the total energy released during the earthquake at the observation site. Secondly, this paper constructs an evaluation model of Newmark displacement calculated with Arias intensities to estimate the subsequent slope failure resulting from the earthquake. The calculated results based on the model fit well with the distribution of actual landslides, suggesting that this method is useful for hazard evaluation. Therefore, this type of model can be used for estimating regional-scale distribution of earthquake-induced landslides and their associated hazards immediately after an earthquake.

Efficient evaluation model including interconnect resistance effect for large scale RRAM crossbar array matrix computing

Crossbar architecture has been considered as an efficient means to execute a matrix-vector multiplication computation. An efficient evaluation model for this computation including the interconnect resistance effect on the high density resistive random access memmory(RRAM) crossbar array is proposed in this paper. The proposed model considers the interconnect resistance impacts on the columns and rows separately. The simulation results indicate that the computing speed of the proposed model can be boosted by over three orders of magnitude with the computation deviation of 7.7% in comparison with the precise comprehensive model in the 64 kb crossbar array fabricated at the 14 nm technology node. Based on the proposed evaluation model, the impacts of the parameters including nonlinearity and load resistance, on the computation are discussed along with solutions to improve the computational performance.

A quick evaluation model for CO_2 flooding and sequestration

CO2 flooding not only triggers an increase in oil production,but also reduces the amount of CO2 released to the atmosphere （by storing it permanently in the formations）.It is one of the best ways to use and store CO2.This paper firstly selects the key factors after analyzing the factors influencing the CO2 storage potential in the formations and oil recovery,and then introduces a series of dimensionless variables to describe reservoir characteristics.All influencing factors with varying values are calculated through a Box-Behnken experimental design.The results are interpreted by a response surface method,and then a quick screening model is obtained to evaluate the oil recovery and CO2 storage potential for an oil reservoir.Based on the evaluation model,sensitivity analysis of each factor is carried out.Finally,research on CO2 sequestration and flooding in a typical reservoir indicates that the evaluation model fits well with the numerical simulation,which proves that the evaluation model can provide criteria for screening attractive candidate reservoirs for CO2 sequestration and flooding.

This paper puts forward a survivability evaluation model, SQEM （Survivability Quantitative evaluation model）, based on lucubrating the main method existed. Then it defines the measurement factors and parses the survivability mathematically, introduces state change probability and the idea of setting the weights of survivability factors dynamically into the evaluating process of SQEM, which improved the accuracy of evaluation. An example is presented to illustrate the way SQEM works, which demonstrated the validity and feasibility of the method.

Objective To study the influencing factors on the development of biopharmaceutical park,and to construct an evaluation model of the influencing factors for biopharmaceutical park in China.Methods By analyzing various factors affecting biopharmaceutical parks,an evaluation index system of biopharmaceutical parks and an evaluation model of influencing factors of biopharmaceutical park development based on fuzzy group decision making were established.Results and Conclusion Factors such as research and development(R&D)funding investment,incentive for transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and industrial clusters have a greater impact on the development of biopharmaceutical industrial parks in China.Local governments should increase the investment in R&D funding.Besides,they should pay attention to the incentive of transformation of scientific and technological achievements to improve the innovation ability of enterprises.Meanwhile,they should promote the clustering of high-tech enterprises to comprehensively enhance the healthy development of biopharmaceutical parks in China.

Dynamic trust evaluation model for task participants oriented to mobile crowd sensing

In the mobile crowd sensing(MCS)network environment,it is very important to establish an evolutionary process that can dynamically depict the trust degree of task participants.To address this issue,this paper proposes a dynamic trust evaluation model for task participants.Firstly,according to the security requirements and trust strategy of the perceived tasks,the attribute reduction algorithm(ARA)based on rough set is used to obtain the multi-attribute indexes that affect the participants’trust information.Removing the redundant attributes can avoid the lag of trust evaluation and reduce the time cost.Secondly,the grey correlation analysis method is used to solve the correlation degree between the target sequence and the comparison sequence on the trust attributes by integrating the multi-attribute decision-making method,which avoids the distortion of the trust evaluation caused by human subjective factors and improves the quality of the perceived data.Finally,a dynamic trust evaluation model for participants in complex sensing network environment is established.The simulation results show that the proposed model can not only dynamically depict the trust degree of participants in real time,but also have higher accuracy and less time cost.

Damage mechanism and evaluation model of compressor impeller remanufacturing blanks:A review

The theoretical and technological achievements in the damage mechanism and evaluation model obtained through the national basic research program“Key Fundamental Scientific Problems on Mechanical Equipment Remanufacturing”are reviewed in this work.Large centrifugal compressor impeller blanks were used as the study object.The materials of the blanks were FV520B and KMN.The mechanism and evaluation model of ultra-high cycle fatigue,erosion wear,and corrosion damage were studied via theoretical calculation,finite element simulation,and experimentation.For ultra-high cycle fatigue damage,the characteristics of ultra-high cycle fatigue of the impeller material were clarified,and prediction models of ultra-high cycle fatigue strength were established.A residual life evaluation technique based on the“b-HV-N”(where b was the nonlinear parameter,HV was the Vickers hardness,and N was the fatigue life)double criterion method was proposed.For erosion wear,the flow field of gas-solid two-phase flow inside the impeller was simulated,and the erosion wear law was clarified.Two models for erosion rate and erosion depth calculation were established.For corrosion damage,the electrochemical and stress corrosion behaviors of the impeller material and welded joints in H2S/CO2 environment were investigated.KISCC(critical stress intensity factor)and da/dt(crack growth rate,where a is the total crack length and t is time)varied with H2S concentration and temperature,and their variation laws were revealed.Through this research,the key scientific problems of the damage behavior and mechanism of remanufacturing objects in the multi-strength field and cross-scale were solved.The findings provide theoretical and evaluation model support for the analysis and evaluation of large centrifugal compressor impellers before remanufacturing.

An evaluation model of Graduation Thesis Results Based on Triangular Fuzzy Number

The evaluation of thesis by undergraduate has the characteristics of multi-factor, multi-layer and easy to be affected by subjective factors. To reduce the subjectivity, triangular fuzzy number is used as index set to give weight, and on this basis, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the quality of graduation thesis. The empirical analysis shows that the combination of triangular fuzzy number and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has certain practical value in the quality evaluation of graduation thesis.
