土地作为一切资源和环境要素的载体,在人类的生存与发展中占有重要地位。土地需求伴随着人口的增长和社会经济的快速发展不断增大,,如何合理缓解土地资源各种需求的压力以及本着可持续发展观对土地资源进行可持续利用的规划与利用成为地理学和相关学科研究的热点问题之一。本文选取我国快速城市化典型区域的长三角地区的宜兴市作为研究区域,开展了以下研究工作。本研究的基础数据为2000-2010年间遥感解译的土地数据,运用指数分析方法对研究区土地利用变化特征从土地利用程度、土地利用动态度、土地利用变化区域差异以及土地利用类型多样性四个方面进行分析。结果表明,宜兴市10年间的土地利用程度变化不大,耕地、农村居民点面积总体减少,林地、建设用地面积逐年增加,不同区域间土地利用差异不大,土地利用类型多样性指数逐步降低。在对宜兴市土地利用变化特征分析的基础上,本文主要引用SD模型与dinamicaego的混合模型。SD模型从宏观层面对宜兴市土地利用需求进行预测,而dinamica ego模型从微观层面对宜兴市土地利用空间结构进行预测。将宜兴市经济社会发展目标与土地可持续利用结合后对宜兴市土地可持续利用进行分模式分析,分别以现有发展模式、优先发展经济模式和环境协调发展模式对宜兴市2010-2020年土地利用空间结构进行模拟和预测,结果发现现有发展模式在香农多样性指数、景观格局斑块个数、景观格局斑块密度、斑块分维数以及景观形状指数上相较于生态协调发展模式要高。反观生态协调发展模式的平均斑块面积要大于现有发展模式,通过对比可以发现环境协调发展模式为最佳模式。从而为实现宜兴市土地可持续利用提供了依据,同时为宜兴市社会经济发展战略的修订提供参考意见。

Land cover change and carbon stores in a tropical montane cloud forest in the Sierra Madre Oriental,Mexico

Tropical montane cloud forest is one of the ecosystems with the highest biomass worldwide, representing an important carbon store. Globally its deforestation index is –1.1%, but in Mexico it is higher than –3%. Carbon estimates are scarce globally, particularly in Mexico. The objective of this study was to simulate future land-cover scenarios for the Sierra Madre Oriental in Mexico, by analyzing past forest cover changes. Another objective was to estimate stored carbon in the two study areas. These objectives involve the generation of information that could be useful inputs to anti-deforestation public policy such as the REDD+ strategy. Remote sensing was used to measure land cover change and estimate carbon stocks. Satellite images from 2015, 2000 and 1986 were used, and dinamica ego freeware generatedmodels of future projections. Between 1986 and 2015, 5171 ha of forest were converted to pasture. The annual deforestation rates were –1.5% for Tlanchinol and –1.3% for the San Bartolo Tutotepec sites. Distance to roads and marginalization were highly correlated with deforestation. By 2030, an estimated 3608 ha of forest in these sites will have been converted to pasture. Stored carbon was estimated at 16.35 Mg C ha-1 for the Tlanchinol site and 12.7 Mg C ha-1 for the San Bartolo site. In the Sierra Madre Oriental deforestation due to land cover change(–1.4%) is higher than levels reported worldwide. Besides having high values of stored carbon(14.5 Mg C ha-1), these forests have high biodiversity. The models' outputs show that the deforestation process will continue if action is not taken to avoid the expansion of livestock pasturing. This can be done by paying incentives for forest conservation to the owners of the land. The results suggest that REDD+ is currently the most viable strategy for reducing deforestation rates in tropical montane cloud forests in Sierra Madre Oriental.

Some cities worldwide have oil wells directly affecting the management of the *** example,La Libertad and Salinas districts contain 467 oil wells in urban areas representing a major land-use planning *** objective is to apply the CLUE-S land use model in coastal cities with oil wells(Salinas-La Libertad),using geographic information systems considering environmental and security characteristics for territorial *** stages of the study are:i)classification and categorisation of oil wells;ii)application of the GIS-CLUE-S method and visualisation of land use dynamics;iii)use the SWOT-TOWS matrix,for the analysis of the situation and the main factors affecting the *** results indicate high vulnerability in many urban sectors and those close to the ***,the CLUE-S analysis shows that the population growth in the urban sector is close to oil well areas,making it a complex pole of human-industry interaction that impacts the management of the *** study synthesises three technical aspects:some oil wells do not comply with municipal ordinance regulations;identification of vulnerable zones due to environmental and security factors,which recommends a territorial reordering policy;as well as an education plan for the application of territorial ordering policies,with awareness and sustainability projections.

人口、资源、环境与发展是当今世界面临的全球性问题,而土地是一切人类活动及社会发展的重要载体。“土地利用变化土地利用研究科学计划(LUCC)”是“国际地圈与生物圈计划(IGBP)”和“全球环境变化人文计划(IHDP)”联合计划之一,研究重点包括土地利用动力学、土地覆盖动力学及区域和全球综合模型。通过建立土地利用动态模型,了解土地利用土地利用变化的速率、时空特征与驱动机制和未来变化趋势,已成为当今全球或区域变化研究的热点。城市是人类活动最剧烈的地区,是土地利用变化最为频繁的地区。郧阳区是一个山地城市,提供给城市建设的土地资源十分紧缺。郧阳区是十堰市的后花园,其中心城区是十堰市重要的后备土地资源。因此,郧阳中心城区需要加强管控建设用地空间布局,集约节约利用土地资源。在国际上,dinamica ego模型的应用已经十分广泛,许多学者利用其模拟不同地区各种尺度的土地利用变化,并取得了较好的成效。dinamica ego模型是基于马尔可夫的元胞自动机模型,采用证据权证法建立驱动因子和土地利用类型之间关系,计算转换概率。驱动因子的选择对后期模型的模拟有着至关重要的作用,驱动因子之间的相互独立是必要条件,为了避免驱动因子之间的相关性,dinamica ego模型使用Crammer系数和联合信息不确定性系数同时作为检验标驱动因子相关性的指标。土地利用转换概率只是计算出每个元胞状态发生转变的可能性,而具体在空间上如何增长,需要将转换方式进行设定。dinamica ego模型中元胞增长方式由收扩(Expander)过程和建斑(Patcher)过程控制,能更好的模拟现实土地利用变化现象,本文的研究工作具体如下:1)首先从驱动因子、数量变化、空间特征以及景观格局等四个方面,系统分析2006、2009、2012以及2015年四期土地利用变化规律,为模型构建的参数设置提供参考。2)基于dinamicaego模型,构建符合郧阳中心城区情况的土地利用变化模型,这需对模型结构和参数设置进行本土化设计。本文根据时间敏感性,将驱动因子划分为动态变量和静态变量。并对2006-2015年变化斑块的空间扩散特征、新增斑块平均面积、斑块聚合度等进行分析,构建了满足本文研究需求的模型框架,并完成参数的本土化设置,实现模型的成功构建。3)验证模型对郧阳中心城区建设用地扩张的模拟精度,并对模拟的精度以及误差产生的原因进行分析。本文最终的验证结果符合精度要求,表明该模型能较好地模拟郧阳中心城区建设用地扩张情况。4)本文在现状发展速率下,模拟预测郧阳中心城区未来土地利用情景。探究现在发展速率下,郧阳中心城区建设用地数量和空间格局变化情况,为我国土资源规划提供数据支持。
