In the process of the CNC profiling, there exists some problem, such as processing interference, undercutting and the profiled processing precision. These problems are seriously affected the technology of Profiling used in the surface processing of the complex components. It is very necessary to research the digital model of the surface of the complex parts. On the basis of the data acquisition of profiling and the vector characteristics, the normal vector and tangential vector of the differential points on the surface of parts are got, and we get the space digital model of the surface of those parts. At last, we do some processing experiment using the method, and all those above question are resolved successfully.

Numerical modelling of the Powder Metallurgical Manufacturing Chain of High Strength Sintered Gears

This paper presents a digital model for the powder metallurgical(PM)production chain of high-performance sintered gears based on an integrated computational materials engineering(ICME)*** and finite element methods(DEM and FEM)were combined to describe the macroscopic material response to the thermomechanical loads and process conditions during the entire production *** microstructural evolution during the sintering process was predicted on the meso-scale using a Monte-Carlo *** effective elastic properties were determined by a homogenization method based on modelling a representative volume element(RVE).The results were subsequently used for the FE modelling of the heat treatment *** the development of multi-scale models,it was possible obtain characteristics of the microstructural *** predicted hardness and residual stress distributions allowed the calculation of the tooth root load bearing capacity of the heat-treated sintered gears.

Study on the Mathematical model of Technology Diffusion in Technical Economic System

In the technical and economic system,there is a certain interaction between various technologies,mainly in the form of technology *** constructing the mathematical model of technology diffusion,the trend of technology diffusion can be predicted,the reasonable distribution of science and technology productivity can be realized,and the policy optimization measures can be formulated on the basis of evaluating the existing *** paper first points out the basic idea of digital model of technology diffusion,and then focuses on the analysis of various parameters of mathematical model of technology diffusion,and puts forward the application conclusion of mathematical model of technology diffusion,in order to provide reference for relevant industry personnel.

Any reservoir Construction Layout involves the collection and interpretation of large amounts of geographic and other data. Because the traditional methods to analyze reservoir construction layout are not efficient and intuitive,visual simulation is the key to improve the design efficiency and management of the project. In this paper,Triangulated Irregular Network （TIN） is used to help to establish the digital terrain model. The different entity models were established with different methods. The models were matched to show the actual terrain based on 3DS MAX mapping. Gongming reservoir in South China is taken as a case study. The finished scene was visualized in three-dimensional animation,providing a scientific,effective and visual analyzing method for the management and decision-making associated with the project.
