The sharing of pathological data is highly important in various applications,such as remote diagnosis,graded diagnosis,illness treatment,and specialist system ***,ensuring reliable,secure,privacy-preserving,and efficient sharing of pathological data poses significant *** paper presents a novel solution that leverages blockchain technology to ensure reliability in pathological data ***,it employs conditional proxy re-encryption(C-PRE)and public key encryption with equality test technology to control the scope and preserve the privacy of shared *** assess the practicality of our solution,we implemented a prototype system using Hyperledger Fabric and conducted evaluations with various *** also compared the solution with relevant *** results demonstrate that the proposed solution effectively meets the requirements for pathological data sharing and is practical in production scenarios.

data is not only a key production factor but also an important foundation and strategic resource that drives economic growth and social progress in the era of digital economy. data sharing and innovative utilization in an ethical and responsible manner is a focus of the current studies on smart city construction. Taking Shenzhen as an example, this paper analyzes the three typical cases of data legislation, data sharing and utilization,and data-based anti-epidemic action in its smart city construction and explores the respective role of the four actors of the government, enterprises,research institutes, and the public in innovating data utilization to serve the public interests through data sharing. By studying Shenzhen’s multi-actor interaction mechanism of smart city construction, the paper tries to provide a useful experience for the construction of smart cities in China from the perspectives of data management, data sharing, and innovative data utilization.

Aiming at the problems of the traditional centralized data sharing platform,such as poor data privacy protection ability,insufficient scalability of the system and poor interaction ability,this paper proposes a distributed data sharing system architecture based on the Internet of Things and blockchain *** this system,the distributed consensus mechanism of blockchain and the distributed storage technology are employed to manage the access and storage of Internet of Things data in a secure *** to the physical topology of the network,a hierarchical blockchain network architecture is proposed for local network data storage and global network data sharing,which reduces networking complexity and improves the scalability of the *** addition,smart contract and distributed machine learning are adopted to design automatic processing functions for different types of data(public or private)and supervise the data sharing process,improving both the security and interactive ability of the system.

Due to the fact that consumers'privacy data sharing has multifaceted and complex effects on the e-commerce platform and its two sided agents,consumers and sellers,a game-theoretic model in a monopoly e-market is set up to study the equilibrium strategies of the three agents(the platform,the seller on it and consumers)under privacy data *** decisions show that after sharing consumers'privacy data once,the platform can collect more privacy data from ***,privacy data sharing pushes the seller to reduce the product ***,the platform will increase the transaction fee if the privacy data sharing value is *** is also indicated that privacy data sharing always benefits consumers and the ***,the platform's profit decreases if the privacy data sharing value is low and the privacy data sharing level is ***,an extended model considering an incomplete information game among the agents is *** results show that both the platform and the seller cannot obtain a high profit from privacy data *** including the seller's possibility to buy privacy data,the privacy data sharing value and privacy data sharing level affect the two agents'*** the platform wishes to benefit from privacy data sharing,it should increase the possibility of the seller to buy privacy data or increase the privacy data sharing value.

The explosive development of mobile communications and networking has led to the creation of an extremely complex system,which is difficult to ***,we propose an AI-powered network framework that uses AI technologies to operate the network ***,due to the separation between different mobile network operators,data barriers between diverse operators become bottlenecks to exploit the full power of *** this paper,we establish a mutual trust data sharing framework to break these data *** framework is based on the distributed and temper-proof attributes of *** implement a prototype based on Hyperledger *** proposed system combines supervision and fine-grained data access control based on smart contracts,which provides a secure and trustless environment for data *** further compare our system with existing data sharing schemes,and we find that our system provides a better functionality.
