Based on the Floquet theory on ordinary differential equationswith periodically variable coefficients and the bifurcation approachto nonlinear equations, a numerical approach to determining thestability region of control parameters is established for a dynamiccontrol system composed of a moving body levitated magnetically overflexible guideways. The system is nonlinearly coupled among theelastic deformation of guideways, disturbance the levitation positionof the body and electromagnet- ic control forces.

dynamic control of reservoir limited water level is important to reservoir flood control operation.A reasonable limited water level can best utilize flood water resources in addition to flood *** paper is a trial application of the fuzzy information entropy matter-element evaluation method(FIEMEM) as an optimal selection of dynamic control of limited water *** this method,compound matter elements are established first,followed by establishment of an evaluation model and choice of the optimal scheme on the basis of fuzzy information *** determining weights,a combined weighting method in game theory is adopted to combine experiential weights and mathematical weights so as to eliminate one-sidedness of the single weighting ***,the feasibility of this optimization method is verified by citing dynamic control of Biliuhe reservoir limited water level as an example.

The H_∞ synchronization of nonlinear Bloch systems via dynamic feedback control approach

End-effector is the key part of a flexible drilling robot in implementing flexibility, modularization, portability and low-cost in high-accuracy drilling machining. An end-effector for a flexible drilling robot has been designed, and an orientation and position regulation algorithm is adopted to ensure the parallelism and perpendicularity in the drilling process. However, the orientation and position regulation unit is a nonlinear kinetics system, the normal pole placement control strategy cannot achieve the desired performance. This paper using sliding mode variable-structure control method based on the reaching condition to design controller, carry on stimulating and make contrast with the traditional pole placement control in order to justify its superiority in the non-linear dynamic system. The designed controller ensures that the nonlinear system is robust stabilization and that the accuracy and efficiency satisfy the dynamic requirements

We consider an H∞ synchronization problem in nonlinear Bloch systems. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality formulation, a dynamic feedback controller is designed to guarantee asymptotic stability of the master-slave synchronization. Moreover, this controller reduces the effect of an external disturbance to the H∞ norm constraint. A numerical example is given to validate the proposed synchronization scheme.

A double-layered model predictive control(MPC), which is composed of a steady-state target calculation(SSTC)layer and a dynamic control layer, is a prevailing hierarchical structure in industrial process control. Based on the reason analysis of the dynamic controller infeasibility, an on-line constraints softening strategy is given. At first, a series of regions of attraction(ROA) of the dynamic controller is calculated according to the softened constraints;then a minimal ROA containing the current state is chosen and the corresponding softened constraint is adopted by the dynamic controller. Note that, the above measures are performed on-line because the centers of the above ROA are the steady-state targets calculated at each instant. The effectiveness of the presented strategy is illustrated through two examples.

Conflict between cell growth and product accumulation is frequently encountered in the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites. To address the growth-production conflict in yeast strains harboring the isoprene synthetic pathway in the mitochondria, the dynamic control of isoprene biosynthesis was explored. A dual temperature regulation system was developed through engineering and expression regulation of the transcriptional activator Gal4p. A cold-sensitive mutant, Gal4ep19, was created by directed evolution of Gal4p based on an internally developed growth-based high-throughput screening method and expressed under the heat-shock promoter PSSA4 to control the expression of PGAL-driven pathway genes in the mitochondria. Compared to the control strain with constitutively expressed wild-type Gal4p, the dual temperature regulation strategy led to 34.5% and 72% improvements in cell growth and isoprene production, respectively. This study reports the creation of the first cold-sensitive variants of Gal4p by directed evolution and provides a dual temperature control system for yeast engineering that may also be conducive to the biosynthesis of other high-value natural products.

A new longitudinal speed control strategy is proposed. It used the lateral jerk information as the feedback to predict the longitudinal acceleration and deceleration, which is especially beneficial to a sharp curve turning at a high driving speed. The performance of the controller is validated with Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results indicate that compared with the traditional vehicle, the G-vector controller can reduce the turning radius and improve the vehicle stability and agility obviously. And the proposed longitudinal speed control strategy could trade-off the longitudinal and lateral acceleration by using the tire force during the turning.
