Survey and Countermeasures on Current Status of Farmer Training and education informatization in Western Liaoning Province

This study summarized the main achievements of farmers’training and rural informatization construction in the past few years,and explored the needs of rural informatization in western Liaoning Province.The current status of agricultural development in western Liaoning and farmers’needs for education and training and rural education informatization were surveyed.The construction of an education and technical support service platform for scientific and technological farmers in western Liaoning was proposed,aiming to use information technology to train modern professional farmers.Through independent and self-learning education and training methods,it is expected to promote great improvement in the scientific and technological quality and moral level of farmers in western Liaoning and cultivate professional farmers who are educated and understand both agricultural techniques and business management.

Objective:To build a set of teaching staff construction and teaching quality monitoring system suitable for clinical practice teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,achieve continuous improvement of clinical education and teaching level,and ensure the quality of medical education talent cultivation.Methods:A modern clinical practice teaching quality monitoring system is constructed based on organizational structure construction,teaching staff system construction,quality control system construction,and information platform construction,combined with external audit and evaluation.Results:The hospital has established a Faculty Development and Teaching Evaluation Office specifically responsible for the cultivation of clinical teachers and the evaluation and supervision of teaching quality.A relatively complete teacher construction and teaching quality monitoring system has also been established for clinical practice teaching,thus achieving integration with the school’s quality control system in terms of management mechanism.At the same time,a set of teaching quality control mode based on the“Internet+”platform has been created by means of informatization.At present,this mode has won three national computer software copyrights and two second prizes for school-level teaching achievements.Conclusion:Through five years of practice,an“Internet+”teaching quality evaluation and monitoring system with the characteristics of teaching hospitals affiliated to local medical colleges has been established.In order to further standardize the training system of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals,achieve self-monitoring and self-improvement in terms of teaching quality,and ensure the continuous improvement of clinical teaching quality,we will continue to promote the development of clinical teachers with quality and excellence,enrich the main team of quality monitoring,guide the transformation of the education mode from being“centered on teachers”to being“centered on students,”and realize the integration of intern

教育信息化资源是教育信息化系统工程中的一块基石，其中的软件资源建设正逐步成为教育信息化建设的重点内容。借鉴开放教育资源的分类标准，教育信息化软件资源可划分为“数字化教育内容”、“数字化工具性软件”、“数字化教育平台”三大部分。对比国内外的政策和案例可知，我国的资源建设存在质与量均不足、资源适用性不强及难以共享等问题。而从建设内容、建设方式、评价三方面来看，国际上则秉承“鼓励教学应用，以用促建”的建设思路，注重资源向普及化与个性化服务同步发展，关注整合资源的动态平台建设，同时倡导对资源的多样化评估。上述这些，对我国在开展教育信息化资源建设工作中强化应用导向具有重要意义。

梳理美国、韩国、马来西亚3个典型国家的中小学数字教材发展概况，在辨析“教材”“课本”“教科书”等相近概念的基础上，对数字教材的内涵、外延、属性、功能以及中小学数字教材的研究热点等进行系统综述，发现：数字教材是服务于特定学习或教学目标，有一定体系的数字化知识内容资源、教/学工具或其与设备、服务的组合系统；人们对数字教材可访问性、有用性、可负担性等感知属性的关注有所上升；随着电子辞典、电子图书馆等设备和功能的常规化应用，个性化教学服务成为新的增长点，其中认知学习理论和建构主义思想在指导数字教材开发中具有较大潜力；随着技术高热的褪去，国外开始反思数字教材给师生与学校带来的变化和影响，并转向数字教材“技术—社会”机制研究，如数字教材技术接受与采用、数字教材商业模式等。
