This paper aims at multi_scale representation of urban GIS,presenting a model to dynamically generalize the building on the basis of delaunay triangulation *** the constraints of position accuracy,statistical area balance and orthogonal characteristics in building cluster generalization,this paper gives a progressive algorithm of building cluster aggregation,including conflict detection (where),object (who) displacement,and geometrical combination operation (how).The algorithm has been realized in an interactive generalization system and some experiment illustrations are provided.

The scene matching navigation is a research focus in the field of autonomous navigation,but the real-time performance of image matching algorithm is difficult to meet the needs of real navigation ***,this paper proposes a fast image matching *** algorithm improves the traditional line segment extraction algorithm and combines with the delaunay triangulation *** combining the geometric features of points and lines,the image feature redundancy is ***,the error with confidence criterion is analyzed and the matching process is *** simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can still work within 3°rotation and small scale *** addition,the matching time is less than 0.5 s when the image size is 256 pixel×256 *** proposed algorithm is suitable for autonomous navigation systems with multiple feature distribution and higher real-time requirements.

The problem of taking an unorganized point cloud in 3D space and fitting a polyhedral surface to those points is both important and difficult. Aiming at increasing applications of full three dimensional digital terrain surface modeling, a new algorithm for the automatic generation of three dimensional triangulated irregular network from a point cloud is pro- posed. Based on the local topological consistency test, a combined algorithm of constrained 3D delaunay triangulation and region-growing is extended to ensure topologically correct reconstruction. This paper also introduced an efficient neighbor- ing triangle location method by making full use of the surface normal information. Experimental results prove that this algo- rithm can efficiently obtain the most reasonable reconstructed mesh surface with arbitrary topology, wherein the automati- cally reconstructed surface has only small topological difference from the true surface. This algorithm has potential applica- tions to virtual environments, computer vision, and so on.

This paper deals with the computer modeling of structures starting from a point cloud. The CCTV （China Central Television） tower headquarters is the case for study because the shape of this building is non-stellar, concave and multi-connected. It is composed of sowns and chains. The sown is the representation of a horizontal plane formed by dense points. The chain is a planar path modeled by rare points. The CCTV structure is defined only by the three orthogonal Cartesian coordinates of the points. The proposed computer modeling uses a sequence of procedures and the desired outputted 3D model is consistent. The first procedure is devoted to attributing points to their voxel and to estimating three values needed afterwards. The second procedure is devoted to analyzing clusters vertically and horizontally, to preliminarily distinguishing chains from sowns and to generating relational matching. The third procedure is devoted to building closed paths between all chains and all their projections on sowns. The fourth procedure is devoted to connecting points with triangles. The fifth procedure, still being implemented, is devoted to interpolating triangles with triangular splines. The results show it is possible to achieve the 3D model using the above mentioned procedures. These procedures are written, implemented and tested and they form a library of people＇s own software. The code is written using Matlab. It is not possible to obtain the required 3D model if the procedures are applied in the wrong order or one step is skipped. To conclude, it is possible to obtain the computer model of the CCTV using the provided sequence of procedures.

The concept of two-dimensional conforming Voronoi diagram is given in this paper. The necessary and sufficient conditions on the existence of conforming conditions in the conforming Voronoi cells are analyzed and proved. A twodimensional conforming Voronoi cells generation algorithm in complex domain is proposed. Example shows the effective of the proposed algorithm. The algorithm proposed in this paper could be widely used in various applications.
