As a frequently used economic system in various literatures,economic system is regulated in detail from Clause 6 to Clause 18 in General Outline of "Constitution". economic system framework based on ownership mechanism is confirmed. Since the approval of"Constitution"in 1982,five modifications have been conducted,four of which mainly focus on the reform of economic system. The one that was confirmed based on"Constitution"and laws serves as the law foundation of economy-related life,which indicates the significant position of economic system in domestic social life. Either for economics or laws( especially Constitution studies in China),economic system plays a critically important role. Considering people’s inconsistent and vague cognition of its connotations,it is of necessity to analyze meanings and contents of economic system.

The behavior of economic system depends upon both quantitative factors (such as labor,capital, etc.) and qualitative factors (such as economic policy, the social system, science and technology,surroundings, etc.). The economic system adjusts itself to the changes of these qualitative *** the trend of economic development varies with qualitative factors, that is, the economicmodel structure changes while the qualitative *** paper discusses the variability of structure relationship in economic system, develops a clustering method for modeling this type of economic system. Different clustering methods can and dogenerate different solution for the same data set. The primary goal of this paper is to discover themost "natural group" in a data set. Genetic algorithms (GAs) are a class of robust and efficient searchmethods that mimic natural selection and natural genetics. This paper is to investigate the potentialfeasibility of using genetic algorithms and neural network for clustering in modeling economic systemwith variable structure. Finally, we applied our new method into practice and received satisfying results.

Ever since China implemented its reform and opening up policy in the late 1970s,it has engaged in theoretical and practice-based innovations in the development of its private *** has experienced four evolutionary stages of private sector development and theoretical innovation:from proposing that the private sector was “subsidiary and complementary to the socialist public sector,” to elevating it to the heights of China’s “basic economic system”;from adhering to the principle of “the two unwaverings,” i.e.,unwaveringly consolidating and developing the public sector on the one hand,and unwaveringly encouraging,supporting,and guiding the development of the non-public sector on the other;and thence to further stating explicitly that “private enterprises and private sector entrepreneurs are one of us;they are socialist.” New theories of private sector development have been created in response to the inherent requirements of the primary stage of socialism,to the choice of the correct path to common prosperity,and to the human behavioral rationality and the laws governing people’s interest *** private sector is an important achievement of the development of the socialist market economy;an important force promoting the development of the socialist market economy;and an important actor in the building of the modern economic *** new theories of private sector development has opened up a new realm for Marxist political economy.

Agents response equilibrium (ARE) model has been taken advantage of to build a multi-agent system for analyzing fiscal policy effect. Through establishing various types of economic entities and endowing them with abilities to react and make decision, the whole system will evolve to new conditions in response to policy change. Compared with different scenarios, it can be concluded that when raising taxation ratio, sectoral scale will shrink to some extent. But supported by government expenditure, certain sectors could be kept in comparatively larger production scale.

The further development of economy research is discussed from the viewpoint of methodology. On the basis of detailed discussion of three methods. a correlation is established between the macroocopic level (the leed of the overall system) and the microscopic level (the level of the molecule)in statistical Physics. Analysis is conducted of the application of these methods to economics. The concept of economic entropy is proposed into the economic system.

新中国成立后亟待建立自己独立完整的工业体系，推进工业化需采用“国家所有制”和“集体所有制”；而要调动一切积极因素参与社会主义现代化建设，必须调整生产关系，坚持公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展。在国家实现工业化初期阶段，迅速推进工业化需采用计划经济体制，事实证明，计划经济体制为中国经济起飞奠定了雄厚的物质基础；而进入工业化中后期阶段，需调整产业结构，而调整产业结构必须让市场起决定作用和更好发挥政府作用。消费资料的任何一种分配，都是生产条件本身分配的结果：单一公有制与计划经济体制决定了单一的按劳分配制度；而以公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展与市场经济体制，则决定应以按劳分配为主体、多种生产要素共同参与分配。
