In this paper,we investigate the trade-offs between delay and capacity in mobile wireless networks with infrastructure *** consider three different mobility models,independent and identically distributed （i.i.d） mobility model,random walk mobility model with constant speed and L＇evy flight mobility *** i.i.d mobility model and random walk mobility model with the speed θ（1/n～（1/2））,,we get the theoretical results of the average packet delay when capacityis θ（1）,θ（1/n～（1/2）） individually,where n is the number of *** find that the optimal average packet delay is achieved whencapacity λ（n）〈（1/（***_2（1/（（1-e）-（k/n））＋1））,where K is the number of *** is proved that average packet delay D（n） dividedby capacity λ（n） is bounded below by （n/（k·w））.When ω（n～（1/2））≤KO（n（（1-η）·（α＋1））/2）ln n） when K=o（n～η）（0≤η〈1）.We also provethat when ω（1/2）≤K）.

Chimera state in neuronal network means the coexistence of synchronized and desynchronized firing patterns. It attracts much attention recently due to its possible relevance to the phenomenon of unihemispheric sleep in mammals. In this paper, we search for chimera state in a noisy small-world neuronal network, in which the neurons are delayed coupled. We found both transient and permanent chimera state when time delay is close to a critical value. The chimera state occurs due to the competition between the synchronized and desynchronized patterns in the neuronal network. On the other hand, intermediate intensity of noise facilitates the occurrence of delay-sustained chimera states. Comparison between noise and delay shows that time delay is the key factor determining the chimera state, whereas noise is a subordinate one.

In this paper,we study some new fractional-order multi-agent systems with current and delay states (FMASCD).Using the generalized Nyquist's stability criterion and Gerschgorin's circle theorem,we obtain the bounded input-bounded output (BIBO) stability and asymptotical consensus of the FMASCD under mild ***,we give some numerical examples to illustrate our main results.

delay optimization has recently attracted signif-icant attention. However, few studies have focused on the delay optimization of mixed-polarity Reed-Muller (MPRM) logic circuits. In this paper, we propose an efficient delay op-timization approach (EDOA) for MPRM logic circuits under the unit delay model, which can derive an optimal MPRM logic circuit with minimum delay. First, the simplest MPRM expression with the fewest number of product terms is ob-tained using a novel Reed-Muller expression simplification approach (RMESA) considering don't-care terms. Second, a minimum delay decomposition approach based on a Huffman tree construction algorithm is utilized on the simplest MPRM expression. Experimental results on MCNC benchmark cir-cuits demonstrate that compared to the Berkeley SIS 1.2 and ABC, the EDOA can significantly reduce delay for most cir-cuits. Furthermore, for a few circuits, while reducing delay, the EDOA incurs an area penalty.

Some properties of a finite automaton composed of two weakly invertible finite automata with delay 1 are given, where each of those two automata has the output set of each state with the same size. And for a weakly invertible finite automaton M with delay 2 satisfying the properties mentioned in this paper, two weakly invertible finite automata with delay 1 are constructed such that M is equivalent to a sub-finite-automaton of the composition of those two. So a method to decompose this a kind of weakly invertible finite automata with delay 2 is presented.

This paper presents a universal field programmable gate array（FPGA） programmable routing circuit,focusing primarily on a delay *** the precondition of the routing resource＇s flexibility and routability,the number of programmable interconnect points（PIP） is reduced,and a multiplexer（MUX） plus a BUFFER structure is adopted as the programmable ***,the method of offset lines and the method of complementary hanged end-lines are applied to the TILE routing circuit and the I/O routing circuit,*** of the above features ensure that the whole FPGA chip is highly repeatable,and the signal delay is uniform and predictable over the total ***,the BUFFER driver is optimized to decrease the signal delay by up to 5%.The proposed routing circuit is applied to the Fudan programmable device（FDP） FPGA,which has been taped out with an SMIC 0.18-μm logic 1P6M *** test result shows that the programmable routing resource works correctly,and the signal delay over the chip is highly uniform and predictable.

Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)-based computation offloading is a promising application paradigm for serving large numbers of users with various delay and energy *** this paper,we propose a flexible MECbased requirement-adaptive partial offloading model to accommodate each user's specific preference regarding delay and energy *** address the dimensional differences between time and energy,we introduce two normalized parameters and then derive the computational overhead of processing *** from existing works,this paper considers practical variations in the user request patterns,and exploits a flexible partial offloading mode to minimize computation overheads subject to tolerable delay,task workload and power *** the resulting problem is non-convex,we decouple it into two convex subproblems and present an iterative algorithm to obtain a feasible offloading *** experiments show that our proposed scheme achieves a significant improvement in computation overheads compared with existing schemes.

This paper considers a viscoelastic Euler-Bernoulli plate system with variable coefficients and time-varying delay. By the multiplier method, Riemannian geometry method, and under suitable assumptions on viscoelastic term and time delay, the authors obtain the general stability of the solution for the system which depends on the behavior of the relaxation function.

Mode decision-maker is a critical component in the logic-based Integrated Estimation and Guidance(IEG) system. For the best possible estimation and guidance performance, the mode decision delay of the mode decision-maker should be limited to a range as small as possible. This paper presents a numerical method for computing the maximal admissible mode decision delay that varies with time-to-go. Particular attention has been paid to highly maneuvering target interception in terminal guidance. The results of this research offer useful guidelines for the design of the mode decision-maker in IEG systems.
