BACKGROUND The exercise of limb function is the most economical and safe method to promote the maturation of arteriovenous fistula(AVF).However,due to the lack of a uni-fied exercise standard in China,many patients have insufficient awareness of the importance of AVF,leading to poor effectiveness of limb function *** self-management education model can effectively promote patients to take pro-active health-related *** study focuses on the characteristics of patients during the peri-AVF period and conducts a phased limb function exercise under the guidance of the self-management education model to observe changes in fac-tors such as the maturity of *** To assess the impact of stage-specific limb function exercises,directed by a self-management education model,on the maturation status of *** This study is a randomized controlled trial involving 74 patients with forearm AVFs from the Nephrology Department of a tertiary hospital in Sichuan Province,*** were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table *** observation group underwent tailored stage-specific limb func-tion exercises,informed by a self-management education model which took into account the unique features of AVF at various stages,in conjunction with routine ***,the control group was given standard limb function exercises along with routine *** assessment involves the maturity of AVFs post-intervention,post-operative complications,and the self-management level of the fistula in both groups *** were conducted using SPSS version *** data were represented by frequency and percentage and subjected to chi-square test *** data adhering to a normal distribution were presented as mean±*** independent samples t-test was utilized for inter-group comparisons,while the paired t-test was used for intra-group *** measurement data not fitting a normal distr

Cross-cultural education model for Foreign Students in China Integrating Ideological and Political education

With the deepening the“One Belt and One Road”construction,the exchanges between China and other countries in the world are increasingly frequent,the number of foreign students in China is rising,and there are cross-cultural adaptability problems of foreign students in *** education of foreign students in China undertakes the mission of serving the national external development *** order to better serve the“One Belt and One Road”construction,relying on tradition industry advantage of the School of Civil Engineering,Central South University in civil engineering and railway engineering,a set of cross-cultural education model for foreign students in China integrating ideological and political education is explored and practiced in the foreign student education management of the curriculum system,daily management,cross-cultural counseling,social practice and cultural exchanges,which can be summarized as“one goal,two combinations,three approaches,four abilities and five management measures”.This management model can effectively enhance the cross-cultural adaptability of foreign students,cultivate the emotion of knowing and being friendly to China,improve the education quality of foreign students in China,enhance the international education influence of the Central South University,and promote the spread of Chinese culture.

Recently,small class course teaching,with less than 30 students,seems to outperform the traditional large class course teaching in the field of *** can use online private course platform to preview course-related knowledge and promote practical experiences of offline *** this study,an evaluation strategy has been proposed for precision education protocol in small class course(SCC)based on artificial intelligence(AI),with the goal of focusing on the curriculum design and teaching *** using the AI precision education model,the teaching approaches of SCC can be integrated into the traditional *** results showed that the AI precision education model can promote the learning outcomes and enhance students’learning achievements.

Cultivating the sense of innovation in university students is one of the aims for institutions of higher education in China. We attempt to explore a system of cultivating extracurricular scientific and technological innovation in the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. The exploration is made from both the macro perspective and the micro procedures, in combination with taking advantage of the considerable teaching resources if necessary. General principles, specific methods and particular activities in this system are discussed in detail. The research serves to be supplementary work concerning the cultivation of the sense of innovation among university students given the success we have achieved.
