The construction of advanced laboratories for precision instruments, such as electron microscopes, involves unique challenges that are influenced by the specific environmental conditions required for optimal functionality. These include mitigating interference from magnetic fields and vibrations, which are critical for maintaining the precision and accuracy of the instruments used. This study aims to offer enhanced project management strategies and detailed construction solutions that address the environmental and technical needs specific to electron microscopy labs, thereby facilitating effective lab operations and extending the lifecycle of high-end precision instruments. Case studies of existing laboratory constructions, onsite investigations, and comprehensive reviews of the technical and environmental requirements provide the basis for a best practice for constructing sophisticated electron microscopy labs. The approach integrates both pre-construction planning and post-construction adjustments to create optimal operational environments. The findings suggest that successful lab constructions are those that incorporate thorough onsite assessments, strategic location choices, and the use of advanced construction materials and techniques specifically designed to counteract environmental challenges like magnetic and vibration interferences. Actionable guidelines for both planning and executing the construction of electron microscope labs highlighted in this tutorial are intended as an important resource to troubleshoot or upgrade existing lab facilities and to consult in preparation of future lab construction projects.

The construction of Hainan International Tourism Island creates a promising prospect for the development of its tropical leisure agro-tourism, and the latter will contribute a lot to the former in the fields of economy, ecology and culture. The present situation and development prospects of tropical leisure agro-tourism in the context of constructing International Tourism Island in Hainan are introduced in this study, SWOT analysis of tropical leisure agro-tourism in Hainan is conducted, causes of imperfect tropical leisure agro-tourism in Hainan Island are elaborated such as insufficient understanding and investment, fragile infrastructure and lack of overall tourism planning despite its abundant tropical agricultural resources, marine resources, forest resources and ecological resources as well as convenient transportation. Combining with the opportunities and challenges in developing tourism industry, targeted strategies are proposed for promoting the tropical leisure agro-tourism, that is, enhancing understanding about leisure agro-tourism; determining the target and orientation of tourism planning through basic classification, properly defining functional divisions and spatial layout; improving relevant laws and regulations about tourism industry; attaching more importance in attracting alien investment; fully developing the tropical, marine, green and ecological features of tropical leisure agro-tourism in Hainan Island; cultivating resources, scenic spots and products of different types respectively in tourism development, especially culturing typical products; protecting ecological environment, implementing sustainable development of tourism industry; making innovations in marketing, accurately subdividing tourism market.

The research reviewed the concept of family farm and analyzed family farm types including unified, facility rental-oriented, employment-oriented, circular and grain＆oil based family farms, as well as corresponding demands in technology and policies. Based on the analysis, the research proposed countermeasures and suggestions. It is necessary to define the range and scale on family farm before giving policy supports. It is important to establish access system of industry and commerce capital to rural areas to guarantee the operators in need be benefited from national preferential policies. Meanwhile, new system on land transfer should be established to guarantee security system for family farm, improve socialized service system and promote government-built production facilities operated by farmers.

The characters of Chinese logistics show that there are many inadequacies in the development of green logistics. This paper analyzes the factors which impact the application of green concepts in logistics industry, and advocates some new strategies for accelerating the development of green logistics with the following aspects: technology, management system, government support, and environmental measures. The purpose of the paper is to develop the green logistics steadily in china from the practical measurement perspective, and provide a new vision for other developing countries in the world.

As a specific region most abundant in bamboo species and their natural forests i n the world, China's Yunnan Province harbors over 250 bamboo species belongin g to 28 genera in its 331 000?hm\+2 of bamboo forests,thus forming a unique macro\| ba ckground of its ecotourist landscape *** only is it acknowledged as on e of the original places and modern distribution centers of bamboo by scientists ,but it is a region with diverse ethnical and bamboo cultures nurtured out of th e peculiar ethnical customs and wide bamboo utilization of its 26 nationalities. Based on the analyses of the ornamental bamboo and its value in landscape resour ces,5 aesthetic characteristics are microscopically and morphologically approach ed as a material base of the formation of bamboo *** reexamining the macr o\|background of the specific natural and humanity landscape,4 categories are de scribed as fundamental macro\|landscape resources of Yunnan's bamboo culture eco *** researching the ethnical ecological ethics and cultural symbolism, 3 typical ethnical traditions are summarized as traditional ecological awareness ,and 3 cultural features of bamboo are revealed as essence of ethnical bamboo cu lture preserved in *** some theories from the new economic developm ent,innovation and successful ecotourist management experience at home and abroa d with wide academic vision,the authors have synthetically studied the substanti al,conceptual and symbolic landscapes in a broad field involving bamboo science, ethnology,ecology,ecoeconomics and tourist management.A preliminary theory of e thnical bamboo culture is thus constructed,and its peculiarities are briefly dis cussed while the correlation between ethnical bamboo culture and the natural res ources,other cultures as well as ecotourist development are systematically analy zed to lay a solid theoretical foundation and reliable scientific basis for ecoe conomy\|oriented forestry,cultural economics and

