Molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))is a widely used optoelectronic material with exceptional electrical,magnetic,optical,and mechanical properties.Due to the quantum confinement effect,high absorption coefficient,high surface-volume ratio,and tunable bandgap,nanoMoS_(2)-based Devices exhibit size-dependent and novel optoelectronic properties,such as excellent photoluminescence and high anisotropic electrical,mechanical,and thermal properties.This review focuses mainly on the latest progress of optoelectronic device applications based on two-dimensional(2D)nano-MoS_(2).Various advanced Devices,such as sensors,photodetectors,light-emitting diodes(LEDs),memory applications,and field-effect transistors(FETs)are considered.The review will provide a new perspective in promoting the development of 2D nanomaterial-based photoelectric applications.

1 Introduction? Mechanical circulatory support (MCS) has increasingly become an important management opportunity for patients with stage D heart failure (HF) with remarkable impact on patient survival and quality of life. Early clinical trials have demonstrated improved outcomes of durable left ventricular assist device (LVAD) support compared with optimal medical management.[1] As technology advanced, continuous flow LVADs outperformed pulsatile flow Devices in clinical trials and the field migrated to HeartMate (Abbott Laboratories, Abbott Park, IL) and HeartWare (Medtronic, Minneapolis, MN) Devices due to their clinical superiority. This study aims to evaluate,the long-term stability of vertical control in hyperdivergent patients treated with temporary anchorage Devices.The sample included 20 hyperdivergent patients without anterior open bite.The temporary anchorage Devices were used to intrude the upper incisor and molars for vertical control.Lateral cephalograms were established prior to treatment,immediately after treatment,and during retention. The upper molars and incisors were intruded by 1.33 mm and 1.41 mm after treatment (P0.05).U1-PP was found to possess a significant extrusion of 1.2 mm during the first stage (P0.05). The mandibular plane angle (MP-SN)decreased by 2.58 degrees following treatment, and underwent a relapse of 0.51 degree and 0.42 degree during the first and second stages of retention respectively (P>0.05).No significant soft tissue changes occurred,with the exception of increased upper lip length during the second stage (P<0.05).Maxillary anterior and posterior intrusions,counter clockwise rotation,of the mandibular plane,and improved profiles can be successfully achieved following treatment with vertical control. During the first stage of retention (less than three years),intruded molars and incisors both exhibited some extrusion,and molars had better long-term stability than incisors. During the second stage of retention (three to six years),the therapeutic effects appeared stable,with the exception of some increase in upper lip length.Rotated mandibular plane remained stable during the entire retention period.

Gastrointestinal perforations,which need to be managed quickly,are associated with high morbidity and mortality. Treatments used to close these perforations range from surgery to endoscopic therapy. Nowadays,with the development of new Devices and techniques,endoscopic therapy is becoming more popular. However,there are different indications and clinical efficacies between different methods,because of the diverse properties of endoscopic Devices and techniques. Successful management also depends on other factors,such as the precise location of the perforation,its size and the length of time between the occurrence and diagnosis. In this study,we performed a comprehensive review of various Devices and intro-duced the different techniques that are considered effective to treat gastrointestinal perforations. In addition,we focused on the different methods used to achieve successful closure,based on the literature and our clinical experiences.

Effect of Point-of-care Hemoglobin/Hematocrit Devices and Autologous Blood Salvage on Reduction of Perioperative Allogeneic Blood Transfusion

Objective To evaluate the effect of point-of-care hemoglobin/hematocrit(POC HGB/HCT) Devices and intraoperative blood salvage on the amount of perioperative allogeneic blood transfusion and blood conservation in clinical practice. Methods A total of 46 378 medical records of 22 selected hospitals were reviewed. The volume of allogeneic red blood cell and plasma, number of patients transfused, number of intraoperative autologous blood salvage, total volume of autologous blood transfusion, and amount of surgery in the year of 2011 and 2013 were tracked. Paired t-test was used in intra-group comparison, while t-test of two isolated samples carried out in inter-group comparison. PDevices and increasing autologous transfusion ratio could reduce perioperative allogeneic blood transfusion.

The Ag/Mg0.2Zn0.8O/ZnMn2O4/p^＋-Si heterostructure Devices were fabricated by sol-gel spin coating technique and the resistive switching behavior,conduction mechanism,endurance characteristic,and retention properties were investigated.A distinct bipolar resistive switching behavior of the Devices was observed at room temperature.The resistance ratio R_（HRS）/RLRS of high resistance state and low resistance state is as large as four orders of magnitude with a readout voltage of 2.0 V.The dominant conduction mechanism of the device is trap-controlled space charge limited current（SCLC）.The Devices exhibit good durability under 1×10^3cycles and the degradation is invisible for more than 10^6 s.

Over the last thirty years,nickel-containing Devices have been widely implemented.These include inferior vena cava(IVC)filters,amplatzer occluders,vascular and non-vascular stents,and other endovascular and implantable Devices.Hypersensitivity to these nickel-containing Devices has been well documented in the literature and has been reported to cause a major burden to the patients who have received nickelcontaining device implants.Therefore,efforts for prevention,diagnosis,and management of hypersensitivity to nickel-containing Devices are strongly encouraged.
