Objective:To explore the mechanism of Radix Astragali-Lithospermum Erythrorhizon on the treatment of diabetic ulcer through the method of network ***:This study included 32 compounds and 81 key targets.100 GO functional items and 116 KEGG signal pathways were obtained by enrichment ***,kaempferol,isorhamnetin,mononetin,sitosterol,ivy sapogenin and other components of astragalus-purple herb play a key role in the targets of interleukin-6,cystatin 3,vascular endothelial growth factor,epidermal growth factor receptor and mitogen-activated protein kinase 8 in diabetic ulcer,and are mainly concentrated in AGE-RAGE,TNF and other signal ***:There were 32 compounds and 81 key targets.100 GO functional items and 116 KEGG signal pathways were obtained by enrichment ***,kaempferol,isorhamnetin,mononetin,sitosterol,ivy sapogenin and other components of astragalus-purple herb play a key role in the targets of interleukin-6,cystatin 3,vascular endothelial growth factor,epidermal growth factor receptor and mitogen-activated protein kinase 8 in diabetic ulcer,and are mainly concentrated in AGE-RAGE,TNF and other signal ***:Radix Astragali-Lithospermum Erythrorhizon may play the role of inhibiting inflammation,anti-apoptosis,promoting cell proliferation,angiogenesis and immune regulation through multi-components and multitargets,and play a role in the treatment of diabetic ulcer.

Bacterial infection,excessive inflammation and damaging blood vessels network are the major factors to delay the healing of diabetic *** present,most of wound repair materials are passive and can’t response to the wound microenvironment,resulting in a low utilization of bioactive substances and hence a poor therapeutic ***,it’s essential to design an intelligent wound dressing responsive to the wound microenvironment to achieve the release of drugs on-demand on the basis of *** this work,metformin-laden CuPDA NPs composite hydrogel(Met@CuPDA NPs/HG)was fabricated by dynamic phenylborate bonding of gelatin modified by dopamine(Gel-DA),Cu-loaded polydopamine nanoparticles(CuPDA NPs)with hyaluronic acid modified by phenyl boronate acid(HA-PBA),which possessed good injectability,self-healing,adhesive and DPPH scavenging *** slow release of metformin was achieved by the interaction with CuPDA NPs,boric groups(B-N coordination)and the constraint of hydrogel *** had a pH and glucose responsive release behavior to treat different wound microenvironment ***,CuPDA NPs endowed the hydrogel excellent photothermal responsiveness to kill bacteria of>95%within 10 min and also the slow release of Cu^(2+)to protect wound from infection for a long ***@CuPDA NPs/HG also recruited cells to a certain direction and promoted vascularization by releasing Cu^(2+).More importantly,Met@CuPDA NPs/HG effectively decreased the inflammation by eliminating ROS and inhibiting the activation of NF-κB *** experiments demonstrated that Met@CuPDA NPs/HG significantly promoted wound healing of diabetic SD rats by killing bacteria,inhibiting inflammation,improving angiogenesis and accelerating the deposition of ECM and ***,Met@CuPDA NPs/HG had a great application potential for diabetic wound healing.

Because China is becoming an aging society,the incidence of diabetes and diabetic foot have been *** foot has become one of the main health-related killers due to its high disability and mortality *** pressure wound therapy(NPWT)is one of the most effective techniques for the treatment of diabetic foot wounds and great progress,both in terms of research and its clinical application,has been made in the last 20 years of its ***,due to the complex pathogenesis and management of diabetic foot,irregular application of NPWT often leads to complications,such as infection,bleeding and necrosis,that seriously affect its treatment *** 2020,under the leadership of Burns,Trauma and Tissue Repair Committee of the Cross-Straits Medicine Exchange Association,the writing group for‘Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds’was established with the participation of scholars from the specialized areas of burns,endocrinology,vascular surgery,orthopedics and wound *** on evidence-based practice suggested by the latest clinical research,this consensus proposes the best clinical practice guidelines for the application and prognostic evaluation of NPWT for diabetic *** consensus aims to support the formation of standardized treatment schemes that clinicians can refer to when treating cases of diabetic foot.

Objective:This study evaluates the effectiveness of a dalethyne dressing for decreasing bacteria in diabetic patients with infected foot ***:This study was conducted from March to September 2018 with a sample of 30 participants from the outpatient Kitamura Wound Clinic in Pontianak City,Indonesia.A quasi-experimental non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design was used for the *** were divided into two groups:an intervention group(treated with a dalethyne dressing)and a control group(treated with a standard dressing).Two trained research assistants collected the data using the Wagner wound classification system and a bacteria *** assistants swabbed each wound surface with sterile cotton,and the swabs were used to conduct a bacteria culture and ***:The study population was 50%female and 50%male with no significant differences between each other in age,HbA1c,blood pressure,or ankle-brachial index(ABI;P>0.05).Both groups had a significant reduction in the number of bacteria from the pretest to posttest(Pulcers of diabetic patients.

Natural Nanoskin Advance cell therapy (ACT) and Nanoskin ACT Soft have been established to be remarkably versatile biomaterials and can be used in a wide variety of applied scientific endeavors, especially for medical devices. In fact, the structure of Nanoskin materials can be adapted over length scales ranging from nano to macro by controlling the bio-fabrication process. The present paper describes Natural Nanoskin Advanced cell therapy (ACT) and Nanoskin ACT Soft production for wound care applications. ACT is produced from the bio-nanotechnology process. ACT is a highly hydrated pellicle with shaped fibers less than 2 nm wide. Nanoskin ACT Soft, like a paste, is designed to fill irregularities or recesses in the wound bed, and to absorb excess exudate from lesions by prolonging the used dressing's residence time and reducing the frequency of change.

Aim:diabetic foot ulcers are the most common cause of nontraumatic lower extremity amputations in the industrialized ***-engineering products offer a lower extremity salvage strategy when healing does not proceed according to the standard of *** allogeneic sheets are available for the management of diabetic leg and foot ***:The endpoints of this case series study regard preliminary outcomes of the application of allogeneic keratinocytes composed of benzyl ester of hyaluronic acid to 16 diabetic foot and leg ulcers in 11 patients with type 2 diabetes ***:Between 21 and 70 days after cellular therapy,6 out of 16 lesions were completely healed,reducing the wound dimension by 70%and improving the wound bed score by 52%.Conclusion:The clinical results of the new allogeneic sheets indicate that allogeneic keratinocytes may represent an effective and safe therapy for diabetic foot and leg ulcers in the multidisciplinary approach to this diabetes-related complication.