CLASS NUMBER G3501 信息产业在国民经济中的战略地位信息产业的发展水平是衡量一个国家的综合国力、国际竞争力和发展水平的重要标志之一。据悉，1995年世界信息产业的销售额已达到8500亿美元[1]，1996年达到1万亿美元，超过汽车与钢铁工业，成为世界最大的产业。进入21世纪时它将增长到3万亿美元。目前它正以年平均30%～40%的高速度增长着[2]。美国1967 年信息产业占国民经济总值（GNP）46%，1990年为75%，预计2000年将达到90%[3]，其产值接近5000亿美元，占世界信息产业总产值35%。日本信息产业到90年代就占GNP55%[4]，“英、法、德、加拿大，其信息产业和就业人员都已接近甚至超过GNP和就业人员的50%”[5]。我国属发展中国家，信息产业产值1995年占GNP的27%，到2000年将超过30%[6]。不少国家对信息产业十分重视。1995年2月7国集团在布鲁塞尔开会研讨信息化问题。1996年5月全世界40多个国家、18 个国际组织在南非召开了信息社会与发展大会。美国从1993年9月克林顿入主白宫始，就站在世界战略高度，提出建设“信息高速公路”计划，1994年9 月又提出全球信息基础设施倡仪。不少国家与地区也竞相抢占信息产业制高点。我国也把它放在重要战略地位加以考虑。江总书记指出：要拿出当年抓“两弹”的魄力，来抓电子信息产业。1993年12月国务院成立了由20个部委参加的、以邹家华副总理为主席的“国家经济信息化联席会议”，确定了中国国家信息基础结构建设的基本战略。世界各国为何把信息产业放在重要战略地位考虑？这是因为它是基础产业，是技术智力集约产业。信息技术既是高新技术，又是基础技术。它有广泛的渗透性、极强的催化力和倍增作用。在未来社会中，信息化将控制整个社会活动和产业。进行科学管理与创新，离不开对信息和信息技术的有效利用，比如信息技术要有高智力投入。据专家统计，“书的知识密集度为15，电脑软件知识密集度为80，收音机的技术密集度为10[2]，电视机为10[3]，大型计算机为10[5]”[7]。信息产业是高应用产业。信息不但是有形的独立要素，而且是无形非独立要素，蕴含于劳动对象、劳动工具、科学技术等之中，对它们有制约和决定性影响。信息技术又是连接各产业部门与活动的媒介物、粘合剂，应用极广，可用于工业企业设计、制造、工程与管理，可用于农业、商业、金融、邮电、出版、数学、医药等领域。信息产业是高增值产业，能产生高附加值。“知识通过价值链一次又一次地被附加上去，知识性工作变成了价值、收入、利润的基础”[ 8]。日本于80年代由于使用了信息附加值达75%的机器人，而使其钢铁与汽车工业超过了美国。美国信息附加值是中国的8倍[9]。此外，随着硬、软件业的发展，信息服务业的科学化与现代化，信息产业推动了科技攻关，促使科技成果通过贸易转化为社会财富。信息产业又是低损耗产业，几千克玻璃纤维传递的信息量相当于1吨钢传递的信息量，一颗通讯卫星能替代数千吨铜缆传递的信息量。信息产业是社会性产业。电脑与国家网络、国际互联网连接后，人们远隔天涯，如同近在咫尺，可远距离地进行经济决策、同贸易伙伴商业谈判、签订经贸合同、处理财务账目等，可以在家里处理办公室事务，接受各种信息。信息的广泛利用，解放了人们的体力与脑力，增加了个人自由支配时间，促进社会的进步。

企业民主管理制度的实践同分配领域、生产领域、市场领域存在密切关系，推进企业民主管理制度的发展需要在不同的领域中落实不同的策略，只有当不同领域中的发展策略具有内在的统一性，从而在实践效果上形成合力时，中国企业民主管理制度才能实现重大的发展和关键的进步。分配领域的健全策略指涉劳动者的物质收入和福利水平，就是要从改善劳动者的社会与经济权利的角度来重新界定劳动者的利益。生产领域的健全策略指涉劳动者的政治权利即民主管理权，就是以制度重组的方式重构“内部国家”，从而将公民的政治权利在生产领域中确立下来，并转化为劳动者的民主管理权。市场领域主要是指劳动力市场的竞争问题，而市场领域的健全策略就是推进福利制度建设，在为劳动者提供基本生计的基础上实现劳动力在一定程度上的去商品化。
