With the development of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)technology,visible images are playing an important role in the maintenance of power *** achieve the shed breakage evaluation of composite insulators by UAV visible images,an intelligent fault assessment method is ***,the composite insulators in visible light images are identified by *** image preprocessing,the image is enhanced and the noise is ***,a canny operator is used to extract the edge of the *** Improved Randomized Hough Transform(IRHT)is used to detect the ellipses in the edge *** parameters of the detected ellipse,length of major axes and minor axes,center coordinates and deflection angle of major axes,are used to realize the segmentation of the composite ***,the number of pixel points in the ellipse and the distance between the points and the ellipse boundary are used to judge whether there are breakage or cracks on the *** area ratio of the breakage to the whole shed is calculated based on the number of pixel points inside the broken *** method can be realized without a large amount of training dataset of the specific fault type and provides a technical basis for the online fault assessment of a composite insulator on overhead transmission lines.

An ellipse detection based long range robust visual servoing platform was developed and analyzed in *** the beginning,random sample consensus(RANSAC)based ellipse detection(ED)was introduced as a feature *** the robust decoupled control scheme,which utilizes the ED feature as input,was proposed and *** that a Motoman UP6 based 6DOFs platform was investigated as well as the discussion of the experimental results whose robust working range is from around 1.000 m to exactly 0.100 ***,the performance of both the ED algorithm and the control scheme was analyzed as well as the future works.

Design and Implementation of a Driver's Eye State Recognition Algorithm Based on PERCLOS

In order to improve the general detection accuracy of eye state, this paper puts forward an innovative method for judging human eye state based on PERCLOS. After pretreatment of the eye image, Hough transformation is used for ellipse detection and pupil position. The gray projection variance threshold analysis is then used to help make the final detection. Freeman chain and the Snake model algorithm are used for the corner detection and precise calculation of the height of an open eye. Thus the PERCLOS value and the eye state can be figured out. The performance of our eye state recognition algorithm is validated by more than 1000 images within product database. The statistics result shows that the fatigue detection accuracy rate can meet the need of usage in complex environment.

＜正＞This paper studied the way to measure the vehicle four-wheel alignment parameters according to the theory of machine vision.A new method of obtaining the direction vector of wheel axle was proposed,and the datum pane was established to optimize the mathematical model of four-wheel alignment parameters *** experiments show that this system can gives good performance with sharp image acquisition,high ellipse detection accuracy,and high speed of alignment parameter calculation.
