The ＂Education and training plan of excellence engineers＂ is the base to comprehensively improve the training quality of the engineering talents, and is the power and guarantee of our country to march towards the great power of the engineering education fi＇om the engineering educational power. In the training process, not only it is required to complete the training and improvement of the theoretical knowledge, the practical abilities and the engineering qualities in the colleges, but it also needs the active participation and the close cooperation of the enterprises. Therefore, the students will have the influence of the effects and edification from the university culture, the project culture and the enterprise culture, and will feel the power and benefits a variety of cultures bring about by interleaving. This paper expounds the important position and the function of the university culture, the project culture, and the enterprise culture in the personal training, and elucidates that the complete fusion of the three is the social ideal and support to complete the task of cultivating the outstanding engineers.

With the overall promotion of the new curriculum reform, teachers’ teaching ideas have greatly changed. Under this background, how to apply the concept of new curriculum reform guide the reform of college English teaching is an important task. Therefore, it is very important to study the teaching strategies of college English teaching. culture and language are complementary and inseparable, which requires us to carry out cultural teaching during English teaching process. In this paper, we focus on the strategy of integrating enterprise cultures into college English teaching, and discuss several cultural teaching problems in college English class. As a language required course, English not only strengthen the learners’ language skills, but also enhance humanistic quality of students. However, current college English teaching takes the examination as the goal, which cannot meet the needs of the learner’s professional stuff. We propose the strategy of integrating the professional background into English teaching, in order to improve the students’ ability of comprehensive application of English and the professional quality.

According to the general tendency of the development of enterprise cultural in the 21st century, more and more intense attentions will be paid on the enterprise culture. Thus, while the world green tendency and the green demand rise increasingly, the research on the green cultural management is becoming more important. The study of the green cultural management is not only of vital significance in promoting the continuous development of social economy, but also exchanging the way of the economic growth from extensive pattern to intensive pattern, improving the capacity of the competition and economic benefit of the company, and accelerating the international business. Moreover, the research has another significant importance in enriching and developing the science of enterprise of management.

With the development of technology and people＇ s knowledge level, and the evolution of the economic model, human resources has become the most important resource in the development of enterprise and economy, its importance has been recognized by the society and more and more enterprises. How to make human resource management an important role and how to motivate staffs＇ spirit of dedication, has become an important task in the modem enterprise management. In this paper, by studying the function of enterprise culture construction and its relationship with human resource management, this article put forward a new model which enterprise human resource management should be equipped with under the new economic conditions.

Based on the existing corporate enterprise theory and human resource management theory, the thesis explored the relation between the origin of human resources and enterprise culture, from the perspective of exploring human resources management, put forward human resources management model, as well as the corresponding strategy of construction. Finally, take the China Telecom as a case, study on the Chinese telecommunications corporate culture based on human resources management changes. The views and methods in this thesis have significance meaning for corporate harmonious development and constructing human resources management model which enterprise culture match with human resources management.

Flower shows in UK continue throughout the year. Show Gardens in the flower show, originating from life with varied themes, are apparently different from those in China. Themes of show gardens include social care, ecological conservation, religious morality, perception of life, etc.. Originality of show gardens is simple and unbound, while more attentions are paid to details and setting in the influence of different modern arts. The diversity of sponsors and the richness of life elements of the themes are closely *** shows in UK are mainly supported by companies and self-organized by the industry, which is the basic reason resulting in the diversity of garden themes and the long-term prosperity of flower shows.
