Sustainability is a concept for achieving integration and balance in development to preserve and use resources properly by providing new solutions to overcome structural,social and economic misconceptions to prevent further degradation and waste of natural resources and create a better future for human *** development can be defined as a strategy for the correct use of resources,by modifying and redefining consumption patterns and avoiding one-sided development ***,sustainable development is defined as a long-term and unlimited solution for aligning different concepts(social,economic,and environmental),seemingly independent but related and influencing each *** paper examines the challenges and capacities of the Oman Maritime Community and Maritime Energy Management's role in terms of sustainable *** analyze this issue,the role of key players in Oman's maritime industry,such as the Oman Fisheries Company and the Oman Shipping Company,has been studied with the five main indicators of sustainable development goals,including people,the planet,peace,welfare,and partnership.

GIS-based assessment of land-agroforestry potentiality of Jharkhand State, India

Scaling-up agroforestry area in various forms is a scientific path towards achieving various sustainable development goals(SDGs),especially improving livelihood,reducing poverty,conserving environment and biodiversity,and transforming climate *** this study,the effort was made to investigate the land potentiality for agroforestry at the district level in Jharkhand State,India by applying geographic information system(GIS)modeling technology using climate(temperature and precipitation),topography(slope and elevation),ecology(percent tree cover and normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)),and social economics(poverty rate and tribal dominance)*** results revealed that six districts of Jharkhand State had agroforestry potential greater than 60.00%.The highest agroforestry suitability was found in Simdega District(78.20%),followed by Pakur(76.25%),West Singhbhum(72.70%),Dumka(68.84%),Sahibganj(64.63%),and Godda(63.43%)***,we identified 513 out of 32,620 villages of Jharkhand State potentially suitable(agroforestry suitability≥80.00%)for agroforestry with the objective of life improvement among marginalized *** the outside forest area,8.58%of the total geographical land of Jharkhand State was wasteland,much of which was found suitable for agroforestry *** agroforestry setups in those wastelands can absorb 637 t carbon annually in long run and can provide direct economic benefits to the locals besides additional income for carbon emission *** study concluded that Jharkhand State has plenty of high potential land for agroforestry,and adoption of agroforestry at the village level must be given high *** study could guide the nodal authorities to prepare appropriate strategies for scaling the tree cover in agroforestry systems in village-level landscape planning which needs policy attention and investment for achieving 9 out of the 17 SDGs.

As the teacher education in China gradually evolves from the closed one into an open one,and with the greater pressure from the competition among universities,the transformation of normal universities is an inevitable *** problems that normal universities need to face up to are the proper goal orientation and the setting of appropriate development *** the comparison and interpretation of the development goals of current normal universities in China,this paper finds similar tendency in the development types and the choices of *** orientation is vital to the development of normal ***,when setting and implementing development goals,a sound understanding about expressions like“the features of operating schools”and“comprehensive universities”should be improved,and a rational thinking about the fundamental questions should be engaged in as well.

“十三五”时期中国经济社会发展取得了显著成绩，脱贫攻坚成就举世瞩目，“四新经济”蓬勃发展，营商环境明显改善，对外开放水平显著提高，环境污染治理成效明显，各方面风险管控有力。本文从供给侧角度，基于人口结构的变化预测未来潜在增长率。不断降低的总和生育率和人口老龄化趋势都将对供给侧生产要素产生直接的负向影响，最终会导致潜在经济增长率放缓。本文在情景预测中考虑了产能利用率和不能增加有效生产能力的环境污染治理投资对实际利用资本存量的影响。未来15年，中国经济不仅规模显著增加，而且结构也将发生明显变化。“十四五”时期，推动中国经济社会持续健康发展，应遵循如下几个基本原则：坚持以高质量发展为导向，以创新驱动为基石，以全面深化改革为动力，以更高水平开放为牵引，坚持以人民为中心的发展思想。立足于“十三五”末期的国内外环境，按照开启基本实现社会主义现代化建设新征程的目标要求，“十四五”时期中国经济社会发展的主要目标应该涵盖以下六个方面：创新驱动取得显著进展，产业升级取得显著成效，国内市场得到显著提升，人民生活得到显著改善，绿色发展取得显著进展，国家治理体系更加完善。基于这些主要目标和中国经济未来增长潜力预测，参考国家中长期相关专项规划，并要留有余地，本文对“十四五”时期主要指标的选择及其目标设定给出了具体建议。
