In this paper, we define the mild solution of the delay system, and consider the existence and uniqueness of the mild solution of the delay system. The relationship between the solution csf linear system and the one of the delay system will be considered. And we also discuss the exponential stability equivalence between the solution of the linear system and the mild solution of the delay system.

A state feedback controller design for a class of linear discrete-time large-scale system with missing measurements and one step system delay is considered in this paper. The linear discrete-time large-scale system was modeled as interconnection of N subsystems. The occurrence of missing measurement is assumed to be a Bernoulli distributed sequence with known probability. Every subsystem has one step system delay. Sufficient conditions for the existence of a controller are derived in terms of linear matrix inequality（LMI）, such that the closed-loop system exponentially stable in the sense of mean square. A numerical example is also provided to demonstrate the validity of the proposed design approach.

＜正＞ Although great progresses have been made for analysis and synthesis problems of time-delay systems, most of the proposed results focused on state feedback control with a pure control performance index, subject to systems with only delayed states. In this paper, the concerned controlled plants are represented by continuous-time systems with time-varying delays existing simultaneously in the state, the input, and the output. In order that both disturbance attenuation and dynamic performance of the closed loop system can be guaranteed, a novel mixed guaranteed cost and generalized H∞, control problem is presented for time delay systems, after the standard H∞, control problem is generalized to the extensive case. By constructing some transformations and decompositions, LMI-based design methods can be presented for both state feedback and output feedback controllers, which cover many previous results on the pure guaranteed cost control or standard H∞control problem as special cases. The results can also be generalized to a series of control problems with quadratic performance costs for a wide class of uncertain systems.
