In this paper, we have proved that for a relatively complemented distributive lattice L,there exists one and only one completion ? of L such that for every ξ∈?, there exists afamily {Sα}α∈△ of non-vacuous subsets of L satisfying ξ= ∨[∧f（Sα）]. Such a completion? is called the entire completion of L. We have in this paper extended the homomorphic extension theorem of a generalizedBoolean lattice to that of a relatively complemented distributive lattice and proved that the lat-tice of the congruences on a relatively complemented distributive lattice is isomorphicwith the lattice of the convex sublattices containing a fixed element and that the entire comple-tion of a relatively complemented distributive lattice L, the lattice of the completable con-gruences on L and the lattice of the completable convex sublattices of L containing a fixed ele-ment are isomorphic.

A solution is given for the word problem for free idempotent distributive semirings. Using this solution the lattice L(ID) of subvarieties of the variety ID of idempotent distributive semirings is determined. It turns out that L(ID) is isomorphic to the direct product of a four-element lattice and a lattice which is itself a subdirect product of four copies of the lattice L (B) of all band varieties. Therefore L(ID) is countably infinite and distributive. Every subvariety of ID is finitely based.

Using an algebraic property, the completely distributive law, we have ever given out a characterization of the semicontinuity of lattice-valued mappings. How about the inverse implication? That is to say, can we analytically characterize the completely distributive law? Moreover, can we characterize the completely distributive law in terms of fuzzy topology? The purpose of this note is to answer affirmatively these questions for the infinitely distributive lattices. This study connecting algebra with analysis and topology seems to be rather interesting.

Mathematical Morphological concepts outline techniques for analysing and processing geometric structures based on set theory. In this paper, we present proofs of our theorems on morphological distributive properties over Unions and Intersections with respect to Dilation and Erosion. These results provide new realizations of Dilation, Erosion and conclude that they are distributive over Unions but non-distributive over Intersections.

It is an unarguable fact that the urban-rural dual structure led to two different results. On the one hand,it had been playing a great role in the city development and prosperity,and on the other hand,it had led the slow development of rural economy and the income gap between rural and urban areas. The government makes efforts to promote the process of urbanization to maintain the sustained development of China's economy and economic transformation which are the two needs of the Chinese reality. But in the top-level design of the policy,the government did not give a fair profits distribution to all social groups. On the contrary,the result of urban development is based on the expense of a part of the people's interests in exchange for the interests of another parts of the people,and especially on the government expropriation in the process of urban expansion. Under Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China,the government monopolized the expropriation right of the rural land,and the rural collectives and farmers as the land owner and constructors respectively have no rights to decide the land use purposes. In fact,they are forced to accept the land compensation,and because of the little bargaining rights,they gain little from the land value increment. Comparatively,the governments became the biggest beneficiary who made use of the land as a source and capital to earn the achievement in their official career and more money required by the urban development. The paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the distribution of the land added value,elaborates the reasons why the government strives for the land interests,and discusses what farmers lose in the government expropriation. Last but not lest,the author reflects on the land reform and gives a proposal on distribution of land added value.
