Simulation of interaction between high-temperature process and heat emission from electricity system in summer

During the hot summer season,using electricity systems increases the local anthropogenic heat emission,further increasing the *** anthropogenic heat sources,electric energy consumption,heat generation,indoor and outdoor heat transfer,and exchange in buildings play a critical role in the change in the urban thermal ***,the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF)Model was applied in this study to investigate the heat generation from an indoor electricity system and its influence on the outdoor thermal *** the building effect parameterization(BEP)of a multistorey urban canopy scheme,a building energy model(BEM)to increase the influence of indoor air conditioning on the electricity consumption system was *** other words,the BEP+BEM urban canopy parameterization scheme was *** temperatures and a summer heat wave were simulated as the background *** results show that using the BEP+BEM parameterization scheme of indoor and outdoor energy exchange in the WRF model can better simulate the air temperature near the surface layer on a sunny *** the day,the turning on the air conditioning and other electrical systems have no obvious effect on the air temperature near the surface layer in the city,whereas at night,the air temperature generally increases by 0.6℃,especially in densely populated areas,with a maximum temperature rise of approximately 1.2℃from 22:00 to 23:*** the indoor air conditioning target temperature is adjusted to 25-27℃,the total energy release of the air conditioning system is reduced by 12.66%,and the temperature drops the most from 13:00 to 16:00,with an average of approximately 1℃.Further,the denser the building is,the greater the temperature drop.

This paper studies the problem of congestion management model that based on quoted price adjustment in the real-time electricity markets,dealing with two cases:opening the generator side only and opening the generator side and load side simultaneously,introduces the congestion factor and establishes a novel optimal congestion cost model for each *** based on the max-mini theory,changes the congestion management into a nonlinear programming problem that while the transmission congestion is maximum the adjustment cost is *** the results of the simulation identify the simple feasibility and safe reliability of the proposed method.

This paper gives a short overview of the German Energiewende, i.e. the transition of a large and mostly thermal electricity system towards electricity generation from renewable energy source. It discusses both, the motivation of the transitions as future goals and current status. Furthermore, it gives an in-depth view into the changes in economic costs for society as well as electricity price effects, especially for average private households and industrial consumers. It also discusses the benefits of the promotion of renewable energies in Germany.

In this paper,a combined optimization of a coupled electricity and gas system is *** the electricity network a unit commitment problem with optimization of energy and reserves under a power pool,considering all system operational and unit technical constraints is *** gas network subproblem is a medium-scale mixed-integer nonconvex and nonlinear programming *** coupling constraints between the two networks are nonlinear as *** resulting mixed-integer nonlinear program is linearized with the extended incremental method and an outer approximation *** resulting model is evaluated using the Greek power and gas system comprising fourteen gas-fired units under four different approximation accuracy *** results indicate the efficiency of the proposed mixed-integer linear program model and the interplay between computational requirements and accuracy.

电力改革是一项复杂的系统工程。基于可靠性、经济性与公平性的三元冲突分析框架，本文认为不同国家的改革模式是各国在改革资源与能力的约束下，对三类改革目标综合权衡后合理的均衡的制度选择。基于规制权衡的视角，电力改革的标准模式可以分为可靠导向、经济导向和公平导向三类，在不同导向下平衡各类改革条件可形成法国EDF模式、欧盟TSO模式、美国TO/ISO模式等多元发展模式。我国电力体制设计必须优先保障电力系统拥有强大的公共服务能力，推动电网作为接入平台的产业角色转换、商业模式创新和基础能力建设。基于三元冲突和规制权衡框架，我国电力体制改革必须明确可靠性导向，推进电源侧、需求侧的多元化和电网的平台创新，科学审慎地设计双边交易模式及配套机制，推进售电领域有序竞争与服务创新，实现电力市场体系安全稳定和包容性发展。
