Study on Location of Wuhan Steel Logistics distribution center

This paper studies the location of Wuhan steel logistics distribution center. First of all, according to Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant sales in Hunan Province and the relative position of the city, the transport costs are calculated from Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant to the demand point. We further analyze the necessity of establishing steel logistics distribution center, using the precise center of gravity to determine the actual location of the distribution center. After the establishment of distribution center, the total freight is reduced by 15.46 million yuan from Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant to each city in Hunan province via distribution center each year. The results of this paper can provide theoretical basis for the logistics node planning of related enterprises.

A supply chain is a network that performs the procurement of raw material, the transportation of raw material to intermediate and end products, and the distribution of end products to retailers or customers. Installation and operation of distribution centers and all downstream members play a vital role in fulfilling the customers demand and have a great impact for supply chain management performance. In this paper we address a new approach for solving a supply chain optimization model to decide distribution centers based on environmental consideration.

＜正＞The simulation modeling methods of distribution center have been studied based on AUTOMOD *** equipments structural model,behavior model and kinematic model of one distribution center have been *** researching was focused on the core subsystems of the distribution center, including the typical automated storage/retrieval system（AS/RS）, AGV transportation system,an advanced intelligent sorting system DPS（Digital Picking System） and the of the PAS（Piece Assorting System ） automatic classification system based *** improve modeling efficiency,these core subsystems have been simplified and abstracted properly,and then,separately from the system analysis,equipment selection,parametric modeling,data modeling,process control and scheduling mechanisms to establish the simulation *** verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model design,the input data model was tested, and the simulation results has a certain reference value for the distribution center’s daily management and device configuration.

Combining with the quest character of the emergency resources distribution, the paper designs the location of the emergency resources distribution center evaluation index system and ascertains the weight of every evaluation index with fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP), and establishes a synthetic evaluation method of the index system. From this, we can get an effective way of the location of the emergency resources distribution center when the emergency happens.

＜正＞The local optimal solution is often got when general algorithm is applied to solve continuous location of distribution center. To solve the problem, this paper cites ALA algorithm to construct hybrid particle swarm optimization. The computing result of the algorithm is nearer to the global optimal solution by combining local search of ALA algorithm and global optimization of particle swarm optimization. An example demonstrates that hybrid particle swarm optimization can solve the problem of continuous location of logistics distribution center and provides an effective decision tool for decision-maker.

保障优质供应和降低物流成本是生鲜物流行业发展的目标。本文从生鲜物流网络建设入手，研究生鲜冷链配送中心这一节点的空间布局问题，决策因素涉及节点选址、路径规划和库存控制三方面。考虑到需求难以确定，以集建设成本、运输成本、货损成本等在内的总成本最小为优化目标，构建了模糊随机需求下选址—路径—库存集成优化模型。最后以北京市西南区域为例进行算例分析，从而验证了方案的可行性，以期为相关冷链物流配送网络优化提供参考方案。

On the Effects of Risk Pooling in Supply Chain Management:Review and Extensions

The primary challenge in supply chain management （SCM） is matching supply with uncertain demand. Risk pooling is an efficient and promising strategy to meet this challenge by reducing the underlying demand uncertainty through aggregation. The main focus of this paper is to analyze the effects of risk pooling under different supply chain settings. There are two main contributions. First, we propose a mathematical framework which serves the multi-purpose of （1） unifying existing models on risk pooling in the literature, （2） providing new facets and insights of understanding existing results on risk pooling, and （3） setting up new ground for extending existing models and results. Second; we investigate one interesting effect of risk pooling, namely, the decreasing marginal return （or supermodularity）. We show that there are decreasing marginal returns in risk pooling practices under certain conditions, specifically when the demand is independent and identically distributed （I.I.D.） and normally distributed.

An Improved Genetic Algorithm for Allocation Optimization of distribution centers

This paper introduced an integrated allocation model for distribution centers (DCs). The facility cost, inventory cost, transportation cost and service quality were considered in the model. An improved genetic algorithm (IGA) was proposed to solve the problem. The improvement of IGA is based on the idea of adjusting crossover probability and mutation probability. The IGA is supplied by heuristic rules too. The simulation results show that the IGA is better than the standard GA(SGA) in search efficiency and equality.

Research on the Mode of Efficaciously Solving “Agricultural Super-Docking” Development Difficulties in China

Constructing circulation mode of high feasibility and good implementation effect is the key method to solve difficulties in the development of “Agricultural Super-Docking” at present in China. There are many problems that exist in the process of the development of “Agricultural Super-Docking” by our analyzing from both the benefit of subjects and the whole supply chain perspectives. A large amount of relevant literature research shows that adopting the “cooperation between the government and the third party logistics enterprises to build distribution center” innovation model can solve these problems. This model can effectively remove obstacles between farmers and supermarkets. It is conducive to the development of small and medium-scale the farmer cooperatives, supermarkets and the third party logistics enterprises that don’t have a strong financial strength and a high degree of brand influence. In addition, it can also produce considerable social benefits. In order to ensure the implementation efficiency of the model to maximize, some management issues in the implementation process about the determination of core subject in supply chain, the method of evaluating the third party logistics enterprises grade, the planning of the number of customers for the distribution center, the mechanism of income distribution among multiple subjects and the implementation of relevant policies after the model into practice should be taken into account.
