Power plant A and Power plant B launched the rebuilt pilot project of bag house and power source of electrostatic precipitator in order to further increase the dust removal efficiency in coal-fired power plants and then improve air quality in Shanghai. Results showed that dust reduction rate rose to 69.5% and the concentration of particulate matter dropped to 9.2 mg/m after the rebuilt of bag house. On the other hand, dust reduction rate was 48.8% and the concentration of particulate matter was 17.9 mg/m after the rebuilt of electrostatic precipitator.

＜正＞ESP and baghouse are the main industrial equipment to remove dust. Integrated ESP and baghouse in one device can take their advantages. Large particles have been captured by ESP and fine particle colleted by baghouse. Some experiments have been done to study the particle size distribution efficiency, pressure drop, relationship between efficiency and velocity. Experiment reswlts shows that the hybrid have a better performance than ESP and baghouse, will be a competitor in the future.

Research on Mine Fan Speed Control System Based on the PLC control network

This paper designs a set of ventilation and dust removal in coal mine test device and PLC monitoring system. The ventilation and dust removal test device has a set of ventilation and dust removal functions, can automatically monitor air volume, air pressure, resistance and other performance parameters of ventilator and precipitator. The PLC monitoring system can remotely start and stop the variable frequency speed control on the ventilation machine and dust collector, and it can real-time monitor operation state, such as the running current and the parameters of ventilator and dust collector. The paper simulate and realize computer remote centralized monitoring of underground ventilation for mine ventilation system. The actual application shows that： the system is stable and reliable, simple operation, strong scalability.
