Based on the system theory, this paper discusses the structure and efficiency of agricuItural land use in Kaifeng Suburban. Such present problems as benefit deviation from resource al1ocation, distinguished unemployment and four kinds of contribution of urban agriculture land use are revealed. Then, in the view of sustainab1e development, some resolution measures to the problems are advanced out. These suggestions include farmland protection, ecological agriculture, sustainable land use and input decrease of synthetic matter.

This paper analyzes the interactive process of the integration of ecological agriculture and cultural tourism industry from the aspects of rural tourism products,technology and market,and points out that the integration of tourism products constitutes the basis of industrial integration;The integration of technology plays a role in the whole process of industrial integration development;Market level integration is the core goal of industrial integration ***,it explains the driving factors of the integrated development of the two industries from two aspects:the relevance of the two industries,the diversification of demand and the diversity of investment constitute the internal driving force of the integration of cultural tourism industry and ecological agriculture under the background of rural revitalization;Multiple factors,such as policy guidance,economic drive and technological innovation,together constitute the external driving force for the integration of cultural tourism industry and ecological agriculture under the background of rural *** this basis,it puts forward the path of the integrated development of innovative cultural tourism industry and ecological agriculture from six aspects:first,the government actively guides and constructs a perfect policy support system;Second,the development of industrial projects create basic conditions for industrial integration;Third,to strengthen publicity and promotion,strengthen industrial integration and form brand effect;Fourth,to encourage scientific and technological innovation and provide technical support for industrial integration;Fifth,to build industrial alliance and help industrial integration through multi-dimensional cooperation;Sixth,to promote the construction of legal system and build a perfect market access system.

ecological agricultural engineering is a necessary innovation and expansion of China’s agricultural engineering science and technology that aims to meet the overall, the whole chain and the coordinated development needs of the whole system for rural revitalization. Focusing on ecological agricultural engineering, this paper introduces its development and early practice and technology, and also discusses its development direction, development path, and important role in boosting rural revitalization. The development of ecological agricultural engineering will play an important role in China’s agricultural production practice, agricultural engineering discipline construction and agricultural and rural modernization.

[Objective] The paper aimed at researching on the ecological remediation materials and related technologies in degraded land.[Method] Pointing at the specific reasons for degradation of soil moisture and fertility conditions,the ecological remediation materials and related technologies for soil moisture had been studied using layered silicates as substrate materials and using straw turnover as the *** application research had been carried out in degraded cultivated land,compacted land,saline-alkali soil and laboratory of nine provinces and regions on 26 species and 48 varieties.[Result] The materials and related technologies are environment-friendly in formula,processing,application with no hidden trouble as secondary pollution,which can be used for the restoration of positive balance of soil moisture conditions（water,fertilizer,gas,and heat）,establishment of the core of a stable circle and improving food production *** materials are more suitable for plant growth than chemical fertilizers,applying of which helps plants obtain better adversity resistance.[Conclusion] The ecological remediation materials for soil moisture can reduce the application of chemical fertilizers effectively and improve the production and quality of crops remarkably.

The situation of agriculture in Qinzhou was introduced *** then,the bottleneck of the development of modern agriculture in Qinzhou was pointed out,which including considerable effects of natural disasters,insufficient agricultural investment,backward infrastructure,inadequate agricultural ST innovation and promotion,low industrialization,incomplete agricultural chain,poor capacity in resisting market risks,and lagged manpower resources in rural ***,the countermeasures were proposed for development of Qinzhou＇s modern agriculture,including defining the characteristics of agricultural products,formulating scientific agricultural planning,strengthening agricultural science and technology innovation,training and on-site guidance,cultivation and brand strategy of agricultural leading enterprises,establishing agricultural disaster prevention mechanism and vigorously developing ecological agriculture tourism.
