In this paper,we aim to develop distributed continuous-time algorithms over directed graphs to seek the Nash equilibrium in a noncooperative game.Motivated by the recent consensus-based designs,we present a distributed algorithm with a proportional gain for weight-balanced directed graphs.By further embedding a distributed estimator of the left eigenvector associated with zero eigenvalue of the graph Laplacian,we extend it to the case with arbitrary strongly connected directed graphs having possible unbalanced weights.In both cases,the Nash equilibrium is proven to be exactly reached with an exponential convergence rate.An example is given to illustrate the validity of the theoretical results.

In this paper,we develop a distributed solver for a group of strict(non-strict)linear matrix inequalities over a multi-agent network,where each agent only knows one inequality,and all agents co-operate to reach a consensus solution in the intersection of all the feasible regions.The formulation is transformed into a distributed optimization problem by introducing slack variables and consensus constraints.Then,by the primal–dual methods,a distributed algorithm is proposed with the help of projection operators and derivative feedback.Finally,the convergence of the algorithm is analyzed,followed by illustrative simulations.

As the integration of distributed generations(DGs)transforms the traditional distribution network into the active distribution network,voltage stability assessments(VSA)of transmission grid and distribution grid are not suitable to be studied separately.This paper presents a distributed continuation power flow method for VSA of global transmission and distribution grid.Two different parameterization schemes are adopted to guarantee the coherence of load growth in transmission and distribution grids.In the correction step,the boundary bus voltage,load parameter and equivalent power are communicated between the transmission and distribution control centers to realize the distributed computation of load margin.The optimal multiplier technique is used to improve the convergence of the proposed method.The three-phase unbalanced characteristic of distribution networks and the reactive capability limits of DGs are considered.Simulation results on two integrated transmission and distribution test systems show that the proposed method is effective.

In this work, a distributed source positioning approach is developed based on Alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM). First, a centralized positioning method is developed under case of the anchor uncertainty. And then, the method is realized in a distributed way using ADMM. Simulation results show that the centralized one is robust to the anchor errors and distributed one has similar performance as the centralized one.

The work gives a review on the distributed Nash equilibrium seeking of noncooperative games in multi-agent networks,which emerges as one of the frontier research topics in the area of systems and control community.Firstly,we give the basic formulation and analysis of noncooperative games with continuous action spaces,and provide the motivation and basic setting for distributed Nash equilibrium seeking.Then we introduce both the gradient-based algorithms and best-response based algorithms for various type of games,including zero-sum games,aggregative games,potential games,monotone games,and multi-cluster games.In addition,we provide some applications of noncooperative games.

The shortage of computation methods and storage devices has largely limited the development of multiobjective optimization in industrial processes.To improve the operational levels of the process industries,we propose a multi-objective optimization framework based on cloud services and a cloud distribution system.Real-time data from manufacturing procedures are first temporarily stored in a local database,and then transferred to the relational database in the cloud.Next,a distribution system with elastic compute power is set up for the optimization framework.Finally,a multi-objective optimization model based on deep learning and an evolutionary algorithm is proposed to optimize several conflicting goals of the blast furnace ironmaking process.With the application of this optimization service in a cloud factory,iron production was found to increase by 83.91 t∙d^(-1),the coke ratio decreased 13.50 kg∙t^(-1),and the silicon content decreased by an average of 0.047%.

Fog Radio Access Networks(F-RANs)have been considered a groundbreaking technique to support the services of Internet of Things by leveraging edge caching and edge computing.However,the current contributions in computation offloading and resource allocation are inefficient;moreover,they merely consider the static communication mode,and the increasing demand for low latency services and high throughput poses tremendous challenges in F-RANs.A joint problem of mode selection,resource allocation,and power allocation is formulated to minimize latency under various constraints.We propose a Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL)based joint computation offloading and resource allocation scheme that achieves a suboptimal solution in F-RANs.The core idea of the proposal is that the DRL controller intelligently decides whether to process the generated computation task locally at the device level or offload the task to a fog access point or cloud server and allocates an optimal amount of computation and power resources on the basis of the serving tier.Simulation results show that the proposed approach significantly minimizes latency and increases throughput in the system.

A distributed virtual reality system is presented based on a hybrid rendering scheme. This system first predicts the camera position of the next key frame in real-time according to the tendency of the current camera movement. The predicted key frame is then generated using a geometry-based algorithm. Finally, a real-time backward image warping algorithm is employed to create a smooth transition between the two adjacent key frames. Since the rendering procedure can be divided into two independent steps, this system can be efficiently implemented in distributed mode.
